Bring your own Iron. Apparently they only have 3 in the whole hotel. Not a 4 star experience over 3 days. 15 euros to park your car.

Very good hotel in Valencia. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very close to city busses but far from the Hop on Hop off bus. The Hotel staff will tell you that you have to go to city center to get on the Hop on Hop off bus, but if you are up to walking to the train station you can get on there.

Four stars deserved in full. Not very central, but very well served by public transport.

Structure in line with year of construction, reserve large rooms. Ours, on the sixth floor, overlooks the rather busy and noisy square. Expensive breakfast, better get them somewhere else. Cleanliness and courtesy in line from the proposed. Special courtesy, kindness, helpfulness and sympathy to Mrs. Angela of the hotel bar. Recommended.

My final room was nice and didn't smell of smoke and it had a safe which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice; there was a nice variety and tasty ones at that. It was difficult to get any service from reception especially regarding irons, which was a shame. They did offer to hold my bags for an unlimited period at checkout which was very accommodating of them. The hotel is situated in a prime location near many shops and amenities. All in all a decent stay.

The place is nice as it is equidistant from the main attractions. There is a merkadona in the block that helps with the food. The hotel has accommodation with food, but 10 euros per person for breakfast in my opinion is a bit much. Location The view from the window to the road junction and construction. Nearby there is a Telepizza which can help out when it is desirable in café, wore to go far no longer. The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge is small, but for a one day meal for three people will go. The room is large and bright. Close to Metro Xativa and train station. Adequate reception 24 hours.

Big corporate hotel about 20 minutes south of where action is in Valencia. Rooms are a good size though in April it's unlikely air conditioning has been switched on yet. Reception area is a bit dated and needs an update. You only get 2 pillows and we had to ask 3 times for extras. Breakfast was okay. Selection was average but could be a lot better. Fried eggs asked for never materialised. Pattern appearing here!

Room on the fourth floor outside. Big, clean but not as soundproof as it should be.

Good hotel. All right. Renovated and clean rooms.

Cold and tastless food, next to raw breakfast eggs, one day without warm water. Ventilation blows cold air at the head end of the beds and the bathroom smells of mold. So, while the rooms are clean and large enough, I can no recommend this hotel.

I just went there because I attended a casting and it took place in there. But the experience was fine.

Chambres spacieuses et calmes, literie confortable, réfrigérateur. De couleur un peu vieillotte (mobilier en bois). Excellent petit-dejeuner mais malheureusement servi qu'à partir de 8h le week-end donc nous n'avons pas pu le prendre le dernier jour (contrainte train). Idéalement situé pour les fêtes des Faillas.

Hotel is excellent. Clean & tidy very friendly staff and only 15 mins walk to centre of Valencia & would have got 5 stars if it was not for the heat of the rooms. The rooms have air conditioning but only in the summer months & as it is March the hotel is controlling the heat of the rooms which mean the rooms are to hot for someone from England and I am unable to sleep. Booked 3 nights and been here for 2 and not had a proper night sleep yet. Have spoken to reception and they informed me air-conditioning is not on yet.

Good value for money 10 minute walk to downtown area near small supermarkets though in a fairly recent area. Advice and I will definitely use this hotel chain for Spain.

Spacious room, comfortable and good staff attention, ideal for work trips, with parking and good prices in double room. Recommended.

Although the facilities are correct and the hotel very nice, the dinner could only be described as poor, sad and even pathetic. Insufficient amounts, burnt (yes, rice for dinner) and the so-called vegan alternative did not pass from a simple salad with a consommé. Not highly recommended the truth.

I didn't like it. Perennial smell of piping on all floors. One day I thought of ordering a couple of snacks in the cafeteria and the filling (Serrano ham in one and Sobrasada in another) was totally ridiculous in quantity and quality. Expendable Hotel.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms… Big TVs. Very good breakfast The gym's a fiasco. Maybe some noise from the traffic if you touch room towards the roundabout.

For reasons of work I was in Valencia on November 24th and 25th. I asked in my company to stay at this hotel, which I have gone with family several times.
I emphasize its good location and the quality of the rest (the mattresses pillows and duvets are great) had to get up early enough and it seems that for some event the same happened to more people of the hotel. That's why they advanced the crush of the breakfast buffet — Thanks for making the stay in Valencia always nice.

The room was eaves, despite the non-smoking policies. Very slow staff. The restaurant serves only one person for breakfast, and the Hotel seven. Draw conclusions.

Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The city centre is within walking distance. Unfortunately the breakfast at 12, €50 which is the quality is absolutely overpriced. For Geschätsreisende The breakfast room opens at 7:30 am also quite late.

Perfect breakfast. The rooms are very punished. It would be good to renew or more maintenance.

Inconvenient for the tourist, the center of the city is more than a km although well served by the means of surface it takes 20/30 minutes to arrive in the central square. Present a lingering smell of Chinese cuisine. Nice and helpful staff.

The room is very nice and clean. The air condition works perfectly and the mini bar and TV Is excellent. Very happy here.

We stayed at this hotel in August we had a great time cleaning and comfort at the top. Friendly and helpful staff a special thanks to Dario for his kindness and willingness that I never found in other hotels. Thanks again.

Great Hotel This is the second time in 5 years that stay for long periods is despite the time always turns out both the STAFF and the friendly structure is very efficient. In addition, the BAR/Restaurant provides a tasty menu with typical Spanish specialties (It's SUPER PAELLA! ).
I highly recommend it for those who plan to spend their holidays in Valencia!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very nice and talked english. They were available 24/7 for questions. The hotel is very nice and clean, nothing is outdated and the breakfast was delicious. Maybe this hotel is not near the beach and neither it got a swimmingpool, but it's a perfect hotel if you want to see Valencia and outside villages.

The fitness center was awful. The room was nice and there was free water bottles. All TV channels in spanish.

The place was very tidy (my praises to the cleaning staff), but the service staff was very reluctant to help… Polite, yet very cold. I guess they are not used to customers who count their expences and question things :)

Nice modern hotel with good sized rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. 20 minutes walk into city centre through Rufaza area where there are plenty of chic cafe bars and restaurants.

Good location but a bit overpriced.

Hotel rooms are nice and big. Right in the centre of the city. The square is noisy and bustling all day. Parking is paid at 15 euros a day.

The appearances can be deceiving. Rooms badly maintained. Bidet towels were missing. They offer kettle and put service to a single person. Poor breakfast. Come to the half of the service of breakfast. The Jamón serrano had the color of the ham of york. The last fruits. Location away from the Centre but also with parking difficulties. I have liked them bottles of water free.

King-size room is huge and the buffet breakfast very varied.

Silence, quality and cleanliness. The price maybe a little high, but it is a four-star hotel. To have discount for the Parking, of course, is a luxury.

Nice clean hotel, low prices for a 4 star hotel, friendly and helpful. Gym and sauna very small and we had a few problems with the safe that is locked for a few days.

Spacious, luxurious hotel at first glance but vivviendolo is no big deal. Missing useful personal toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, combs for combing. I believe that these tools must facilitate them since the beginning of the instance and not categorize them as useful apart from the personal hygiene kit.
One accustomed to in all hotels to those who've been providing these useful I'm going and I find no… painful for a hotel 4-star…
On the other hand much heat, not working air conditioning or at least refresh well little. Finally, little or no existence in the minibar and free Wi-Fi very poor or extra weak signal. Details that, to my juiciio, valued at the hotel as a 3 or 2-star. Take away an estrelita at least because you don't deserve it.

The evening was very placedera. Rooms very well, and the staff very friendly. The recomendari and would return to it.

A nice hotel, with good service.

A very pleasant stay. Perhaps facilities a review makes them lack, but, in general, it offers quality accommodation in accordance with its price. And the breakfast buffet is great: do not forget to book with breakfast included.

Fair price, comfortable rooms, nice district (the true Valencia). Against, quite far fron the beach, most of the staff was not properly taught for working in a 4stars hotel.

The Hotel is located in a populous neighborhood near the center of the city (10 minutes walk). Bus stops very close both to the centre and to beaches and City of Arts and Sciences. The rooms are spacious, equipped with coffee service, tea and infusions free. Comfortable beds. Amenities varied. Wi-fi in the rooms, the coverage was acceptable although disappointing. Supplied 2 bottles of water per person upon arrival. The treatment of staff at all times correct. You can have breakfast in a café at a price very tight. The parking has direct access to the hotel despite not being the property of the same. I highly recommend it. It is small, clean and cheap, and is guarded until 23, 00 hours for a person. We stayed on the sixth floor and despite the height we noticed the traffic noise, however the night's rest was acceptable. I advise to stay in a high floor. In summary, a highly recommended option to visit the city.

We stayed two nights from June 27-29, marriage with two children. Well located, drive a few minutes from the beach which is what felt like in this getaway before recess. Wide room, large T. V, comfortable beds… could improve the sofa bed mattress, springs are quite stuck. They have details like complimentary water in the fridge and kettle for tea. Towels and paper missed us but we warn and clean it immediately. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We use the service of late check-out until 18.00 for 29 euros, very convenient to take advantage of beach or visits to the CAC until the last moment. We eat breakfast in the cafeteria two days. There was only one waiter and had to prepare also bars and eggs, so it took enough to serve, they should have two people at least for dates that were.   Thank you again for the detail of the bottle of champagne that we went up to the room, we hope to repeat soon!

Terrible hotel. Had made a booking with them they charged by card while they had no business doing so. Took me ages explaining and getting a refund. Wasted huge amount of time and decided not to stay at the hotel.

The hotel is asking for a four star but food failure, the receptionists depends on if there is any problem are not decisive. You call the 12 despertandome to leave the room when the reservation was for three days more. In occasion last not sent me by email confirmation of booking and when I found that were wrong with the reserve days and had to pay for a day more and neither apologized and arrogant Manager, in short facilities are approved but not reception and kitchen staff.

Well located hotel close to the ave station, large rooms, … although the 220 gives the back of the building, the treatment of the right staff, the breakfast very complete, good cleaning. Insurance k'll repeat¡¡

All correct and good detail. Room and bathroom large and clean. Although we were only in bed, mineral water and coffee and tea service in the room. Upon arrival we didn't have the room prepared, and to see that we were with a small child, despite the fact that the hotel was full, the girl from reception we earned another that was already prepared after a lot of looking. This writing Nisa hospitals staff intended to show his displeasure with the quality both the Organization's dinner of company did in his hotel on December 19. Step to detail the reasons:
1. Dinner was planned at 22, 30 h but from the outset we told the hotel manager that people would start arriving from 22 h. Which was our surprise when at 10 p. M. Was the world waiting outside (330 people) : wasn't the fotocall since neither the prepared welcome drink. People could not enter until 22, 30 h. There were many people who ran out Cup because what it took was really small.
2. At the time of dinner, 15 minutes later, we went up to the Lounge located on the first floor. The second surprise was to see how the entrance to the salon was organised: in A4 size leaves placed on the door. That provoked a funnel when it comes to enter that you delayed the entry into another half hour. At the end a companion had to catch the leaves and arrange the entrance.
3. Dinner: third surprise. The quality of the dinner had nothing to do with what was tested in the tasting. Quail eggs were completely filled and stuck to the teeth and the chicken was "slimy" and inedible. Not to mention the hake that were so hard that couldn't be not cut. Regarding the 4 vegetarian people for which we had ordered a pasta dish, they had to comply, after paying 35 euros, with a salad and a plate of vegetables. There were people who ran out of dessert.
4. The icing on the cake: coffee.

The hotel without being in the Center is very well located, friendly staff, large, well equipped and very clean rooms the full desayunomuy, with orange juice freshly squeezed coffee from capsules Nespresso etc.

It's a modern and functional hotel located in an area within walking distance from the Centre of Valencia and to the walk passes through a very lively area of bars and terraces.
The spacious rooms are well soundproofed, the mini bar is free of charge with refreshments and the beds very comfortable and spacious.
Reception staff is very friendly and correct, always ready to solve your queries or doubts. By the way the elevators are very fast.
In short, a highly recommended Hotel for family go on holiday and visit Valencia as it was my case and also for business trip.

Well, you get what you pay for. It isn't in the city center, but just a 10 min walk, they do have a king size bed, which doesn't have a very soft mattress to put it mildly, but the place is clean, pretty modern, the breakfast is of great quality and the whole experience comes at a relatively low price.

We were in August, optimal position, centralisimo. Price honest, of avoid the café in the lobby, by what other satisfied.

We have been three nights at this hotel with the offer of a holiday in the city that they offered. The offer is great, included the Oceanogràfic and the bioparc entries. We have last few days Super, enjoying this beautiful city. The hotel although not directly in this tourist area very well-connected, and strolling you get both the Centre and the River area. There are quite a few shops and restaurants near the hotel, including some fast food, which are useful if you go with children. Hotel is very comfortable and the staff excellent.

We were staying for three nights in a junior suite, two adults and two children. The receptionists were very friendly especially with children. The room had two separate rooms, a small living room with sofa bed and a large flat TV and another room with large bed of marriage, the same size as the other, a small armchair, flat TV furniture with minibar. It also had coffee capsules Nespresso and kettle. What was inside the minibar, water and soft drinks of cola complaints daily, is free. The bath room very well. Fairly broad. The restaurant for breakfast was very well we must highlight the coffee which was included in the price natural orange juice and capsules. The waiters were super and perform their work with great solvency. The hotel is a little far from places of interest but has good communication on buses to the city of Arts and Sciences and with a small change to the Bioparc. Finally a good hotel in Valencia with an excellent quality/price ratio. Congratulations to all the staff for their kindness, Holy and sign of the Playa Senator chain.

A decently priced hotel. Large room, clean, service with a smile. What more can I say. Location was not central enough but easy to get into the city and wander. Quiet room, nice bonus drinks in the fridge. The TV was perfect with a number of good Spanish channels as well as BBC World and a number of others. Totally recommended.

Very good value for money a good base for seeing the city, not central but 10minutes from it, no air con in November even though it was a hot day + the window to the room would not open, upon asking I was told they could do nothing until the next day but a nice posh hotel.

Very nice hotel in perfect location, as both city centre and Science City are only 20 min far on foot; also the metro and train station are quite close. The area could appear not friendly but in reality is quite safe with children and people playing in the park up to late night. Room was nice and clean, very quiet; the room cleaning was proper and never woke us up even if we slept up to late. Avoid breakfast, is overpriced; much better to look for alternatives in the near coffe shops or littlle bar. A very good place for stayin in Valencia.
