I stayed in this place a couple of times. The room with the balcony was comfortable but a bit small. The shower and bathroom were comfortable witha few toiletries. The housekeeping was good and cleaned the dirty toilet going request after checking in. The property has parking. The breakfast had variety with poor staffing. There is a cafe in the ground floor which serves nice pastry, cakes and beverages. I would consider staying here again.

A great old fashioned hotel with excellent service. Our room was large and beautifully old fashioned. It was a pleasure to stay at such a lovely hotel. The restaurant did a great Friday night buffet. Their kafe was a good place for coffee and a pastry for breakfast. Our room was nicely made up each day with complimentary bottle of water shampoo soap and tea and coffee. The bar was good too but a bit to smokey for out liking. We extended our stay by a couple of nights as the hotel is in a good location to explore the City.

One of Sri Lanka’s oldest hotels. Renovated few years ago. Prices are reasonable. Parking is available but a little tight to maneuver if you got a large vehicle.
Also has a few restaurants and a bar downstairs.
