Great hotel for the price we paid. We turned up early and chanced an early check in, and had no issues at all. Its a bit run down, but clean. Location is great. No parking on site, but free parking everywhere around.

It's a nice hotel. Yes, it's not the newest furniture, but it's clean. They're cleaning up all the time. Change towels every other day. Bed time every three days. Kitchen with the most necessary set of dishes. The cooking surface and oven work well.
In the hotel restaurant in the evening a guy plays and sings very beautifully.

Good central location. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Apartments spacious although need a facelift but totally serviceable.

Ужасный отель. В нем иногда отдыхают наркотрафиканты. Одну ночь переспали и на следующую ночь забрали в полицию перепутав с какимито наркоторговцами. Ночь провели в полиции. Это ужас. Они агрессивны. Мы знали я местный язык но они не слушают. Нарушают все права. На нас на рецепшене указал работник отеля. Типа мы похожи на когото. Разбираться пока стали — ваш отель перенесеться в камеру в полиции. Так что делайте выводы сами.
A dangerous hotell. Sometimes drug traffickers rest there. One night they slept and the next night they took him to the police and mixed with some drug traffickers. The night was spent in the police. That's horrible. They are aggressive. We knew I'm a local language but they dont listen. Violate all rights. At us on retsepshene pointed employee of the hotel. Like we are like someone. Understand until they become — your hotel will be transferred to the police cell. So draw your own conclusions.

It's a good apartment hotel. Excellent location in relation to the city centre and Hardin Beach. Recently repaired most of the rooms, replaced mattresses, but they are still rigid. The room has everything you need bathroom, shower, kitchen ette with oven, set of necessary dishes. This year near the hotel the car park problem, more often in the beach area. You can recommend.

Pesimo. Null rest because all the nights there was a singer in the street until the wee hours. The night and as the rooms are old there is no airtight seal on the windows and listening to absolutely everything. Pillow bad, room old, kitchenware fair and in the TWENTY-first century who charged 5€ per day for Wi-Fi? Would not repeat here even if I regalasen.

The hotel is very run down! Clean cleaned. The Handtüvher were torn and old, in the bathroom the mold was spreading. In the kitchen of the apartment we did not dare to cook, was not clean and old. The beds were a disaster, every Bettfeder was felt.
In general, the town of Puerto de la Cruz is very run down, contrary to the many promises of the tourism department, the place is not very worth seeing.

The location is convenient to the centre. If you have to make 1/2 nights and passable. I would Not recommend it for a Vscanza.

Complete and well-located apartments, 10min from the beach, 5 from the bus station and 5 from Plaza del Charco.

Very simple, not very clean but well located hotel. Only recommended if you have good weather in Puerto. Inside, you can't make yourself comfortable.

Great location, clean, convenient, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are busy, but everything is clean in my eyes and works. The pool is unfortunately only open from 10-18, but if you don't want to go to the beach, absolutely OK. Up to approx. 00:00 you can hear Spanish live music from a nearby bar. Didn't bother us while sleeping… on the contrary. Hard to beat for the price if you don't need luxury.

Stayed at the Be Smart Florida Plaza for 2 nights over the carnival weekend checked all the reviews online after booking and saw loads of mixed reviews. The apartments are self catering with a kitchenette everything was clean a little bit dated but very spacious with big balcony for what we paid we would definitely come back and stay here again. The location is perfect for getting around plenty of bars, restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beach… What more could you ask! (For carnival you are 2 minute walk to the main stage area)

We stayed 1 week in January 2018. We got a room with a shallow balcony facing the street yhe first night and asked to change it to a room facing the yard the next day. We got the trip very cheap so we should not complain, but here is a few pros and cons. For anadult couple that travel a lot this is ok. The hotel is the middle of the best restaurant area of the town. This is a big plus since we enjoy varied and interesting food/wine. The toproof has a pool area and sunbeds. We stayed there all day for ahalf of the week we stayed there. The pool is a little small, but you can do execise swiming if less than 2-3 is in the water. Another plus is the easy access to the rest of the town, supermarked etc. You get everything you need within 3-400 m of the hotel. Negative. The rooms are old fasion. The fridge is ok, but the rest of the kitchen is worn out. The bathroom is also 80s styled with bede, but had very old shower head/water battery. Do not flush when someone takes a shower. Its all connected. The balcony is impossible to sit in, unless you have a room on the top floor. You can hear your neighbours talk/cough etc. The beds are ok, BUT the frame under the matras is for a much smaller size — my wife fell off it really hard just turning around in the morning. There is no modern AC — so our guess is that its not very nice in the hot summertime. We paid next to nothing for the trip as it was on special sale to fill all rooms 1 week before departure.

Pros: Top Location. 2min to the Bus Station, great Restaurants nearby. Super Starting point How had a Room with Kitchenette for 11 Days. 2 Single Beds (positive), Bathrooms without Ventilation.
No Balcony. We could see the Sea between the Houses. Cabinets for 2 People divided unfavorably, too few Temples.
We didn't have Food with in it. You can eat great in the Area. Staff were friendly.

Very spoiled the rooms leave a lot to be desired… very little Clean deal.

Bad Hotel. There were cockroaches dead in the morning. Room service was not coming every day. Old furniture and some gave grime, including the frying pans. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lowest price of Puerto de la Cruz, yet huge room and a balcony so large to look like a terrace, great as location.

Read lots of bad reviews regarding this hotel after booking witch made me a little worried. When we arrived we where pleasantly surprised. It was a little outdated but not dirty and scruffy as a lot of the reviews talk about. Staff where friendly and helpful and the on site pizzeria had good selection and great prices. The location of this hotel is a major pluss! driving into the resort had me feeling sorry for people not near this hotel. Miles and miles of hotels with nothing but the odd store. This hotel is however in the heart of the resort but away from the nightlife, literally 2 min walk to the main square. I would recommend this hotel to people on a budget but you could find more modern alternatives in this location for an extra 200-300 per week.

Bad deal, the people in charge of the apartment deliberately cut off the light for us to complain and we had to leave. We were 3 in a room for 2 without disturbing anyone and with enough space. We proposed to pay the difference to a superior apartment. They're bad people and excuses. I do not wish them any success.

Having seen some bad reviews I am pleasantly surprised rooms are large and clean fairly well equipped good local facilities lots of places to eat in close proximity that even those with mobility issues can easily get to… downsides no air con and the rooms could do with a bit of modernisation… Then again it's never billed as the ritz all in all so far so good.

Although the complex has its years, in general it has good condition. The cleanliness is good, the rooms although not very large, have the indispensable. Worst thing, no air conditioning and the fabric of the sofa in the room was pretty old and worn out. Friendly staff.

Its price. Do not expect luxury for 25euro per night. But the hotel is decent very well located. A small kitchen for this meal, a rooftop pool to cool off.

Very cheap, but still not so much that in has stood furniture that saw Napoleon yet. No! The furniture is not vintage, it just senile. The first thing that caught my eye was the lack of air conditioning! It's a nightmare, I thought. But immediately noticed that the room in principle quite pleasant temperature. And if you open the Windows for the night, you can freeze. And there was no need for air conditioning. And without it norms. Maybe in other rooms and not so everything, but ours was good. Slightly arrogant cleaning lady-knocked on the door and without asking you can enter or not immediately broke! I just came out of the tub. Confusion. It is certainly a long apologized, but still do not do so. The room is huge, in some three-four stars with you for such area flayed would be minimum 400-500 € per night, and here we lived two days for €70. There is a large fridge, stove, very old TV with CRT. In general, you can live. But I also got a very squeaky bed. This is for sure minus one star, if the furniture is only slightly annoying factor, then the bed is exactly on the ejection. It's a nuisance. The restaurant is very well fed. Compared to mainland Spain is even cheap. Paid Wi-Fi is not a problem, you can buy local SIM orange and not steam.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location-all the places within walking distance.

The worst of the port of the cross.

It was a very nice hotel… very clean, friendly staff and smiling… great.

First of all indicate low hygiene from the Aparthotel. Chipped walls, rust in the bath, sunken mattresses, dirty blankets and super old, kitchen and old utensils and in bad condition, television without tune, the headboards of the beds with signatures, no towels, no gel, no SOAP, no balcony table dirty and cracked. This was our first impression just get so we just spent 3 hours and we had to go. That you contract with Falcon travel travel or pages to work with IBEROJET wholesaler! eye! they are the owners of this apartment and painted it as the mejorcillo. The location was depressing as they justified the lack of hygiene for having 2 keys and did not give any solution. The pool is on the roof with 2 sun loungers and no more. I advise other options look better or simply choose to go to one this just winged (teneguía) that is what we did, for the same price, the facilities are perfect and treatment is a standout. PS: photos do not correspond with reality.
