Clean rooms, very helpful staff.

We had a very good experience last week. Really good food with fresh croissants for breakfast and lots of good meat and fruits for dinner. Room was clean and had a good air conditioning. Staff was very friendly and helpful and when our balcony door wasn’t able to lock it got fixed the same day. Pool was very nice too and the location is just perfect with less than 5 minutes to the beach!

Good location, varied food, good staff, the cleaning is on point everyday. Not so far from the beach (500m).

Enjoyed the food there. Nice buffet, coffee, fresh crossants, lots of fruit. Nice pool, 5 min to the beach. Staff very friendly. Location is perfect. We stayed there 7 night and breakfast and dinner were included, we had really good time. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cozy rooms, decent dining.

The rooms are cozy. The staff are friendly. The kitchen is diverse. Of the drawbacks of high audibility in the rooms and there is no parking nearby.

Filled with rowdy teens puking loudly each morning and screaming senselessly through the night. Only positive is reception made a room change easy. Overall staff are exceptional. Would recommend staying outside of arenal.

A good place to stay with friends.

Check in was easy although we didn’t know about the tax! The pool is lovely (not heated and pretty cold when it was 26 outside) but everyone plays their on music so can be loud and not too good for families with young children as people staying are allowed to have music on loud till 10pm. Lots of sun beds. The breakfast is interesting not something I look forward too and so far for dinner I’ve had pasta 3 days in a row as I struggled to find something I liked. You can have as much tea (only green or camomile) and coffee or fruit juice as you like but at dinner time you have to pay for drinks. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly, asked for 2 pillows and they brought them up which was nice. There’s a balcony although you can’t see the water from it only other hotels but it’s nice to sit out there in the evening. The Wi-Fi reaches to the rooms but can be temperamental.

Very German and noise! Hard to sleep for all people! Start complaint after first night and on the reception answer was " maybe next time book hotel in other area when is more British people " I'm not British just spoken English and don't understand that answers for complaint!

Hotel prepared for foreigners especially Germans… Good price.

Price line OK. A lot of young people to celebrate there. Food adapted to the prePr. Service is good, though. Strive very hard.

We stayed a week in this hotel located in a busy town with parking difficult hotel discreet but with functional rooms without great climate Wi-Fi and satellite TV keep in mind that it is a noisy area with people making casino all night

It's a great hotel with nice quality meals. Stuff is very polite and always ready to help. Rooms doesn't have aircondition, all rooms have a balcon, size of the room is ok and the bathroom is good. Maids are in the room every day. They change towels but big minus is that you don't get little shampoos or body showers. Near hotel are many mini shops and markets, it's 300m to the beach around 10min of walk.

The Hotel is ok, not that bad, the food is insipid. But the real big problem are the guest, teenagers from germany everywhere, from 17 to 30 y. O. Like 80% of them are males, all of them rudes, disrespectful, thinking they are in ibiza or a springbreak in cancun, and in 7 days we were in the hotel, there was 2 parties in the lobby with dj. If you want party is the right place, if you want relax don't go to palma. The guy in the reception was so cool like all the employees.

Nice Hotel staff very very friendly and kind, as far as the menu is repetitive in 10 days I always ate the same things instead x the breakfast great. Very eventful x laughter and loud the night until dawn, does not have Pultroppo air conditioning but as rooms, cleanliness, and good change of towels. X reach the sea and the convenient center in 5 m. You're here. Stocked area of means x reach other destinations. However they should change some things but I would go back.

A small but beautiful hotel complex, with balcony in each room and a pool. The rooms are simply kept. Beautiful view of the sea and only a 7Minuten walk to the beach. The food was tasty but greasy. At each meal there was a large buffet, with a large selection of fruit and dessert.

Nice hotel, but no air condition in the room. We slept with the balcony door open. Value for the money. Nice pool area. The buffet was not very good, but it was nice to have the option to eat there on lazy days. Close to a good beach, restaurants, and bars.

No aircondition. A Shame. Still a decent enough place with an excellent sea-view (if on the good side) breakfast and dinner buffets was below average but nice to have.

Hotel Reina del Mar, in a strategic position because a few kilometers from the airport and the city of Palma, is about 300 meters from the sea, where there are also many shops of all kinds and necessities. The structure is not very recent, the rooms are comfortable but without air conditioning, all with balcony and most with sea view. The bathroom a little small, and with bathtub, we would have preferred the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet, all very varied and plentiful, of acceptable quality. Very important thing to keep in mind in case you rent a car, the free parking lots are very difficult to find.

Very small rooms, just sleep&go. "Perfect" view to the street, each morning you can hear garbage collectors at 5am. Breakfast was good for first three days, than you have to eat the same meal (egs, sausages, bean), but in general breakfast was good. Dinner was a little bit worse than breakfast. Too many semi finished meals, no juice for drink just payed beer, vine or water.

Great hotel: unpretentious but clean and tidy. Good value for money.

I've been a week at this hotel and the first impression was not good, but I admit that I'm wrong, the relationship quality price is very good, the buffet is good, staff very pleasant and Nice, except the two ladies from reception, these SARS. They are unfriendly and unpleasant, if questions something say you it in bad ways, afraid to ask them anything, but only that, otherwise very good.

Good quality price, stay, food, hygiene.

No air conditioning, no hair dryer, no mini-bar in the room to keep water cold, dirty floors, no ash-tray and no glasses (we had to buy plastic ones to drink water). The food was poorly too, they had the same dishes every day and in the dinning room were lots of flies. I even found a dead fly in the dessert tray. This is not normal for a three star hotel, and I certainly not recommend this hotel.

If I could put less than one star I would! This is by far THE WORST hotel I've ever stayed at & I've only been here a day. The rooms are disgusting, pool is tiny, building is rubbish. Staff are rude. The pictures are very much misleading. Waste of money & time. Don't bother!

Good and cheap hotel. Clean rooms, nice personnel and a beautiful pool and bar area. Only the food is average — lots of diversity but nothing special. The location is about 300 meters away from the beach near the harbour of S'Arenal. About 2/3 of the rooms offer a beautiful view across the bay of Palma. A bus stop and various supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. If no special culinary suprises are expected the hotel definitely offers a great and cheap place to stay.

Just returned from a short break at this hotel. Very good facilities, everywhere spotlessly clean. Room cleaned/towels replaced daily. Food plentiful, short walk to beach but much preferred pool where there is a poolside bar serving snacks and excellent cocktails! Very good value, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is very old failure to reform.

Jan 2014. Just returned from a weeks stay. This hotel was nice and warm it also had lots of hot water, whenever we wanted it. The Bedroom was comfortable and was nice and warm. The maid service was very good, clean towels whenever we needed them, the room was cleaned daily with the bed linen being changed frequently. There was lots to eat with plenty of choices, typical of buffet style. The public areas were nice, we used the free Wi-fi in the lobby area which was very a nice place to sit. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay, came home nice and relaxed. Would go back again.

No. Gorgeous with jacuzzi. Fed well. Noisy vacationing family. For a great, fun company perfectly.

Very clean. Helpful staff, excellent dining, superb pool. Rooms also clean and balconys give great views. No air con. 3 small lifts. Free Wi-Fi in lobby but extremely hot to sit in during July. Very close to the beach, easy to get to supermarkets and main strip of shops / clubs / bars.

They are ones without shame and thieves, cleaning is harmful and charged it in the luggage of the people we are going to feed them.
