Very good room… very good restaurant. The front desk staff are the best! Very friendly staff, especially Mr Jose who is an excellent professional. I can absolutely recommend Sweet Hotel Renasa on av. De Catalunya.

Fui por razones de trabajo a quedarme un par de noches. La habitación individual estaba completa a si que por 10€ más reserve una doble. Y no me arrepiento, una habitación con sofá, escritorio y un baño enorme. Cerca de la universidad, muy insonorizado, limpio, el personal muy atento. Y por 60€ ofrecen más de lo que cabe esperar en un 3 estrellas. Repetiré.

LIKES: Good location. Pleasant and helpful concierge. Very comfortable room. 2 singles. Swivel chair, bench and I believe the sofa is a fold-out. DISLIKES: Key card is used to power room which means the a. C. Can't keep the room cool when you're out. The showerhead had one setting — soak the rest of the room — no door on the shower. Bring your own toiletries.

I have been there twice, staff is incredibly nice, it is well communicated by public bus transport and breakfast is also good. My only negative remark is about the cards for opening the rooms, they fail too often (or may be I had bad luck).

Отель удобно распрложен в между пляжем и центром города. До пляжа 3км пешклм минуь 30. Также ходит автобус и метро (до него надотчуть пройтись). К старому городу идти минут 20. Можно проехать на метро 2 евро. Рчдом станция метро Арагорн! :) Завтраки скрамблы, разные колбасы и хамон сытно и вкусно.

Looked a lovely hotel but no access for wheelchair users. Parking is a bit of a nightmare also. We travelled from zaragosa this morning hoping to stay here on are last leg to our villa on the costa Blanca coast. Now looking for alternative for this evening. Have people staying in villa until tomorrow.

3 Star Hotel in the norm, not far from the city centre… And near the Mestalla stadium You eat well in the restaurant and you make a nice breakfast in the special room.
Very spacious and comfortable Rooms but lacks the bidet in the bathroom.

Great location Within walking distance of the bus stop and the supermarket. The centre can be reached in up to 30 mimutes. Friendly staff we had a problem with the suitcase lock and were very helpful in helping us. Clean room, safe and TV working. Great bathroom with very spacious shower. Possibility to use the PC. You can leave your suitcase in storage on the day of check out. I would definitely recommend it again.

Very basic room so won't have your tea and coffee sachets or a kettle, view from window is back of locals' flats with their laundry out, this was accompanied with a slight damp smell, no extra blankets or pillows, and at times throughout the night, can hear other guests from other rooms (but this obviously differs on who is staying and the season). Breakfast is extra which is a shame, as not many good places around the area even though we walked miles away on the days we were there. Other than that, stay is decent and still alright for the price you pay. The place isn't so much for tourists so don't expect much to do. Location is more for locals, pretty small area.

Good product quality price. Well located if you go to the university area or to see a game to Mestalla.

I touch a tiny single room overlooking an inner courtyard. A little Inospito. Impossible to park in the vicinity. Dinner menu, interesting only if you travel for work.

Very good breakfast Very Close to the Policlinico, the Faculty of Humanities and the Metro stop… In short a comfortable place, pleasant and even with a small Spa with qualified staff.

Hotel with gym and sauna at the entrance to Valencia, very comfortable and clean everything, attention in reception very good, excellent breakfasts; Excellent value for money!

Good value for money but not stay there on match nights!

Good breakfast, location in terms of proximity to the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Mestalla stadium is excellent. The rooms are nice, even though in the specified reservation I wanted one on the floors SUPERIORRW, I got on the 2. Everything else is fine.

Cute. Well located near the university and the Metro. Quiet enough to be located on an avenue.

I have been to the hotel cafeteria and it is a cozy, nice and clean place. There is never fuss, people are polite and not screaming. What they serve you is usually very good.
I have not put the five stars because if you do not go to the bar to ask on many occasions you can stay all afternoon without being served, but if you get close and ask, everything else is perfect.

Hotel near Mestalla. The room was very spacious and comfortable. No drier, unforgivable in this category.

Very nice staff The room well without more. The only thing I didn't like that the towels smelled terrible. But that's all well removed. To spend a night or two is not bad.

Good for the price, extremely tiny room with a twin bed when I was told I was getting bigger. Breakfast was extra money and not really worth it. Good location.

Very quiet and well located, next to the Campo de Mestalla. The best no doubt the housekeeping, we went to do some tests and studied in the room in the morning and went out in the afternoon. They were all day working the women and at night when we returned our room was done. In that aspect a 10.

Stayed in a rommnfor two nights for work. It was an inward facing room with no natural light or view, but it was a cheap room. Breakfast was a good selection of pastries, cheese and meat and there were PCs to work from available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the lights in the room didn't work but there was Aircon in the room which was excellent. For a cheap work stay it was totally suitable. Good location near the metro too.

Good structure, nothing lacking and very courteous staff. The room that hosted us was very spacious and comfortable although not well insulated from the outside noises. Breakfast in the standard.

The room I used was the 109, large and comfortable for 2 people. Bed is too hard nor too soft, I found it very comfortable and the sheets of a kind of soft cotton.
The bathroom was medium sized, the shower with only one glass, no door (and two sides of wall) as the access was about 1, 5/2 meters from the shower. The Only drawback is a little uncomfortable, but it is a personal taste.
Inside the hotel there is also a gym that can be used and included in the room price.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was at the Renasa last weekend and I was very comfortable. Near the public transport, quiet room, it was all pretty clean… Yes it is true that the reception is usually full of people and there is little staff attending, so sometimes it is long queued.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days during our summer holidays in Valencia.
The hotel is modern and clean.
It also has a functional gym accessible to all guests.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The only drawback is that we had booked many months before a room with a double bed and instead we were given a room to single beds, this seemed unprofessional as our request and type of stay were known for a long time!
The cleanliness of the rooms by the staff was really impeccable.

Nice Hotel, clean and tidy rooms and very courteous staff. Good food, really nice gym.
The only flaw was the sauna broken (advised rightly by the staff of the service of the incident) and that are not equipped for tourists, we being Italians we needed a map in English or at most in Italian… not in Russian. :)
But for the rest everything impeccable, air-conditioned room, with a beautiful and clean bathroom and with lights in the room beautiful.

Great hotel with absolutely lovely staff. The room was beautiful and spacious and everything we asked for. Didn't try breakfast but coffee and a super fluffy croissant was in my room under 5min
Only thing, that the cleaning lady is very talkative in the morning between 7-9.30… No sleep at that time. Plus our room was opposite the stairs and elevator which created a lot of noise every morning.

It wasn't as advertised on booking com view and building wise. Also the front deak staff won't even remotely polite or welcoming at all. When we arrived the receptionist kept talking on the phone while we stood there as if we are invisible. Another day we asked for a taxi and the guy said "just go out and signal"… I persuaded to get us a taxi but he didn't even bother telling is that it arrived, which resulted €8 extra. The maids are nice and kept the rooms clean every day. Thanks to them.

Modern and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly, but occasionally overwhelmed reception, breakfast something unkind, but also o. K.

Very good friendly service all very clean the only flaw the noise from the street but otherwise very bn.

Not good! Us give a room in the plant low, without light none, and the remote control of the television without batteries. There was a pipe attached to our bed and no way to sleep… impossible! Whenever someone from the hotel chain pulling some horrible noises! We went because had a test to the day following and not was possible rest… For high the cafeteria of opposite to them 2 of it tomorrow open and the people giving cries without stop in our same window. Noise and more noise! impossible to sleep.

Attend fatal, wore my client there but after call this afternoon and ask information, never going to return to this hotel…
seems to go in a hurry and can't serve customers and the first thing you ask is the number of letter of credit to make a reservation…
try to improve the treatment umano all going in a hurry, but that we're people.

The room gave a sinister backyard and had no outside light. I found cockroaches in the room, and there were also in the breakfast room. Decidedly, you can improve.

Bad accessibility for handicapped persons. Recently renovated. The windows failure. Too much noise from the street. Otherwise great.

If Gresham through booking must bear in mind that the picture of the facade does not correspond to reality. On the other hand, should take care of some details how to change towels when they are damaged (put us towels with holes). The rooms were clean and well refurbished. Last comment that they wanted us to charge the same night arrival throughout the stay and without having enjoyed the service. The waiter (shift of tomorrow) of the bar restaurant is a great professional and the breakfast that there is served very rich.

The room was really nice, clean and the location of the hotel is good, really good restaurants near. The service was perfect.

The room spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was not lacking a single detail. Cleaning say that it 10! Failure fat that should be remedied, the noise of the street. Failure less fat, the lack of a small fridge. Treatment staff also ¡10! Recommended, in my opinion.

A hotel newly renovated! has been spectacular, it is a perfect Hotel if you are traveling for business accounts with quality restaurant, free Wi-Fi and fitness center. In addition to massages and a sauna to relax after a day of work. I recommend it 100%

Well connected (the Aragon subway station 6 or 7 minutes walk and also by many buses pass).
Even if you want to you can go strolling across the Paseo de la Alameda and seeing the Palau de la Música, Gulliver. To reach the city of Arts and Sciences in half an hour.
It is old and does not enjoy great luxury, but in general is pretty good and not expensive for what it offers.
