Really relaxing clean and helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel. Going all inclusive is a great idea. Great food, great selection of drinks, friendly staff. The suite is beautiful with a lovely balcony. The pool is amazing. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds with mattress toppers and great staff. Only 4 minutes from the strip, but far enough to be quiet at night, which added to the rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend as a great base for a Lanzarote holiday.

Brilliant staff lovely hotel wish it wasn’t closed for next year.

Rooms were great, staff very helpful, and nothing was a bother if you needed any help with anything, we had a fab time as a family we had two room was near everything also grandkids had a ball would definitely recommend and would go back again but I think some entertainment would be good as some people may not want to go out as you can get food and drink so entertainment would be great especially for kids,

Lovely apartments, you can get a sun lounger any time of the day, lovely friendly complex all staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for one week and could not fault it Hotel is set in lovely peaceful area 5 min walk onto the main strip. Rooms were cleaned every day pool area clean staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, Cant wait to be back :)

Never had a problem getting a lounger no matter what time of day you go to the pool.
Air conditioning is a welcome relief when you walk in, daily maid service and fresh towels.
After 10 years of visiting the island I have found my little peace of heaven. Will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing very friendly and hard staff cleaning was spot on food was very good quality stayed in upper balcony room so had wonderful views of the hotel the room had everything we needed if we didn’t fancy going out for dinner perfect for family and group holidays would definitely recommend to family and friends were booking up again for next year soon as we get home hotel is close to the main strip and beach so location is perfect made us very happy have nothing but good things to say about our stay thank you lanzarote palm.

My first time here and its a very good place to stay with a brilliant pool area good pool bar nice rooms good reception kids friendly even though l haven’t got any maid service every day 10outof10 for cleanliness overall l would definitely come here again.

Had a brill 10 days here with the lads, apartments had everything we needed, and staff were most helpful… will definately be coming back at some point.

Good location, clean, nice pool area and separate seating areas, nice staff also.

Staff are very helpful and considerate, grounds and pool well maintained. Plenty if sun loungers pool boy very helpful with parasols and always pleasant with a smile. Rooms cleaned everyday, beds and towels changed very regular. Peaceful and relaxing. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful modern hotel. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Pool cold yes but OK once your in. Wi-Fi abit hit or miss but sometimes nice to get away from it. Hotel about 10 mins walk downhill onto the promenade. Food and drinks very reasonably priced love the idea of paying your bill at the end of the day or week whatever suits you. Will definitely be making a return visit.

Back from a fab week at the hotel. Centrally located. Staff all very friendly, pool very cold and Wi-Fi not great but will definitely be returning very soon.

Lovely apartment complex. Nice pool. Not too busy. Plenty of sun loungers and they have a good policy "no use of loungers within half an hour, they will remove the towel/s. Food service was good. Nice friendly staff. Room & bathroom were a good size. Pull out sofa bed was ok and Room cleaning was Evey day (if you needed it). Only slight issue with Ants and quality of towels provided after a few days as the grey ones were a little small and rough but nothing too serious. We enjoyed our stay and recommend.

A great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Place cleaned every day. Very modern handy for restraunt and nightlife 10 mins walk to beach and lovely walkway.

Very friendly resort. Apartments cleaned every day, also same with towels. Staff are always willing to help. Wouldn't hesitate to go back while I can still manage the hill.

Brilliant hotel with self catering apartments. Really comfy beds and bathroom is very modern. Apartments equipped with everything you need for self catering. Aircon is a must and controlled by the guests. Very helpful staff and well looked after. Pool is a decent size and freshwater. It's great for couples and families. Decent priced pool bar with snacks, meals and good drinks menu. Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Although walking back is up hill so wouldn't be good for people with mobility issues. Loved my holiday here and will definitely return.

Have just spent a very relaxing week at this hotel. Our room was just what we needed. It is a short walk down a hill to the beach, shops and restaurants. All the staff are very pleasant and really helpful and sorted out our safe problem extremely quickly. The pool area never felt too busy and could always get a sun lounger. It was also good that I could pick my room before leaving uk. I chose 128 which was good as our room didn't get too hot and overlooked the pool and got a lovely breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Great appartements and great service. Pool is big enough and there are enough beds. Bar is reasonably priced and the staff is kind and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Was fabulous here. Location was great. Apartment had all that you need. If it wasnt there then staff would bring it. Staff was lovely very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Only down side was the pool was very cold, but that wouldnt put me off going again. Will deinately visit again in the future.

Lovely place friendly staff the only thing I will say is my check out. We had asked the staff twice what the pick up time was and advised 19.05 we paid for late checkout which was till 18.00, reception rang at 17.40 to say transfer here and have 2 mins or they are leaving! The couldn't explain why I had been told different and with a coach full of people waiting this made me feel very uncomfortable as this wasn't my fault but in all I would return.

I have commented on another review but just to confirm my views we returned home on Monday night after a great 2 weeks stay in here the apt was very nice and had all you need the cleaners will do anything for you and I would like to thank Carmen especially the reception girls are also helpful again especially Belene the grounds and pool are very clean. But 2 points I would like to make when it gets to 5 o clock the lifeguard goes around moving umbrella stands and soon as someone moves he is there putting sunbeds straight which I think makes people uncomfortable also there is no entertainment at all in the evenings which I think could and should be looked at the old Plaza Palmeras had great entertainment in the evenings and you didn't need to leave the complex in the evening at all however I do seriously think we will be returning next year if prices are good I first visited in 2006 right up till 2014 then had a break to other apt but it was good to be back.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel and grounds were kept very clean and our apartment had all we needed, we stayed on ground floor with a lovely patio area outside our room to enjoy a sangria and the settling sun before heading out for dinner. We didn't use the pool much as it was a bit too cold for us but the hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants/bars. Staff are very friendly, work very hard and nothing is too much trouble. A fantastic break away!

Oh dear! Desperate for a double bed and a bath tub when we got home. Trip hazard when bed settee used for sleeping: legs bruised after several knocks when entering room. Too few pans for self catering. No courtesy pack on arrival so we had a late shop at a nearby supermarket to stock up on tea, sugar and snacks. Two adults and two children enjoyed breakfasts (probably best part for us). Room service: cleaning and laundry replacements intermittent and not frequent enough for us.

Looks nice modernised recently. Cleaning could do with help. Sits at the top of a long hill. Thomas cook describe as a slight incline. We had to use a taxi at the end of an evening out the climb back was a killer.

Absolutely loved this place. Modern apartment on ground level staff lovely.

Really warmed to this place, it is a quiet oasis with lovely staff, immaculately clean, nice pool, good location and very reasonably priced.

Apartment was a little run down compared to photos but was in the process of being updated. Pool and reception are superb though.

People are great and helpful. It's clean and well kept. I had a fantastic time and would certainly go back.

Clean spacious appartments basic but does what you need it to be staff very helpfull and friendly in a quiet location only a 10 min walk from main beach front.

The cleaner stole our washing up liquid and my wife was convinced her perfume was evaporating… when I complained got a blank look from reception. Need to Google Spanish for "Fairy Liquid"

Facilities like the pool and food at the pool are good. However the self catering facilities are not good. The hob has two rings that are so small that you can't fit two pans on at the same time. The pull out sofa beds for the kids are not great and the Wi-fi is frustratingly bad. The signal is ok but it drops out more often than it's on. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

The appartments are a good 3star accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. We would come back here and the kids love the pool!

Very large comfortable apartment. With kitchenette and equipment for cooking. Lots of beds by the pool. Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Great friendly staff, close to everything, put still a great place to chill. Would go again.
