Abuse on the part of Booking and the hotel
Couple of 30 years of age. We make the booking through the platform of Booking. Com along with other possible hotels where you can stay. Approximately 2 and a half months before the day of arrival we had the relevant termination or cancellation of this and two other establishments more. However, the confirmation email of the cancellation of this hotel never came. Until this moment, it is deductible that is the RESPONSIBILITY of the platform. However, during our stay in another hotel in Logroño, we made a charge of 500 euros to the credit card. We communicate both with the hotel, as with Booking and as expected, both hands were washed. Even, I get to meet with the director of this hotel which made reference to the fact that, on the date alleged arrival we never called (which would have avoided the lack of customers for the hotel, and the return of our money). What if you did — after discussing in full lobby — is to return half of the money (in a reference that still remained to the middle of the stay) coming back to incriminate the platform Booking, that actually uses the brand of the hotel.
