Awsome place! Don't expect right near the beach if you want the "jungle, isolated" feeling. It's isolated enough but still super close to the beach. Atmosphere is great and the staff could not of been better! Peter was amazing! Best worker in Sri Lanka, owner also helped out with anything you needed. Can't recommend this place enough! Much love from Canada! You guys rock! (especially Peter, tip him well! ) also, save the best for last, the breakfast was THE best I've ever had anywhere. They feed you enough for 4! Our entire table was full of diff choices for breakfast! Seriously, breakfast alone was worth the stay there.
Absolutely breathtaking. Our night spent in the jungle. It's only a 5 min tuktuk ride from the main street and the beach (less than a dollar), but it's a completely different world. Upon arrival, we were immediately given chilled water and fresh papaya juice. And they didn't know when we would arrive. Everything prepared, cleaned. 2 managers who will fulfill whatever you wish for, alternating between day and night shifts. A kettle with excellent tea or French press coffee served in stylish porcelain. Here they value the guest as much as possible. And the peace. We slept for a wonderful 9 hours without any disturbance, heat or anything else. Truly an oasis. The owner speaks perfect English, in the evening he brought us seafood for a great dinner. They prepared breakfast for us (couple) like we would be group of 6 people. Great satisfaction, we highly recommend.

I regret to report that my experience at this hotel. Was disappointing. Despite booking in advance, I encountered unwelcoming staff and encountered numerous issues with food and service. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and I felt ill-treated throughout my stay. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer satisfaction in the future. "
