Lovely boutique hotel, the rooms are large and well furnished, most of the staff are very friendly. It’s very convenient for the main town centre where there are countless bars and restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Abuse on the part of Booking and the hotel
Couple of 30 years of age. We make the booking through the platform of Booking. Com along with other possible hotels where you can stay. Approximately 2 and a half months before the day of arrival we had the relevant termination or cancellation of this and two other establishments more. However, the confirmation email of the cancellation of this hotel never came. Until this moment, it is deductible that is the RESPONSIBILITY of the platform. However, during our stay in another hotel in Logroño, we made a charge of 500 euros to the credit card. We communicate both with the hotel, as with Booking and as expected, both hands were washed. Even, I get to meet with the director of this hotel which made reference to the fact that, on the date alleged arrival we never called (which would have avoided the lack of customers for the hotel, and the return of our money). What if you did — after discussing in full lobby — is to return half of the money (in a reference that still remained to the middle of the stay) coming back to incriminate the platform Booking, that actually uses the brand of the hotel. We did not have the opportunity to use the hotel, and not the we have already that we don't think staying in the same. And also, do not recommend the use of this by the lack of empathy and the indolent form of the treatment of their representative.

Nice accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. A quick walk to Calle Laurel and San Juan for delicious pinchos, and right across the Ebro from a nice little Rioja Bodega/winery.

Mooi hotel in het oude centrum van Logrono. Mooie kamer (101), goed ingericht met groot twee persoonsbed met traagschuim matras en kussens. Ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafel en regendouche. Enige minpunt is de gehorigheid van de kamers, zowel van thuiskomende gasten als van buiten, anders was het vijf sterren geweest.

It is a beautiful hotel, decorated with pleasure, in the heart and the staff very friendly. Full breakfast buffet. Parking right next door. All of 10! I'll come back without thinking about it.

I was here for work, in the suite. Amazing breakfast, attention a 10 and the hotel and the rooms beautiful. A dream.

The rooms are spacious. The bed very comfortable, are very friendly… and the breakfast is so delicious and the buffet… if I come back to Logrono I will repeat without a doubt. We were with a baby of almost 2 years and we put a crib very nice.

Very central location, very close to the centre and the famous calle Laurel. In addition, there is the possibility to park the car in the parking lot of the hotel in that same street. The hotel is lovely, the rooms very spacious and clean and the breakfast is good also. Despite being on a street with a transit night on the weekends, the windows isolate very well the noise.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location, except for the proximity to the casino and clubs on Friday and Saturday nights. Noisy until 4AM.

Great Hotel, no one could hear anything from other rooms, the room spotless, a bathroom 10…
Besides, in buffet breakfast you have A discount if you are staying.
Quite central, with the tapas area-pintxos very close, just a quiet walk.

Great Hotel. Huge room. Full breakfast and noted that the orange juice is natural and not powder like in many hotels. Fruits cut and peeled at table. Let's go a breakfast piece. Very friendly staff. All Super Central. We'll repeat for sure.

Receptionist very friendly and nice, room with furniture and bathroom totally new (smells new and all), large, comfortable beds, climate control for the room and another for the bathroom, breakfast buffet very good quality/price, a parking lot with spaces wide. The bad thing is that parking is a few meters from the hotel. Without a doubt I recommend it 100%

Rooms and hotel are nice. Definitely one of, if not the nicest around. Such and interesting back story as well. Breakfast is great and the staff is very helpful. Nice but didn't wow. But perhaps had to do with the town. We were there for wineries. The town is lack luster.

This hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable and the rooms are generally well equipped. There were however two surprises:
1. No face washers are provided, so you may wish to bring your own
2. Late one evening we requested a tour to be booked for the next day (well at least to try as it was late). We were told it was too late and to get up very early and ask the staff member in the morning. So we returned to our room to do the research as to what was available and try to make our own arrangements. By 10pm two tour operators had generously responded. This is really a service the hotel should provide.

Pleasant surprise in Logroño. Our room was the biggest we have had so far in Spain and the bathroom was heavenly. On the St. James trail and a couple of blocks from Calle Laurel, the tapas street.

Fabulous hotel, very modern inside and very good rooms. Breakfast is buffet style, but they also do eggs and Spanish tortia, centrally located but in a quiet location.

Over the last month we've been touring Portugal & Spain & out of maybe 20+ overnight stops this hotel & Lagrono rates in the Top 3. Quality & service is supplied in abundance & you're right in the heart of the old quarter.

Absolutely wonderful small boutique hotel. Raquel at the front desk was fantastic and very helpful with help in English. We stayed in 305 and it was fantastic. It was a two bedroom suite with large living space, flat screens in all rooms, minibar, kitchenette. The staff were all super friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Classy hotel centrally located and within a few minutes walk of the hundreds of tapas bars in town. Stunning blend of contemporary facilities and old architecture with lots of attention to detail. Staff really helpful and attentive.

Wow! Fantastic hotel — a more comfortable bed I have never slept in, including my own. Superb rooms, stunning location and the staff — friendly, helpful, thoughtful and efficient, this is a wonderful hotel, There is something better than all of this though about Calle Mayor, but you have to stay to find out.

Excellent small hotel located in the center of Logrono city. The hotel is new and clean. The hotel services a good breakfast and the staff are very kind. It is recomrnded to stay for exploring Logrono city and Rioja Wine state.

Very good hotel and better service. I'm going to Logroño, a couple of times a year and each time I go back I stay at this hotel. Central location, impeccable, of ancient design with modern and the breakfast is of very good quality, in addition, with the 50% discount for booking direct with them. Good Wi-Fi signal, and the attention of the service, very nice. In addition they have a private parking which is a luxury in the historical centre. I think that deserves 4 or 5 stars.

Wonderful A "Parador" in the historic centre of Logroño. In a pedestrian street where you can enter the car to make the check-in and then to 3 portals a large garage for parking. Does not lack detail. Comfortable beds and spacious, very clean and neat. The Hotel staff treats you as if you were the only one that is hosted. Gorgeous rooms. Full breakfast with a selection of products. Excellent location behind the cathedral and 300 metres from the calle Laurel area for tapas. All by hand with no problems of noise or traffic. Of the best q you can find in hotels. Truly a wonderful hotel.

We loved this personal little hotel! We were travelling from Bilbao to Tarragona and looked up on TripAdvisor where to stay, and so glad we picked the hotel. In centre of town, free parking a street away. Rooms excellent and breakfast too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Tapas bars are excellent! What an experience, even in January! We stayed January 2014! Ta.

My experience and that of my partner has been wonderful in this hotel. We stayed at Easter and we are clear that if we return to Logroño, we will return to this hotel. Kindness by the staff, caring for up to the last detail. The hotel is located in a privileged position, right in the Centre, the rooms are comfortable, modern, cozy. I must highlight the desuyuno, does not lack detail, both in quality and in quantity, I assure you that I remain in the memory.
It is certainly a good hotel in all respects.

We found this hotel by accident, I was looking for something central to not have to walk much. And what we saw was this building restored by its owners were lovely.
Our room was great and no decorations of more. I was all set with great pleasure. Was only one night but surely we will return. Spectacular, very natural and fresh breakfast.
The hotel is in the area of the old town, there is movement of people on Saturday but the room is very quiet and thanks to its double ventanon a fly is not heard.
But what more highlight is the friendliness and proximity to its owner
