On the outskirts of Costa Adeje, this hotel is ideal for families or guests who prefer a quieter holiday away from busy and noisy nightlife. The hotel is served by a cheap and regular bus service into Town but just a few minutes walk in the other direction is a beautiful bay with bars and restaurants where you can watch the sun go down. Evening entertainment is provided, the best of which is a laser disco around the pool which starts as a kids disco but ends as a parents rave. Food is plentiful and varied in the restaurant. The spacious pool area is not over crowded and there is usually some lounger available at most times of day. Criticisms: pool area often very slippery and the lounge area is a little tired and unappealing. However the staff are friendly and obliging, the hotel is clean and well stocked and I have had a great holiday.

Hotel is very clean and reception staff are very helpful and nice. Would be good if there was more promotion of the entertainment, during the day and at night as often you are unaware of what is going on in hotel. There wasn’t any information in the room about hotel (breakfast times etc, different pools) that would have been helpful. But very pleasant stay, would return.

Hotel very well located just 5 mn walk from a sea of black sand. All amenities bus, taxi near the hotel. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and 2 Jacuzzis available free of charge throughout the day. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Especially take half board + otherwise drinks not included at the meal. Entertainment every night for young and old. In the daytime little entertainment. Family hotel, friendly but speaking mainly English, Spanish… But they do what they can to make you understand. Very very little French we did not cross any during our stay.

Warm welcome, ideal location, quiet and restful. Breakfast and meals varied. Reasonable drinks prices. Animation instructor Daniela very attentive, dynamic and smiling. Pool very clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms with kitchenette area with beautiful sea views. What to recharge in a friendly atmosphere! We will return with pleasure! Thank you Paola & Melisa.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and friendly, the water aerobics was perfect for everyone (thank you Daniela), comfort, cleanliness and impeccable food! It is well worth a 4 *. We are delighted and will return! Melisa & Paola.

The Hotel is in a quiet location. In 7 minutes walk a nice beach with a breakwater. There are excellent fish restaurants nearby. Rooms with a living room (it's a kitchen). The Internet in the room almost does not work. The Food is very decent (breakfasts are standard, dinners are different). Recommend.

Good Hotel, we liked everything. The Breakfast is hearty. The Room is cleaned 5 times a week. The Speaking girl is working on the Resepeshn. There were no Problems. The hotel Is very nice.

We are repeat customers. We have come above all for cleanliness, good atmosphere, friendliness and good service both in hospitality and in entertainment although this aspect has declined much since the march of Pepe and other past entertainers. I hope you change this aspect, because the truth is noticeable and much, that is why I do not put 5 stars I want to mention some of his workers: reception: Julie, Ana, Isabel. Dining room and Bar PiscinaCelso, Natalia, David, Isabel Sanchez, Ancor. Chef David Perez. The lifeguard Yaser. All for their human quality and unbeatable treatment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful… Doña Isabel and Don Ancor thank you for everything.

Recommended Hotel to come with family, we are repeating customers. Special mention for the hotel staff, from the head of reception Julie to the hospitality staff (Natalia, David, Isabel, …) who always cater to us with a great smile and kindness. We put 4 stars and not 5 for the decrease in the quality of animation since Pepe is not in this position, like other great animators who has had the complex as Beatriz and Mónica. Definitely for us and our Girls Pepe is one of the great stars of the hotel and it shows a lot. All this recognizing the effort of the current animators but the pool, the Miniclub and the MiniDisc are no longer the same. We will return waiting for the improvement in this section.

We had a fabulous week. Very quiet clean place located a few meters from the beach with a large pool on site recommended especially X families with toddlers. Excellent kitchen all self service and great entertainment with Daniela and Velma and all the staff. Thank you.

Good facilities, very nice location just out of the main town but a very handy bus stop right outside! Some great resturants near by highly recommend the Le Petite Bistro The hotel's food is good with a wide variety of choices all nice and hot and replenished regularly. Only issue we had was with ants in our room which we told reception about and someone came to spray them however they returned the next day. Overall, an enjoyable stay, the island itself is fantastic!

Very good variant of accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable. The Plumbing is new. Breakfasts and dinners are varied, there is always a choice of meat, fish, there is always pasta, paella, pizza. A new beach was opened Nearby. The Hotel is at the end of the promenade in a very quiet location. There is a children's animation. I think it's a perfect combination of price/quality. Can compete with many four.

Everything is very cool. The Food is great, the ocean is nearby. For those who like to save on food, the rooms have a kitchen. Our wife and I loved it. We'll come back here again…

Hotel was good to action our request for a baby bath as our 2 year old did not like the shower. The staff seem very committed to ensuring guests enjoy their stay and the entertainments team make a real effort, however some of the evening entertainment can be hit and miss and the children’s disco is very loud, so much so that my son won’t go near. We normally stay in higher end hotels but as both our fathers came we were looking to cut some costs and I think this hotel has been a good choice overall for what it is, I have to remember sometimes that we are not going to get the luxuries of the bigger and better hotels but I think they are a good bar to aim for. I find the breakfast is very good, but the evening meal I have had mixed feelings about, the food sometimes feels limited and whatever theme it is there is always the same pasta, paella, chips, pizza etc. My wife has been a head chef for many years and finds the food somewhat bland. However both our fathers like it, so what do we know? I would also like the cost of drinks with dinner so that I know what I am signing for, guests are asked to sign a piece of paper but as of yet nobody has actually supplied any prices to go with the drinks at dinner which they should. My main issue with mealtime though is that they don’t cater for children, we have previously stayed at H10 hotels which have a whole room for children with children’s bowls, plates, cutlery, cups and food.

Very good value for money.

We had a superior room which was a good size which we needed as we were there for 3 weeks. The room was fine, it was cleaned every other day and the sea view was fabulous. The food isn't great. They seem to cater more for other countries. We were half board but ate at the restaurant next to the hotel most of the time. We stayed in a Hovima hotel last year and again the food let it down.

A spectacular, quiet hotel with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, Julie from reception is a gem. The cleanliness of 10, the food quite good and varied. The location of the perfect hotel, next to La Caleta, one of the most beautiful corners of the island. Recommended and to repeat.

We have been staying at this hotel since 11 April 2018. With my wife. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Very pleasantly surprised the hotel administration on my birthday-having arrived in the evening in the room has found on a table two glasses, and in a holdilnik a bottle of champagne. Thanks a Lot for the gift! Very friendly staff, always ready to answer all the questions. There are also several good fish restaurants Nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is Always fish and meat to choose from. I love staying at this hotel.

Slightly simpler hotel.
The hotel, with its building, forms a sheltered courtyard in which the pool area is located.
In the pre-and post-season favorable for capturing the sun.
Sea view only for rooms or Over the road.
Post Möglickeit as high as possible.
Luckily, the road is not a major road, so to bear.
The view of the Atlantic is compensated.
The kitchen of the house was good we felt comfortable here 2 x in this hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet but lovely location. The family rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds and we had a great sea view. The restaurant has a great selection of foods from the hot and cold buffet, replenished often and not recycled from lunch to dinner. The pool area is great for families with lots of comfortable Ratin style beds, again the area is very clean. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and the staff who run the entertainment for the kids are fantastic! Overall I would rate this hotel highly and definitely recommend it to others and will look forward to returning next Easter!

Have just finished a great week half board at the Jardin Caleta. Beautiful pool area with plenty sun beds. Rooms dated but immaculately clean. Had room overlooking the pool and the sea with kitchen/dining/ lounge and separate bedroom with balcony. Would come back breakfast only as dinners repetitive. The staff are fabulous especially Isobel at the pool bar and restaurant. Would thoroughly recommend this 3star hotel.

Really nice hotel. In view of the many rooms we had expected noise — far from it. Due to the skilful arrangement of the rooms you have a lot of rest or can enjoy the noise of the sea.
I can only recommend the food to anyone. There's really something for everyone. A very varied, Mediterranean buffet with lots of fish and salad, but also an athlete's buffet with many pasta for "carbo-loading". But also the dessert buffet was incredibly versatile.
In other words, a great stay.

The hotel is not chic but very comfortable for a young family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will always leave more towels and sheets. Friendly staff. Children under 14 stay free of charge. Food, program-everything is very simple. Suitable for those who like to ride and relax by the sea, not in the hotel!

Great location near the little port of La Caleta. Spacious rooms, rich and varied buffets… Perfect to visit Tenerife.

Perfect location in the tranquil village of La Caleta, very friendly and courteous staff. The apartments are simple and functional, they are always very spacious for 2 people and if you occupy an apartment parallel to the coast, you have drawn the big lot: sunshine from morning to sunset and a magnificent sea view. The two pools offer everyone the right thing: heated water for bathing and plenty of space for long-term swimming in the large pool. The right place for sunbathing can always be found at the pools or on one of the two rooftop terraces with jacuzzis and magnificent sea views.
Not much to expect, however, of the food, no wonder, because at the low price The cook is probably only a minimum budget available. In addition, there is obviously a lack of love for cooking as well as imagination and spices. A pity, because this is the only downside in this hotel, and so we are now the 5th time here to guest and enjoy the quiet and good atmosphere. Good to know for young people: most of the guests are over 60, and the evening music is set on it. But anyway: all in all, the value for money is unbeatable!

Had a very relaxing stay at Hovima, Jardin Caleta. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely sea views. The apartment was clean and comfortable and breakfast and evening buffet delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

We have stayed here twice and would go again. The accommodation is good and cleaned regularly. The food was very good with a wide selection. The staff were excellent and I could not fault them. Location of the hotel is good with some rooms having a sea view. The area is a little too quiet for me. But las Américas is only a ten minute bus ride away.

Everything would be nice, especially the jacuzzi on the rooftops, if not for the construction under the windows with 7.30 am.

We liked the location of the hotel and the staff was great.
The hotel has a kind of cooperation with the nearby sports facility, which means that there were always several sports clubs in the hotel. That would not have been disturbed and not disturbed if not about 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4 of all available seats in the dining room had been reserved for these clubs, and this would have made it difficult for the rest of the guests to search for space. The rooms are partly in need of renovation.

I stayed here 6 months ago in one of the sea view rooms. The view was great and I loved the variety of the food in the buffet though I only went for breakfast and tea. The staff were very welcoming and fun, especially when it came to hosting the entertainment. Getting everyone involved to win great prizes. I won a Hovima top and hat. If you don't like cats I wouldn't recommend sitting outside as cats usually rome out there.

Environment OK, food little variety, but as far as good, too little salad, fruit, fresh food. Otherwise good, rather little, but good.
Room and cleaning very nice, top, staff restaurant also.
Staff at the front desk consistently very "flat", uninterested in solutions to 4 problems/questions.

Great hotel for tourists. Excellent facilities, swimming pool and indoor whirlpool.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on half board and had a great time, we didn't have any problems. It was a very nice hotel.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are two-room, large balcony. The food is repetitive but quite tasty. But the pastries did not like. There is a swimming pool and even a lifeguard:) On the reception there is a Russian girl Natalia can help with any question. The beach needs a little walk. There is a supermarket and a pizzeria next to the hotel.

Are very disappointed as this hotel discomes sports circle also a holiday colony!.
At the reception some very dedicated people make an effort to speak the
French I thank them; Personally I believe that all would do an effort.

I'm in a wheelchair nd the hotel was perfect for me staff were lovely and so helpful with organising travel to visit places in tenerif if I had any issues they always went above and beyond to help… Eg. I was sleeping on sofa bed in apartment room and found it slightly hard I explaind this to staff and when I went back to room later they had been in and put a mattress topper on the bed. That It was the best night sleep I had in long time it was soo comfy. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel but a little bit out of it, it's not positioned in adeje as it says it's quite a walk. But saying that if you enjoy walking and have no health problems it's worth the walk, right next to the beach bar which is lovely gorgeous spot with live music most days and can sit and watch the sun going down,

Very pleasant place to stay and had all facilities needed with a lovely food service and fantastic pool. Couldn't find a fault. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel… pool, staff, entertainment, and the food was amazing… full of flavour, clean and just simple… 2 downfalls though… 1. No Aircon! You do get a free fan but I didnt sleep all week… tenerife in Aug is sweltering… 2. This may not b an issue for most but its very secluded… you are overlooking a gravel beach which yes is immaculate but wasnt for us and its either a 40 min walk to nearest sandy beach which we couldnt do with kids and individual with mobility issue. Or its a 12 min bus ride… which once we braved no big deal… there is 1 local shop with lovely staff and walk 10 mins the other way and your greeted with a picturesque beach and bay filled with amazing restaurants… we was half board with children but if it was just adults and self catering I would have tried every one! … all in all… id return but I would demand 2 fans!

A very nice hotel with very nice people. We were in room 108. Altogether a very nice hotel. Julie in reception was a very kind person. Pepe is hard working with the kids. John Linzi and Anna.

For the price, couldn't have asked for better. It is a lovely hotel situated just outside of the main tourist area which is both good and bad. Its a lot more peaceful than other hotels in the area but there is a lot less to do nearby. The food was average. It was a buffet style continental and cooked breakfast in the mornings and classic dishes in the evening with a choice of pasta, meat, paella and basic foods e. G. Pizza/chicken nuggets/fish fingers.

The experience ruined building, which is located behind the hotel. Distance from the sandy beach. The lack of air conditioning in the room. The staff don't understand English. The only plus was a good restaurant on site. For a young couple not advised.

You have everything you need. Inside the apartment, you have your kitchen, sofa, good terrace… Very nice pool, jacuzzi, solarium, buffet with very varied and good food. Very nice service, very friendly and pleasant reception girls.
The area very good, quiet and close to many beaches, in season low with many places of parking.

Nice hotel. Quiet, nice sea view. Plenty of Parking. There is a Playground and evening entertainment. Helpful staff, have the waiter look like George Clooney. Of the minuses: the food is very bad, wash the dishes, constantly try to save linen and towels when cleaning. For dinner only cash bar. On weekends and holidays the hotel is full, I stop the Spaniards.

This a bit outdated and the buffet was not great.

Very welcoming and friendly. Quality-price is fantastic. Ideal to unwind with the family, or just with the partner. The staff is very attentive and fixed for years, which makes the visit very enjoyable because you will already know.

Went to visit for a business meeting. Didn't get to stay overnight. It's not a super fancy hotel but at least it's quiet and overlooking the Atlantic ocean.

Standard buffet food, good. Staff top marks, friendly and polite. Location, the hotel is outside the busiest zone. You don't see many street vendors. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. So if you want peace and quiet this is the place to go.

Accommodation in a studio apartment with terrace overlooking the pool, living room and kitchen, all very well maintained and clean. Wi-Fi for free. The evening buffet was great, great merit to the cooks and the service impeccable. Pleasant Solarium with tub sheltered from the wind. The village of Cove is intimate and picturesque, many excellent restaurants where you can eat fresh fish at reasonable prices. I was really pleased.

Lovely room but was expecting a bath. Good service and great breakfast spread.

Attention excellent quiet and cozy.

In short I'm going to go I hope to enjoy.

My partner and I stayed for two weeks in this great facility located a few kilometers from the city center, very neat and tidy and with a room which was actually a mini apartment with living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and two terraces with views directly on the ocean in a context very quiet, relaxing and quiet, with a wonderful landscape untouched by so many buildings. Half board has fully satisfied for both the quality and the variety of foods offered and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The bus stop is right outside the hotel but for more freedom would recommend hiring a car to explore this wonderful island. A good value for a hotel that has nothing to envy to the higher classes.

Had a good time very clean but the food. Breakfast was not all that. The area is expensive so you need to go down the road it's cheaper for a night out. The staff at the hotel are brilliant. But watch the taxi driver's they sometime over charge you by going the long way, tell them so they think you no your way around the place and you should be ok. Tenerife is a lovely place so enjoy it.

Hotel is quiet and close to the sea. Ideal starting point for walks and swimming as well as cycling. The pool and the infrastructure is very good and clean. Always enough sunbeds and little people. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and quiet. CA 35 m2. We were on the 4th floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is a 3 star hotel very good and varied. We can highly recommend the hotel and price performance is perfect.

We stayed at Jardin Caleta Hotel for 2 weeks last year (in July) and if we had the money, we'd go back again. It was great! The personal was very friendly and welcoming (especially Julie from the Reception). We received a lovely sea view room, without any problems or formalities. The rooms were large and clean, the food was plenty and very good, even for the most pretentious of us. We had a small beach near the hotel, and if we needed a larger one, we walked a few munutes to a spelndid large beach, with all sorts of places to eat and shop (fantastic icecream! ). All in all, it was maybe the best holiday we' ve had, and we recomend the hotel to anyone.
