The location is very good, but the hotel wants to be better. Towels can be both stylish but not clean. Noise, howling dogs and cats-the feeling that you are on the street and it is at night and early in the morning. I haven't seen Anything worse. Breakfast is better not to order, it is not worth it. The Disappointment is complete.

Everything was great, the location, the deal. Quality Price a 10. :D.

Great location, good value for money, no hotel for 5 stars… but they have other prices, if you are clear what you are looking for, as in my case, is a big option and with a free wiffi of great quality.

More like a hostel, no TV in rooms, noisy & small bedrooms!

It fulfills its expectations. Great difference between rooms (since we went an end of course 40 people were able to compare) the only downside they charge 1 euro for the coffee capsules at breakfast (I bought a box at the Mercadona and ready)
The workers were very attentive, and located in the Ostia de bien.

Great location in the middle of the town. If you have a few demands for comfort, cleanliness and aesthetics… You can go!

Towel was not very clean. Room smelled like sewer. Slept horribly thanks to noises coming from other rooms and apartments (room window was on a tiny courtyard), including the flushing of toilets, coughing, music and TV in the middle of the night. The shower was warm and there were beds. Not recommended.

Very nice staff but very heary rooms.

A low cost hotel which has everything I need: a comfortable bed, hot shower, usable Wi-Fi, a basic but filling continental breakfast, laundry service, printing, etc. There have been piecemeal renovations, although the ageing fabric of the building shows through in places. Puerto Azul is a small enough hotel that the staff are friendly and helpful, and get to know you. I have stayed here several times and would stay here again in the future.

Very shallow cleaning, sheets not changed for a week, rooms too small and there was not a rooftop terrace in the room as described on the site. A terrible stench in the bathroom due to a problem in the drain, towels spotted, it was also not possible to use the kitchen! Nice and friendly staff, hotel located in downtown and very close to bars and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and comfortable. The security is scarce, the window latch that touches the window of the room next door broken and the owner does not offer solution. Attached pictures.

Super place for the money, compared to the price is worth it in every way. Service and friendliness is in top, location is away from the big hotel areas and more in the city, with small streets, cosy cafes all around and the beach is near. This is not the hotel for the people who wants to stay inside all day. It has small balcony and a rooftop where you can relax and enjoy yourself, otherwise go and enjoy the city/island. If you need to know anything the staff are more than happy to help, you can even get spanish course. Breakfast is nice but gets boring in the end. Recommendations for the hotel: get single double size mattresses (ist hard to cuddle when bed slides apart), put a free for use grill on the roof and some nice chairs there.

I go there all the years have it's like at home!

I am loving my stay here, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is kept very clean, its in a great location for everything, the beautiful Playa Jardin only 5 mins walk. I will defo be coming back here if I dont stay longer this time.

Every where has been freshly decorated and was very clean. Staff very polite and helpful and the maids cleaned the room and changed towels when necessary. Stayed here last week with my son in an ideal location. Very good value.

Great location in a relatively quiet part of town. Close to everything you could need. Supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and the square. Very basic rooms but perfectly adequate.

Economic, the best staff in TENERIFE. Perfectly located. Perfect for backpackers and people that want to see the island but not to stay in the hotel room all day long. Choose it if U come to do sport and discover the non touristic side of TENERIFE. The best. I remark the staff.

Located in the Centre of puerto de la Cruz, is all fairly close and with respect to the service is not the big thing but okay.

The quality of the website is lousy, since although its location is in Spain, does not have a page in Spanish to make reservations and therefore I do not plan to book.
When they include a comfortable and practical page for all the audiences I will include them in my holiday, so far, I wish you luck with the majority of Spaniards who do not understand English and German.
Much to improve, if so is the page I do not even imagine the rooms.

Very current. The decoration is very vintage and can be nice. However the mattresses long ago that exceeded its average life.

The hotel has a good location near the Centre but the rooms facing the courtyard are noisier than expected. Noise from other rooms adjoining the courtyard are to blame. The staff is very nice and tried. Unfortunately only 1 Lady speaks german and she's not always there. The biggest deficiency is the cleaning service. Despite 2maliger request, the room was not properly cleaned. Cobwebs on the ceiling were removed only after 2 calls. The dirty room door inside, not at all, although claimed. The mattress covers were full of hair. The duvets were also not really clean. The floor, especially in the bathroom was very dirty in the area of the wall. Also the shower. The breakfast is very Spartan but my demand for tomatoes and orange juice was once complied with. Tomorrow no longer already on the next. The other day there was at least the tomatoes. On the last day unfortunately again no more. It seems not to work well providing such things between the on-duty employees. Still, the rooms were neglected. In the bathroom cracked mirror sliding doors only with effort to use the Chair so shaky I me not have dared it to bet me.

I'll not go back or recommend it. The rooms lack adequate cleaning to be a 2 star hotel (walls and dirty floors, very damaged bedding and the worst thing is that in the room there were eggs of cucas. ) Reception staff is the only thing that I liked for his kind and friendly and the location of the hotel.

A small friendly hotel close to the city centre. Staff is super friendly, and the two large beaches are only a stone's throw away.

The customer service of the staff, the owner, the great receptionists was delighted. The rooms and the facilities very neglected. Room a neglected bed clothes, burned, dirty, the wardrobe is caia to horns and bath had that Dodge door to gain entry to the shower. The balcony by his situation to the playground a lot noise from neighbors. Regular cleaning in rooms but in the area of bad roof, if I were to return, would only and exclusively by the staff and the geographical location that is, that this great, without much trouble parking and close to leisure.
