I find good value for money, that's why the stars. If you go on a cheap holiday and don't complain about anything because you're just going to sleep it's super. You can park well, eat well and cheap, and have very good access from the freeway. On the other hand the fatal water pressure. And the bed is not the dream but it is good to sleep. I repeat what I paid for seems perfect.

The rooms were always very clean, the cleaning lady came every day and has laid out fresh towels. Our room had a balcony and the size of the room was adequate for 2 people. The hotel has a very nice little pool which was very cold in February (so not heated) … The hotel is high up on a mountain, which can be quite strenuous, as you get 20 minutes steep mountain running from more. But if you are walking well, many sights are nearby… Man can reach almost everything on foot… Loro Park is a 30 minute walk away from the hotel room. Playa de Jardin can be reached in 20 minutes. The Taoro park can be reached on foot in half an hour… If the mountain were just not. The breakfast is plentiful, there is always fresh fruit. Dinner is left to be desired. There is hardly anything for vegetarians. I ate noodles most of the time with ketchup. The staff is very friendly.

In Tenerife, you can have a lots fun in Acquario. It's a nice place to be.

Usually simple is not bad the rooms inside the problem is the noise of the engines cooling all night, the tank should be eco, mattresses, simple that yes they were Flex and the wardrobe without doors, the buffet varied but dinner could include water without cost although it only was a small bottle small and an older gentleman I removed the dish when it is almost you would have finished otherwise well although rooms noisy thanks that I am sleep easy

Great breakfast, but dirty and smelly rooms…

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, well I think the pictures speak for themselves, we were allocated room 608 and I quote 'standard double bedroom with shower, toilet, balcony and terrace' The room was filthy, small and poorly furnished, it had no electric either, I complained and was lied to by the very unhelpful receptionist who told me that this was the only room available but did get someone to switch on the electricity supply. I booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary thinking we would get the room we had booked, my wife was so upset she asked to get the next flight back, so I then complained again and told a different receptionist that I was refusing to stay in the room, I asked for the manager but was told he was not available! But if I stay in the room for one night 'they will see what they can do in the morning' well there was no way I was staying in what I can only describe as a dump of a room, so I persisted and eventually they called the manager who 'upgraded' us to room 101, Upgraded I laughed this is what we booked! Bearing in mind only an hour before I was told they had no other rooms. All in all its not a good hotel, it needs complete refurbishment and falsely advertises its facility's.

It seemed like the other thing very different in the photos, the rooms are very small, doesn't fit or a chair, very poor state of the rooms, broken door, humidity in room and bath, quilts, broken and burned from cigarettes. The food vomitiva… This hotel is not to reform it is to throw it down, the worst of the island without a doubt.

A real TRASH. For a start this is not a hotel it is a pension, a very old, dirty, rooms are ridiculously small, the bathrooms full of rust, A DISGUST! … To make matters worse misleading advertising to 100x100 this hotelucho/board is far from the center of the city, is located many miles from the port in a secluded ridge. The receptionist quite unpleasant and over we had an hour to make the software… Not what I would recommend even my worst enemy, to give thanks that I do not ask for the sheet claims, a real disgust…

The staff is very nice. The hotel is quality for the price. It is very clean. I recommend the Buffet at breakfast as it is varied, and are taking constantly without leaving empty trays.

Bród, smród I ubóstwo! W pierwszym pokoju, który miał wymiary 3x3 metry towarzyszyły nam mrówki czerwone. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji otrzymaliśmy większy pokój, ale jego standardy były równie mizerne co w pierwszym pokoju. Mrówek już w nim nie było, natomiast pojawiły się olbrzymie karaluchy :) Generalnie nie pojechaliśmy tam siedzieć w pokoju, ale wolałbym spać w miejscu, gdzie nie dzieli się łóżka z robactwem. Godna pochwały jest obsługa recepcji. Są mili I pomocni w każdej sytuacji.

Good and fresh food /breakfast 7.30 and lunch/diner 19-21.30/, different meat or fish every day. Quite far from the beach /26 mins walk back — it's on the hill/. Roomes cleaned every day. Very nice staff.

Service and rooms are super… Location is OK… For JMD who wants to run a lot of mountain. We rented a car then everything was great.

Dear future guests of that hotel, if you have booked an exterior room ear plugs should be an essential element of your holiday packing list. Me and my partner decided to pay more in order to get a balcony, but it soon turned out to be a mistake. We were given a ground floor room close to the reception. Every night we struggled to fall asleep because of a loud aquarium filter in the reception combined with noisy neighbours who had a habit of partying on their balcony until 4am. I give them two starts because of decent breakfasts and cleaning services.

Two towels for three people.
30min WLAN in a special room, otherwise €6 per day.

Water pressure in the shower is very weak and the temperature is either hot or cold. It includes 30 minutes free Wi-Fi, but the speed is beneath contempt. I measured several times and never got over 0, 03Mbit downstream. Do not use the payment option that works just as bad.

The food is quite good, however limited in the selection. The rooms are small — but clean, a refrigerator is missing. Some rooms have a breathtaking view of the Spanish highest mountain Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. With a bit of bad luck, however, there are also balconies and windows facing the opposite rooms. The hotel is located 5 km from the nearest beach and a little further from the city centre (Puerta de la Cruz), with Herheblichem gradient that will make you sweat.
In summary, for a 2-star hotel in the low-budget area, you get a decent stay with no frills but with all the necessities.

I want to convey my enormous anger and disappointment to have stayed at one of its hotels, the Aquarium to be exact, and the terrible experience of stealing us in the rooms. It's nice and clean. The price's are fair. A very good basic place to stay at.

Superb value for money! Nothing fancy, old style furniture, comfortable beds, changed sheets twice weekly, towels daily. Small rooms, but very clean and freshly decorated. Excellent buffet style meals, especially breakfast. Lots of fruit &c. Only negative: car parking quite difficult on the street, which is up quite a steep hill. M and B (Cheshire).
