This place was the best place we stayed in our entire Sri Lanka trip. The owner lady is so nice and sweet. She made sure the rooms were extremely clean. On request she made us excellent lunch and early breakfast too.
The only draw back is the house is far from main road and beach area. If you can walk then it's about 1.5 km to 2km. You cant get Tuk tuk easily unless you pay more. To the nearest bus stop you should walk a km or so.
On the whole it's worth your penny. Calm clean away from noise. By the way her little son Oneth is the sweetest. He chats with you sharing his life stories.
