Beautiful resort nice pool accommodation fab.

Lovely apartments lovely staff only thing is the walk uphill to these apartments very clean a bit dated but very comfortable beds everything you need is supplied water and milk is available to buy at the Pool Bar including snacks and reasonable prices drinks served by Lee very friendly complex.

We are in this complex since Friday and I can certainly say it is excellent and very clean, bathroom might need a bit updated but shower is perfect. Pool excellent and friendly staff. Within walking distance to the main shopping complex. Would recommend this for anyone thinking of bringing kids or just a relaxing holiday. Would certainly return.

Good location up hill from harbour, quiet resort with pool, supermarket Dino 10 mins walk near harbour or Lidl 10 mins walk at end of road. 5 mins walk to main pick up point of all trips and the municipal bus stop for other resorts. Apartments in need of refurbishment, especially bathroom, only partial kitchen, towels changed often but not daily. NO AIR CON you have to pay 10 euros per fan per week, and pay 15 euros for safety deposit box, these are not refundable.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, really friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and the apartments have everything you will need for a self catering holiday! I would recommend asking for a ground floor apartment, as you are just steps away from the pool and sun loungers! We will definitely stay here when we come back next year!

Reception closes at 5.00 pm, so when I arrived there was nobody to check me in. An envelope was left at the bar for me with the key to my apartment. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. No ventilation or fans in the bathroom. Which leaves the bathroom smelly. The water leaks on to the bathroom floor, during your shower,. Which is ridiculous. The main door and the patio doors both need replacing. It wouldn't take much to kick either door in.

Swiming pool is always dirty. Staff memebers are not very helpful and some of them, rude. The whole place is filthy. I wouldn't recommend it and I won't come back again.

Rooms lovely and clean pool cleaned daily. Shame there is no bar in evening. All rooms are being up dated as we were there ours had been done. Down side no cearl bowls but when asked maid she found us 2.

Clean and tidy. Lee at the bar is a legend! Bar close early though A few lights and the TV didn't work in my apartment. Took ages to fix. Didn't matter though as I was hardly there!

We have just returned home after a ten day stay — staff were really friendly, the apartment was good with the best equipped kitchen we've ever had (fridge, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave plus a 4 ring ceramic hob! ) It was no problem to rustle up a full English breakfast! I was actually advising against myself to write this review because I truly believe this hotel is one of a kind. But I am writing it anyway because the wonderful staff there deserve it. Firstly the basics, the rooms were great. All air conditioned, cleaned to a good standard, the hotel has recently been refurbished so there was a very clean, modern vibe to the rooms. The shower was open plan and also great. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up on a morning! The complementary alcohol and beverages inside the fridge was a nice touch as well. The staff were second to none. They could all speak English and were extremely helpful as they had lots of local knowledge. They all went the extra mile to help us and were extremely polite and friendly. A special mention to the wonderful women, Amelia    and Virginia on the reception desk. Valerie and Julian in the restaurant, and the General Manager, Geraldine.   What stole the show however was the food. We had heard from reviews how wonderful it was so let me reiterate. The menu's had a great selection of different meal to everyone's taste and the food was cooked to perfection with impeccable presentation. On the last few days of our stay, the Italian restaurant was opened and we enjoyed incredibly authentic Italian food. During our stay we were also there for Christmas and festivities were planned for the whole day. And the food did not disappointed either!

Hotel super. Room spacious and very clean. Cleaning staff to the top. The breakfast is great. The dinner with several dishes at the perfect choice with fine cuisine. The paella made on the edge of the pool and the bbq also in the pool divine. The staff providing the service friendly and helpful. Finally, congratulations to all. 10 on 10 even if there are sometimes a few problems (water cuts, not always the internet…) but heck we are on vacation and one is on an island! … let's be forgiving! THANK you ALL AND SOON It IS ALMOST OVER!

We just left Atlantic view this morning after a very pleasant stay. Apts were lovely and very well equipped. 4cooking rings that worked. Staff were obliging. Antonio in reception was very courteous and helpful. So will return to these apts. Thanks to all. Kathleen Ireland.
