It is a lovely hotel the staff are so friendly and it is in walking distance to the beach bars and nightlife … we loved it and are back again this year.

Really enjoyed our stay at PASH! Rooms clean, bed comfy, food excellent (given it is buffet) always plenty of choice for adults and kids/fussy eaters. Staff are friendly, I must mention the entertainment staff (all of them, but Laura and Melissa especially) who worked hard and at getting us to enjoy ourselves without being too pushy when we just wanted to rest. Hotel is a 5 min walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants to have lunch or just a drink in. The are plenty of pool beds, and some quite areas for adults if they want get away from the kids. All in all, a good hotel, worth it’s stars and we would definitely go back!

Food could be to order a lot gets wasted. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day with towels being replaced every three which is a good initiative. Furthermore the nightly entertainment and range of activities to do from kids and adults is good. The food (when the head chef is present) is superb and there is a wide variety for everyone. The staff is very accommodating and as it is a local business, the hotel feels more friendly. The rooms are big enough and have comfortable beds. In conclusion this hotel is better than the surrounding hotels and aparthotels.

We have had an amazing family trip. They offer a lot to do and you won't be let down by the friendly staff:Food:The food was a bit bad when we first came but it seemed to get better as the days went on, this was probably because the main head chef had returned. There are many options for caeliacs and lactose intolerant so you can come here if you are. The food can be variable in qualityAccessibility and Friendliness:Very accessible, ramps installed in most places and they have lift and ground floor rooms. The staff are very friendly and will cater to your needs. Room cleaning & Entertainment:The rooms are cleaned very well. We never had an issue with the cleaner not doing their job properly. The entertainment was variable but there was always something to do during the day and music of some sort at night, there is kids entertainment at 8.30 every night. Misc. :They offer a below average gym but you really won't need it if you do activities every day. They also offer washing machines for dirty clothes which is very useful. The bar is well priced and the drinks with meals are too. Overall:I'd definitely recommend this for any family looking for a great hotel. We have never been let down by this hotel and you won't be either. I have given it 4 stars at it isn't perfect, some tiny bits could be improved.

Some aspects of this hotel were very good but let down by the awful bed! (Which had a bendy leg and squeaked! ) The room was a good size and faced away from the pool, a bonus on the noise front. Pools are lovely and were much enjoyed by my 6-year-old grandson. But adults with smaller kids be warned — a large part of the pool is 2 metres deep and therefore beyond standing depth for all but the tallest adult. This could be a factor when in the pool with little ones who are not yet the strongest of swimmers. We were on half board — in common it seemed with everyone else. Food quality and choice was a pleasant surprise. Well done to the staff! Virtually everyone at the hotel was British on holiday packages. It's very popular with families.

Literally just left and we are all sad which means we had a really good time! Great location! Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area great for young families! Food was nice too although with pine walk just 5 minutes away you can't resist eating out too!

Fab place for cyclists. Bike garage with workshop. Buffet evening meal and breakfast… great food choices. Rooms turned down everyday. Pool lovely and hotel central location.

I put two stars by the staff and the rooms which was very friendly. For the category you pay and service would put only one. But a buffet disaster no variety. They had just opened and they didn't have enough drinks for everyone at the first supper. Buffet is for a 3 star low. Breakfast was good but it was a great hotel. No Balearic product in any case neither a ensaimada or Sobrasada or anything. Children without entertainers in the Miniclub. There was only one and it was dedicated to the elders and over unfriendly. I didn't dare to say anything about what they were going to do when you found it. And housekeeping staff were at 3 still cleaning because there was hardly anyone. Nothing that was saved in food and staff. A disaster! I don't think I'll come back and I won't recommend it.

Stayed here in March 2018. Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. I was half-board, the food at breakfast and dinner was a good standard with a nice selection. I would stay again.

Cycling holidays '17 & '18, both Spring time. Clean, good & abundant food, excellent staff and good value for money. Would definitely come again.

We stayed here during their opening weekend for the season, so maybe my review isn't as relevant for those who stay in the summer. The hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and modern, the pool area was beautiful and they had constant entertainment in the lobby and the pool area — if you are into that. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really amazing customer service. The hotel was well located within two blocks of the beach front. There are two reasons why I gave them four stars instead of five. The first reason, and it may be because it was opening weekend, is that I thought the food was lacking. We were there on full board and every meal we thought the food was just ok. I thought there wasn't enough variety in the buffet and, if you are vegetarian, definitely very limited options. Like I said, this might be because they just opened. The second reason was accessibility. At the time of our stay I had a broken ankle and I was using crotches and a wheelchair. The elevator was really small and dates. I mean, I had to get out of the wheelchair and fold it in order for it to fit in the elevator and then no one else could go in the elevator with me. Also, there were a lot of steps in the terrace and to access the dining hall, however not enough ramps. Ramps were also really steep and practically impossible to go up by yourself in the wheelchair unless you are a pro.

Hotel is very well located, just two streets off the beach! Rooms are lovely eoths. Very comfy bed and lots of space. Evening entertainment every night as well as nice pool and multiple bars there is always something to do. Big breakfast which is very good. Dinner is okay, probably the weakest part of this hotel.

Good sized pleasant room. Full English breakfast available with lots of continental options. Decent evening buffet for those on half board with plenty of choice. Good location, being easy to find on the edge of town but only a few mins walk to pine walk and the beaches.

Overall very nice hotel especially the pool area excellent for young children one or two things a bit of a let down evening meals would have liked more vegetables instead of chip's plus the food could have been a bit hotter. TV in room no instructions how to use it. Couldn't fault any of the staff all very friendly and helpful. Wasn't all that impressed with the entertainment at least it finished early not much happening after 22.30hrs. Not sure if we would come again.

Recently fully refurbished. Lovely well cared for gardens. Clean and tidy indoors and outdoors. Sheets and towels changed daily. Delicious breakfasts and varied selections for evening dinner.

Great for kids but not if you want a peaceful holiday. Loud disco music blaring out over the whole pool area at several times a day when the animators entertain the children or the fitness ladies. No information given on arrival that you can give a credit card imprint otherwise you are asked to pay for every drink as you get them st the table, so two drinks during the meal and pay twice. I ordered a Campari and orange and was told I had to go out to the bar order it pay for it and walk back through the restaurant with it. Ridiculous. So called suites are very basic, there is no simple things to make a coffee or tea with, but you can hire a kettle. You can't order a coffer after your meal but have to go to the bar and face the entertainment like it or not. If you want to partially escape the nightly entertainment you either leave the hotel or you sit in the garden part of the restaurant, until they start turning the lights out at 9.30 and practically force you out into the noise by 9.45. We had a garden suite which had a very small tiled area with two chairs and a table with notices not to venture off it onto the grass. Staff are friendly enough and the food is ok and plenty of variety. On the plus side it is very invalid friendly and even has a hoist to lower disabled people into the pool. Sorry this place is not for me but for others it may be perfect, but I like service and comfort and tranquility on my hard earned break.

Visited last week. Food was lovely with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The Entertainment team worked non stop and were all so nice to everyone. My only gripe was that we really needed beer mats as drinks were dripping all over the place. All in all a perfect hotel.

Great location. Nice mix of holiday makers from UK — Young families, teenagers & middle aged. Food is to a good standard. Less choice of hot food for Vegetarians who don't eat fish. Hotel wasn't full when we were there. Staff very polite and helpful. Jet2 reps down in reception most days for those travelling with them. Evening Entertainment for little ones good. They do have a professional singer on later. Bus service is good — I don't think you need a car. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I am very pleased that I chose this hotel for a week's respite. All aspects were positive, with staff being very efficient and kind. Entertainment was good for families and children. Disabled facilities — strong. Would love to come back with my wife. Weather happened to be best ever which added to the enjoyment.

Lovely Hotel, friendly and efficient staff. Great to have a sitting room as well as a bedroom, it felt very spacious. Food was varied and plentiful. Close to beach and main square. Transport from airport and for trips all stopped outside the front door. Any slight noise from entertainment stopped at 11am. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here lots of times in the past, this year was as good as ever. The restaurant has had a bit of a refurb which was nice. Family friendly with nice rooms, generous bathroom, and nice balconies on every room. The staff are the best part of the hotel as they are very friendly and recognise my family from previous years. Food was good, although perhaps not quite as varied as the year before. Buffet style with plenty of choice for evryone. Half board with the mountains behind the hotel and the beach a very short walk away.

Stayed here last year, absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent location. All the staff were very pleasant and entertainment team did a good job all day everyday. We have booked again for 2016. Can't wait.

The friendliest Management and staff who can't help you enough and who always seem to remember our names. It is absolutely spotlessly clean. The suites, the location and the overall ambience make it extremely difficult to beat and as it is located approx 90 yards from the Pine Walk it is in the almost perfect position of being very close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa, approx 250 yards away, yet managing to be away from it all and having that wonderful view of the mountains as well.
