Good location, brand new. Very helpful, could not find air con so it can get warm in the room. I only had a small room. Mini fridge.
sockets by the bed and reading lights. Very nice help yourself breakfast.

Really good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. The hotel is situated central in the old town, near the harbour. There are a lot of restaurants and bars! We enjoyed really!

Easy cheap hotel close to the port, newly renovated, neat and clean!

Very nice little hotel at a really good location. For the price, an amazing finding. And the pool was a great surprise!

The hotel is great, the staff super friendly and attentive. Cleanliness quite good. The rooms are large and comfortable, with plenty of light and quite large terrace. It also has buffet in the breakfast quite complete and very rich. We'll definitely be back.

I loved the Hotel My City: Firstly, for its very strategic location, in the C / Blanco and next to the Plaza del Charco, in the center of Puerto de la Cruz.
On the other hand, because it is a very nice place, clean, renovated, decorated with lots of light and joy.
The staff is very young, well prepared and always willing to please and improve their work, and that goes from the management staff, to the cook, the waitresses and the cleaning staff or the pool security.
It has ramp and elevator, so it is prepared for disabled people, and the price is very good in relation to the quality it offers.
We will definitely come back, strongly recommended.

Ubicación inmejorable a 1 minuto caminando de la Plaza del Charco, las habitaciones son pequeñas, aunque muy limpias, cómodas y modernas, el baño también muy pequeño, se echan en falta más productos de higiene, solo había un dispensador de jabón en el lavamanos y un dispensador de gel-champu en la ducha y 2 pastillitas de jabón en el lavamanos. La terraza es de lo mejor muy amplia y con el suelo en césped artificial. La piscina está en el quinto piso que es el último y no tiene acceso a minuvalidos. El ascensor solo llega hasta el cuarto piso. Había un socorrista aburrido leyendo un libro porque cuando subimos éramos los únicos que estabamos usando la piscina. La atención del personal no era nada del otro mundo. Tipica sonrisita falsa y amabilidad remilgada aunque correcto. Eso sí, solo vi a dos chicas y tardaron como 40 minutos en subirnos dos almohadas. Un 7 sobre 10 y más de la mitad de la puntuación se la lleva la reforma que les quedó genial.
