Very nice apartments even though ours hadn't been refurbished unlike most others (even though booked a year in advance! )

I highly recommend it! Very dirty apartments, sheets with stains, towels of an indescribable smell! Apart from the cloudy weather during most of the week, with 2 kids we didn't know what to do anymore… wii fi for a fee (7 euros per day) and it worked very badly! Food always the same and little… I mean… Goodbye!

Lovely place for families to stay within walking distance of the main strip. Great pool with a strict life guard found him very picky on minor things. Frowned upon to play with balls and floats at the pool even when quiet he didn't want any one splashing. That is the only fault I can give the lomo Blanco. But great to have a life guard on duty just in case.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating: my mother had broken her foot prior to the holiday and was in a cast. They helped everyday possible, getting us a ground floor apartment and even switching us to another apartment closer to the entrance. The location was great: walking distance from the old town harbour and also the strip. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Apartment comfortable. Good location. As we were going with the baby had the detail of putting us in the ground floor of the apartments and in front of the swimming pool.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. A very safe, clean and gorgeous hotel. A nice choice of board options and a nice big supermarket (Lidl) is a 5 minute walk away. A lovely beach is a rough 10 minute walk but its well worth it as the beach is nice and clean. Overall a wonderful stay and an amazing location as everything needed is only a short walk away (including high street, bars, resturants, shopping centre and tourist activities).

Been here before and will go again. Great place with friendly efficient staff. Lovely surroundings. Maybe consider a small supermarket for water, milk etc. Love it.

Great staff, great location, kid friendly. Cleaning staff were great. I can't praise the life guard enough for entertaining my kids at the pool, she was lovely. Apartments were spotless. Highly recommend.

Great apartments. 2 bed apartment very spacious. All you need for self catering and the beds are probably the most comfortable Iv stayed in, all staff in this hotel are very friendly. Hotel in general is very clean. Close to the beach, supermarkets, harbour and all the bars/restaurants. Would stay here again that's for sure. Stayed in a refurbished apartment. Stayed in December so no air con not a problem.

Good value for money Spacious apartment in an excellent location near the centre of Puerto del Carmen.

It's very central. Walking distance to most things in Puerto del Carmen. Have it's own swiming pool.

Good place and facilities; To highlight the cleanliness is very good given Q Estuvinos present when they made it and we know. The only thing we didn't like was the attention of a reception girl; All bad answers and no desire; We were very shocked by your attitude.

It is a very nice hotel, clean, well connected with bus lines, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Cheap apartments in a reasonable position, NOTE — NO AIRCON, would be unbearable in high season, if you are on a tight budget, its Ok, dont eat or drink at the Loma bar, go down to the strip, it is upto half price for most things, also internet is expensive at the hotel, this is a honest review, from a well travelled couple.

Very nice place. Lovely pools. Hope to come back next year. Buffet was very nice. Food is very yummy.

Decent location and nice and clean. The staff are excellent and very pleasant throughout. Downside no air con which in the heat is a real must and the lack of sunbeds which if you are not up early means you may miss out.

Great place, great position. It was close to the beach and to anything else that you would need. Great people and good cleaning of the apartment that was bigger than what we thought. Bedroom, bathroom (super nice and modern), kitchen and a quite big living room with the sofa and a tv. Wi-Fi connection not included. Something that I would have appreciate to know in advance is that the hair dryer is quite powerful so no need at all to bring yours!

Very basic accommodation. Appliances in room (kettle leaked and was dangerous toaster had plug hanging off) No air con — room like an ovens at night. Staff lovely however not enough staff on site. One lovely member of staff called Marlene left alone on evening shift to run bar, food service and cleaning duty! Also understaffed during the day one staff member making food, running bar and ice cream parlour. Not enough parasols around pool areas only 18 on whole complex to over 70 sun loungers. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Very service minded and friendly staff, reception open 24/7. Quiet area, but close to shops and the sea. Area is a bit "hilly". Good sized rooms and bathroom. Would love to come back!

We have been to Lomo Blanco five times and are Loki g fwd to returning on 11th Jan 2016. The things we like best are cleanliness thanks to happy Sandra, great friendly staff, especially Andreas at poolside and wonderful Jim who has returned to keep everyone entertained. Great location!

Excellent resort would highlty recommend it for anyone staff brilliant very helpful pool area lovely and spotlessly clean apartments very big and very clean loved it going back again in October.

Very good, I'm here at the moment! Happy hour 4pm to 5pm. San Miguel €2.50 buy one get one free at happy hour. Food good. But nice to eat out as well.
