Service and friendliness is second to none in here. Stayed here back 2013 for a week too and enjoyed every day remembering the superb friendly service of the breakfast crew. Our stay this time for another week is just as enjoyable as the last. Bravo Westin Valencia!

What a magnificent hotel. 15 minute walk to the city centre and a great location.

It has a spectacular patio for drinks or dinner.
it is very fresh runs a lot of air.

Outdated rooms and service in the restaurant was slow while the place was not busy the staff had an attitude like we are bothering them even coming.

Hotel located in the center of Valencia, just along the Rio which is ideal for anyone who likes to go on a run, running either a 5km Or 10km route taking in the sites of Valencia’s “ciudad de ciencia”. The hotel Itself has a great gym, spa and indoor swimming pool perfect after a day out of tourism for any traveling businessman or woman. The rooms are spacious, clean and both bathrooms have a bath and if you are in the second floor you will have a terrace to enjoy the sun and weather a little more. Breakfast has everything from continental to full English. Very recomendable what in Valencia.

Amazing 5 star hotel, exactly what we needed after some adventuring in Spain. We were welcomed with an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of sparkling. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I ordered the cannelloni — best I have ever tasted!

The Westin Valencia hotel is located next to the Alameda a few minutes from the city center and the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia. Renovated a few years ago it is one of the few luxury 5 star hotels in Valencia. Very kind and attentive. Very close to Mestalla. Very beautiful and luxurious.

Hello, I'd like to know, do you have a department with lost things? If so, is it possible to find out if there was not left there toto the dog in a burgundy T-shirt with the inscription "Jumeirah" and a gray rabbit that was with him? I'd be very happy if they were there. Thank you in advance.

The hotel has very nice installations and inside patio. The service for the event was very helpful and provided all the tools and amenities needed to run it smoothly. Lunch served was of very high quality, lots of it.

An old hotel that has not been renovated for a long time. Stains on the bright carpet, on the second floor.
And the most important thing-they cheat with money! When I checked in to the hotel, I have blocked 964 euros in my account, in the account of payment for the room, for 3 days. Assured and promised that after my departure, the payment for the room will be effected with this money! There will be no other costs. But they cheated! I left the hotel and from Spain on May 5. But! On May 7 they again wrote off 984 euros! As a result I am now blocked by hotel 964 euro on account + I paid 984 euros. I can't use that money. I called the hotel, I was assured that the money will be unlocked within one day, but today May 9-and the money is still locked. I'm hiring a lawyer in Spain and Sue the hotel.
Do not trust them with your credit cards!

The renovated Spa of the Westin Hotel is spectacular, an attention that makes you feel very very special, the double cabin massage and bath a marvel! The best to enjoy as a couple. Relax room you transport to another place out of the city, 100% advisable, I will be sure to return.

We went to a dinner at the El Jardí bar through the Open Valencia Cuina Festival, and I have to say that it was much better the place than the food. Not that I was bad, but it wasn't what we expected. Space is beautiful, yes.

Room is really big, check in when also upgraded suite, very powerful! There is a separate car park, one night 22€ parking fee. Swimming pool and gym are good.

Loved the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and everything is cleaned and shiny. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Little far from downtown but the walk is nice and about 15 min.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The indoor and outdoor spaces are wonderful not to mention the new indoor swimming pool with sauna and Turkish bath… All a 1-minute walk from the Turia (Valencia River bed) and the Flower Bridge.

More than two will not give. The service is full zero. Repairs are needed. Not meet. The suitcases themselves or ask is necessary. Stand… Sit… Don't hello goodbye. You can see strained in everything. For such money the service is different.

The rooms are big plus. But we need repairs. The cleaning is bad. As you drove, no one's doing it. The service is full zero. The hotel is expensive but pulls on 3 stars. Restaurant… Cooking is not bad. Wait for the truth for a long time. Although there are few people. Actually, the second time here would not have lived. For such money there should be another service.

Beautiful hotel in the center with parking. Upgraded in suite with Jacuzzi on the terrace, the evening of the famous fireworks of Valencia (2 min on foot! ), a beautiful interior garden with a day of sax… where we tasted a very good meal. It was the end of our stay in Spain and it was just unforgettable! Thanks also to all the staff for their kindness, their discretion and their professionalism!

Had the misfortune to attend an event here. Very unfriendly staff. The manager had the attitude of a Spanish hoodlum. They just wanna make money and then kick you right out the door. There are much nicer hotels in Valencia. If you find yourself here though don't all Spanish people are like this. They are a nice, welcoming people. Just the waiters and restaurant staff of this chain are creating a very unpleasant contrast. Avoid this place. Have your event somewhere else!

Everyone who knows that in addition to paying what you want, you will retain €50 for 10 days by the face. It's no use asking at the front desk; The answer will be an "innocent" we have already given order to the bank. Horrible Practice! I don't like anything to be teased. Is it so hard to understand?

Myself and my husband enjoyed our stay on our birthday as we have the same d. O. B. We celebrate together uncanny I know but true … Ok so when I used the iron it leaked and sprayed out limescale all over my dress I only used the steam on the iron from a 10" distance thankfully I wasn't too close to my dress! (my previous profession was owner of a boutique) selling and steaming garments wedding dresses etc high quality fabrics. The housekeeping hotel staff asked my husband where we got the iron from? It was obveously supplied in the room!. As you can imagine he wasn't happy at all explaining this dress costs hundreds of pounds! They did take the dress immediately and clean it free of charge. We went to use the spa and were told we should of bought our gowns down from our room. Reception told us we shouldn't?. The pool was lovely the sauna and steam room too. It's such a shame I can only give 3*as it could of been a great stay We used the Japanese resteraunt and were told to look on Google for an explanation of the desert There seem to be a few things that need to fixed here. The room was nice most of the staff were good and bought us up some birthday cake and a drink after the iron incident. I would of given 5* but I think 3* is fair here. I've enclosed pictures to show you our lovely cake but please be careful of the iron!

The hotel is nicely situated for businesses but for a 5 star hotel then the rooms are VERY old fashioned. A reform is very much needed for the rooms. The TV is not even Full HD and there is no USB suport at all for content viewing. So far after all my travels then The Westin Valencia is the ONLY 5 star hotel that I have been in that has no modern TV.

Celebrated New Year at the Westin with menu and a fantastic Ssxophon player. The food was aushezeichnet, the mood super. We liked the reception and the rooms. The prices moderate.

Excellent attention but the day I went with my partner asked for two cocktails that were in the letter but then tells us the waiter who could not prepare them because they did not have the ingredients… But the rest the quality is excellent.

Very nice hotel. But windows in the room were impossible to close so sounded like I was sleeping on the highway. Not ok for a hotel this standard. The hotel staff tried to fix it but could not then they moved me to another room. Great service!

I went to Komori to eat with my family and it was great. We were delayed by certain circumstances we called and there was no problem in that they would keep the table even after the kitchen "closed". The attention and the amazing dishes. We expected it to be much more expensive but we went quite well for price (45 without wine) for what is probably the best Japanese restaurant in Valencia. The combinations of flavors are crazy and the presentations to the height in each of the dishes. We let ourselves be guided by the recommendations as to what to order and the order to eat it and we were not disappointed at any time. Totally recommended.

Very well located with good access and services, recently refurbished, it is worth mentioning the friendliness of its staff both reception and cleaning staff, nice spa, to put some glue I think the gym would need a change, but it is not something that spoils my Opinion.

While a very discriminating traveler who doesn't easily give 5 stars. I've found The Westin Valencia on a very good location and an exceptional hotel. The attentive personel, courtesy and prompt service with ultimate comfort makes it a come back invitation.

We went to the Monitor for the excellent food and treatment. The place I didn't just like, but it's an excellent place to taste Japanese cuisine top.

Great service. We told them it was our anniversary when we checked in and by the time we got to our room they had organized complimentary chocolate and chapagne. Extremely thoughtful.

The hotel was gorgeous. It was located in a great place. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. We were given a suite with a separate area for shower and bathroom. The bedroom area was large and spacious. We also ate at one of the outside tables by the bar. Food was a little overpriced and the tea was too strong and bitter. Otherwise good. Parking is 25 Euros per night. Pricey but usual from what we have seen. As much as we loved it, it's interesting that I had advised the hotel of our honeymoon. Other hotels have offered cards or a couple chocolate pieces or even a bottle of cava to congratulate us. The Westin did not offer any of these.

Lovely and luxurious hotel, rooms are very spacious and staff are very friendly. Unlike most of valencia, everyone speaks great English. Spa availabile to overnight guest at no extra cost, including steam room sauna and a salt water 29c pool which was delightful. Location is very ideal from a large supermarket, transport and walking distance from tourist attractions in the centre of valencia. Has many restaurants and a nice garden bar in the centre of the hotel. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in style.

Amazing deluxe hotel located in Valencia. The room was elegant and it's high ceiling and deluxe bathroom gave a lasting "wow" impact impression. Excellent gym facilities and spa. Beautiful lobby and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The only problem was that the toilet area smelled pretty horrible in one of our rooms. It's normal in Europe of course, but I should mention it regardless. Overall a great hotel.

As part of the SPG, expectations for the Westin are high — service, comfort, cleanliness, etc. Beds are heavenly (as all Westin beds are) and hotel rooms are very spacious. The rooms are slightly dated with the odd things not working & looking slightly worn. Could be more attentive with small things — some child had drawn moustaches on all the people in my magazine! —. — Service is excellent when you have their attention but otherwise can be slow (average wait for requests from house keeping are 20 mins+ despite the hotel being 2 floors only). Nonetheless delightful breakfast (not a huge selection but very fine food). Lovely stay.

It has been 7 consequitive years visiting The Westin Valencia and I highly recommend to any one! The attention you receive is one of the best I have ever had. Friendly and professional front desk associates, clean rooms, superb break fast and dinning, well come and explore by your self because I love it✌️

The service is really great. The rooms are favolse the only niggles are the TV which did not work immediately and the terrace which is small. It has an indoor pool, pest, sauna etc.

During our high profile event in May 2016, we stayed with 120 Pax for 3 nights at the Hotel Westin Valencia. Our Award Ceremony and lunch was held in the Hotel. Everything went perfectly well. The hotel has a very relaxing ambiance in the middle of town. The director, Ms Cibran, and all employees were always present, very friendly and very helpful. We can highly recommend the Westin Valencia.

I have not had the opportunity to visit throughout the hotel, but if I've been inside and in his Café, the place is amazing, all the restored building of the old tobacco with a multitude of details.

Hotel is away from the city center but your are close to the stadium if you wanted to visit a match. The hotel exterior looks well and the rooms were spacious. The staff were great and helped in anyway.

That it charge you 50. — € for possible future expenses when you check-in, when you already know and know that you pay. In addition little consideration of charge you at the check-out it consumed and not give back the 50. — € of check-in. This is a little embarrassing for the level of the hotel.

Classy hotel. Excellent service. Wonderful rooms. Sumptuous breakfast. But the most beautiful corner is the splendid Mediterranean garden which is located in the courtyard of the hotel. Kind of night, illuminated expertly, is pleasant walk inside or sit to hear some cool music in one of the two bars. Palm trees, lemon trees and gurgling fountains there is restored after a day from tourists. Excellent, the restaurant Rosemary. This property is also equipped with a spa, fitness, shopping arcade. Not to be missed.
