My husband and I have been here for 5 days now and are truly relaxed. We are staying in room 112 and it’s very peaceful with a lovely garden. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We have enjoyed eating in the buffet restaurant, the pool bar and the a la carte restaurant. We have relaxed in the hydrothermal pools and have booked massages and a facial. We will be sad when our stay comes to an end in a couple of days. Thank you to all the team for looking after us X.

Fabulous peaceful adults only hotel. Wonderful to find a modern hotel that is not built like a box. Garden areas outstanding with lots of sun beds and seating. Golf course is amazing too!

What an absolute gem of a place the staff couldn’t be more helpful if they had tried we were given an upgrade to a room with complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary the room was absolutely stunning With a fantastic view overlooking the golf course and the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this gem of a place and be visiting there again.

Pleasant hotel to relax in. Nice pool area incl. Pool by the sea, which is only open on weekends for hotel guests. The rooms are clean and a little bit old, but with enough space. Nice is also the walk-in closet. But the food isn't that great. Especially the dinner is not appropriate for a five star house.

Best hotel in Tenerife if you are looking for peace, relaxation, picturesque natural beauty and luxury. The good: Service is second to none, staff is extremely polite and helpful, the quality of facilities is very high, food is great, pools are amazing. Rooms are large, bed is comfy, there is a relatively large free of charge garage for parking, the beach and village are within walking distance. You can rent bicycles and sign-up for activities. The bad: Not too many things really. Large cities are a bit further away (60-90 mins of driving), gym is small, spa is not free of charge, some rooms are under ground hence the view is not great (first floor and some rooms on the second floor). Overall this is an amazing hotel and I would highly recommend for adults (the hotel is for adults only).

Very relaxing, friendly staff… we were here for our anniversary. We stay in the Level, rooms here are spacious with sea view. If you can upgrade I recommend it. The only downside was the food, not much choice even for a buffet, the food seem to be reheated from the day before, this was the same for breakfast and dinner. We did try the alcarta meal, this was not to our liking however our host was fantastic very helpful. There is not much here in the way of entertainment, if you like golf this place is for you.

Most enjoyable restful week! Nice Hotel. All Staff were excellent — Bar man in the Ikko Bar very pleasant as was Javier in pool bar + Naomi in buffet Restaurant + all staff made us feel very welcome. Good fresh food with plenty of variety. Will be recommending to friends!

The hotel is too far from places of interest and in a village where almost nothing there, this option of hotels is very good for the rest of a weekend and the best is only for couples are not allowed children, the rooms are OK but could improve on your Cleanliness, and decoration, the outdoor swimming pools are fine but for a hotel of these stars they do not have the potential in addition to insects and leaves floating in the pool, the breakfast of this 5 star hotel is a scarce breakfast I could hardly eat the dishes were empty and I saw no interest in the replacement, the hot dishes had no variety for all tastes, tube to wait 15 minutes to serve me a waffle too long for so little gebte I had stayed in the hotel, for me is not a 5 star hotel Los Menaties so n Scarce, the robe I put it broken and the toilet paper was stained with blood, I do not complain why I saw no need to make a fuss for a night passed and I went to disconnect from the world, the only good thing I can highlight the whole hotel is the Ruben buttons that to our The arrival came out to Resivirnos nothing else we parked to bring with a smile to the reception and later to the room offering for we needed something.

Traumhaftes Hotel, AbendBuffet sowie Frühstück sind aber wirklich nicht der Standard, welchen man erwarten würde. Zimmer sind schick und Nobel — kleinere Mängel sind aber kein Thema. Halbpension kann man sich aber durchaus sparen. Geht lieber Für das Geld im alá Carte Restaurant essen! Der Standort ist sehr Schön und Privat. Nur leider gibt es dann auch nicht mehr In der Umgebung. Keine schönen Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Hotel that is located on the island Tenerife. In the north and the Municipal end of Buenavista del Norte. It has an 18-hole Golf course. The Hotel is designed as an old house. Without losing the architecture of century ago. The service of very good rooms and the same restaurant. Reception… it has lots of spaces and green areas and Jardinadas and several swimming pools and a great Spa with real professionals. The truth if you want to rest and relax and be able to enjoy nature. Do not hesitate to book the Hotel with time… because it is always full.

Beautiful Hotel! Located to the north of the island away from all the tourist frenzy, one feels good in peace as in a little paradise on earth. In the vicinity you can do a lot of wonderful hikes, especially at the Teno Natural Park. The pools are large and with beautiful views between the ocean and the mountains. The hotel is relatively small and adults only with large communal areas which accentuates the feeling of calm and tranquility. The staff is really in the small care, always with a big smile and ready to help. Especially the friendliness and professionalism of Miguel who was really adorable throughout our stay. For those who hesitate I would recommend a room at the Sanctuary by the level with sea view. You will enjoy exclusive services (breakfast in the restaurant instead of the buffet, access to the lounge, solarium reserved etc. ) that make your stay perfect.

Hotel for adults only in a place away from the mass tourist places of Tenerife in a splendid mountainous environment.
Everything is of excellent taste and the staff is in the small care.

The fantastic Spa, good service, relaxing and very enjoyable.

Located in one of the very few non touristy locations in Tenerife. Quality, dispersed rooms and thoughtful design. The standard rooms are very good with sofa area, huge bed, walk-in closet and large bath with separate shower. The hotel is a little way from the sea so it's not worth paying extra for a sea view, although we did pay for one against our better judgement! It seems likely this is the nicest, five star hotel on Tenerife. It's attractively designed, away from other hotels ànd with just over a hundred rooms never feels crowded. One plea whilst buffet dining maybe standard in holiday locations it really isn't something that sits easily with a hotel with a 5 star Grand Luxe rating.

We flew for a week (06. — 13.02.2018) to Tenerife and have chosen a seemingly equivalent 5-star hotel.
The following conclusion can now be drawn live on site: positive — location of the hotel, very nice view of the Atlantic Ocean (not necessarily from the room) — interesting architectural style — no noticeable tourist hype — ample parking space — spacious rooms — nice, friendly PE Rsonal as part of your options — extensive breakfast buffet — large heated outdoor pool neutral — hotel is on the hillside, the reception is on the sixth of eight levels and most of the rooms below. The paths within the hotel are correspondingly long and connected with various staircases — or changing elevators.
— as the hotel is built very openly, it attracts, at least at this time of year, quite violently in the corridors.
— Above the "5 stars" you can book a room with the so-called "level", for a considerable additional fee. They should then "still" offer more luxury. We have asked ourselves why I have to book a 5 star hotel at an additional cost to reach these 5 stars. Unfortunately, this concept does not come close to us.
— we did not take advantage of the evening buffet, as we were not advised by various other guests. Tags: monotonous, mediocre quality and variety, maximum 3 star level, poor price/performance ratio negative — service by staff, e. G.

The rooms are clean and the staff is nice but there are some basic things that are not acceptable for this kind of hotel: — rooms are loud, you can hear your neighbors from next door and above talking, in the early morning (6:30 am) you get waken up by a mowing machine on the golf course and at 7am the air con is starting to make noises although it is turned off. — wine selection is rather narrow — spa costs 24€ for 90 minutes which it is not worth it — the whole main building with the entrance and the bar smells like old mans aftershave which is due to the extensive use of room perfume — the food in the main restaurant is okish but gets boring after a couple of days. The dishes are not seasoned properly.

Very good concepts overall damage to the surroundings that lacks cleanliness this just ruins the magic of the holidays.

The hotel has a very high standard. The food is exceptional and the sea is visible from almost every place of the hotel complex.

Very quiet Resort reserved for adults. A bit far from the airport-about 1h drive-but away from the hotel bars that bloom in Tenerife.
The staff are very nice as CR either the reception, pool bar, restaurant or spa.
We had a splendid and spacious suite that overlooks the pool and a view of the ocean side terrace. Still very quiet.
The services of the spa-massage, spa, gym-are very correct.
At the meal level, whether it's the buffet, the pool bar or the restaurant, the quality is good and there are enough choices for all tastes.
The Level provides access to a few privileged services that are certainly valuable during the high season. In the low season-holidays of All saints in our case-we were far from stepping on our feet.
Finally the price is very correct with regard to the benefits.
Please note that it is advisable to rent a car at the airport for more freedom.

A very beautiful place… Away from it all but with golf right next door. He will need a car to be able to walk and a little explore the area! And, if this is breakfast, the evening buffet is not terrible and the drinks are expensive, like the spa!

This is a wonderful hotel that I have found in Tenerife, without doubt the best choice I have made as a tourist for many years, has a more than quiet atmosphere where you can spend a few days impressive vacations alone or accompanied by your loved ones, the staff here is very attentive and friendly, your room is large and comfortable so you do not want to leave in several days, has several recreation areas such as swimming pool and spa, where cleanliness is the first quality you can observe. The cost of your days of lodging includes breakfast, which is more than varied accompanied by several smoothies with the perfect flavor you expect to find.

Our aim on this holiday was to find a destination where we could completely unwind and recharge the batteries and it would be fair to say that here we found it. All too often the glossy brochures lure you in with 'promotional' pictures, in this case reality outdid the proposed! From entering reception the feeling of calmness and serenity envelopes you, all the staff were attentive to your needs as well as your privacy. The room exceeded our expectations, open, very well furnished and equipped (the walk in wardrobe was an instant hit with the good lady! ). It surprised us that as busy as the hotel appeared to be, at no time did either of the pools or poolsides appear busy and there was always more of a choice than shortage of sunloungers to enjoy the day on. The only element of the hotel stopping it from becoming a true 5* resort was the standard food offered. A typical buffet style breakfast and dinner arrangement which did become repetitive and unimaginative, however a wander into the local town (5 mins) will give you access to some local restaurants which provided some truly memorable food (in a good way, wander the streets and don't read the books by their covers, one of the largest and succulent ribs I have ever tasted at a local bar and the most delightful fresh fish just off the town centre.

Luxury hotel with fine dining buffet each day, beautiful views overlooking the golf course and a short walk to the rambling footpath nearby which stretches along the north western coast. Great service, lovely staff and amazing hotel.

Just home from a fantastic week here, absolutely amazing hotel. Staff are the so friendly and professional. Helped us out with lost luggage and head phones. When we just asked them to email or call, the airline the reception team just did it all and let us get on with our holiday. Will definitely be back if I can stomach the taxi ride them mountain roads x.

Great hotel and setting. Tardis like. It's bigger than it looks but feels intimate due to the clever landscaping. Food was the only area that I felt needs improvement.

The room is great. With a bedroom like dressing room, terrace and a huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. They make the room twice a day. The deal is right. The morning buffet is worth it but the one in the food and dinner leaves a lot to be desired. Very expensive to have to wait for you to make the second course (you order by letter) and the quality of the product, should be cheaper. The cocktails at the bar are also very expensive for what they are, the mojito I took was disgusting. There is a little bit of nightlife going on and some activity during the day.

Exceptional treatment, as the staff at all times presupposed to be willing to help. On the subject of meals, very good and varied. And the amazing facilities, both the pool and the room, the Spa of 10.

A quiet place with nice pools. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast very good and plentiful. You can also have breakfast outdoors in a nice partly covered area near one of the two swimming pools. Quiet Spa with Turkish bath, sauna and several pools with indoor whirlpool. Nearby a beautiful sandy beach and black pebbles where we made nice bathrooms on the return of our excursions. A place to go back to.

This is a really fabulous hotel, golf and spa. The staff are always so helpful and so very friendly. They just can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation is great and the whole place is kept perfect. There's never any litter around, even leaves from bushes are continually swept up.
The food is excellent and a great selection. This is our 6/7 time here always half board. This time they have introduced a la carte for main course of dinner. It has been a great idea and Paul the chef produces quite exquisite presentation of the main course plate! Golf course is in immaculate condition.
All this makes it a perfect destination. We'll continue to visit as it's just soooooo… good! Thank you Melia hacienda.

Spent 5 days in this Hotel, comfortable, quiet clean and cared for in details. A real haven of peace and comfort. Nice structure, spacious and clean rooms, cabin equipped wardrobes, fantastic bathrooms with separate room for WC, shower, bathtub and sinks; All Airport. Lovely staff, always smiling and helpful. The location is lovely with ocean view and golf courses. Surely to be considered a "plus" the fact that it is not accessible to children under 16 years, which allows you to live in complete tranquillity, the pools areas, bars and restaurants without the usual background of noise and seedlings of kids.
A bit isolated, but the problem is solved with rental car.
Breakfast level; Not as I would say for lunch/dinner.

Stunning location. Fabulous golf course beside hotel. Hotel beautiful … lots of quiet little areas. Walk along coast along a mini-great wall of China … a little rugged under foot but worth it. Walk right on to next village.

Both pluses and minuses to staying in this hotel.
On the plus side, it is a beautiful hotel in an amazing setting. The rooms are first class with terrific wardrobe storage and fab bathrooms. The pools are fantastic too, no shortage of sun loungers and plenty of towels available. All staff are courteous and polite. Lots of steps, (there are lifts too), which didn't bother us.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and fresh omelette, fried or scrambled eggs were available, along with waffles, pancakes, cold meats, cheeses — in fact a great variety. Dinner however does not achieve the same standard. We were greatly disappointed — honestly, chicken burgers in a five star hotel! Vegetables were all cold and unappetising, starters weren't bad but not a great choice of desserts (compared to similar resorts we've visited) that were quite bland. We didn't eat in the hotel again, preferring to go to the restaurants in Buenevista del norde and down the coast.
For a lovely quiet and relaxing holiday, it is great. It's possible to walk to a small beach down past the golf course and the coastal walk round the golf course has spectacular views. Just don't expect there to be lots going on as you'll be disappointed. The town (walking distance) is small but friendly and a place to pass a few hours; not a place that hosts crowds of tourists — you do not even come across any touristy shops, but friendly locals and good to visit.

Players have a sense of humor. Too bad.

The place is amazing. To play in a dream setting. It may be of course that it's very windy. But that doesn't matter. Best, going on foot to inhale this dream scenery. For me the top place in Tenerife. From hole number 9 you don't know actually what you to say to that yet. Just try it out!
