Drinks all included undrinkable, the food is not varied a little far from the center on foot, the spa that does not work and no one knows when it will be possible to enjoy it.
The hotel is however very beautiful.
For a stopover evening or two nights like us it is perfect to visit the north of the island but for more I do not recommend it.

The location is pessim but the staff is the best k has this hotel each of them make k worth poor cleaning there is dust in the room on all sides the food very good and is. Uh nice hotel but it is in the middle of nowhere and far from civilization.

What an amazing experience! Yes maybe l can say something on some way to improve some areas, as l have been working on hospitality for more then 15 years, and l can easily see good and bad in service, but because l have this experience l know that to deliver a perfect service for people will never be possible as hospitality is like people “ imperfectly perfect “. So I will say just” thank you very much to all of you at hotel beatriz costa & spa. You all been something special in different ways and I have to say that what I saw is that you all deliver the service with love. Most staff are very friendly but like everywhere there's always one plenty of choice in restaurant for breakfasts and evening meal and rooms very comfortable. Plenty of room round the pool if you like to sunbath at first looks a long way from the sea but only about 20 minutes ️

Very nice hotel! Staff all helpful and nothing is to much trouble! Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Spa is large, needs a little updating, however we used many times over our week stay and always found it enjoyable.

Last minute holiday booked. The hotel is about 15 min walk to the sea front, lovely walk. The hotel was lovely rooms spacious needs a bit of upgrading. Very clean. Staff lovely too and helpful. Spar excellent pools impressive no rush to find a subbed which is a bonus. Very impressed on wheelchair amenities too.

It's a beautiful hotel even if the rooms need Little updating. The facilities are fab. The only thing that is going against this hotel is its location. Too far out of town. Edward in animation was lovely to everyone.

Had a fantastic 10 days holiday here with friends and family. Brilliant animation team, lots of activities, lovely food, friendly staff and met lots of new friends x.

Returned yesterday and this was my wife and I first ever holiday aboard.
hotel was fantastic, staff are amazing. The cleaner of our room 157 was one of the most pleasant people you could meet. Peta is amazing and does a sterling job a great asset to the hotel. Food and surroundings superb. We havent had a holiday for over 10 years but it was worth the wait. Only one down side was the nightly entertainment the duo was the same women night after night who could only sing a few songs badly. There was a young lad singing in the piano bar a few nights ago and he was amazing he should be in the main stage if you could sort the entertainment and how hot it gets down there more people would go into that bar. Other than that a truly amazing place. Well done to everyone including the gardeners who keep it looking its best.

Just back from a week holiday. Rooms need updated but spotless apart from that I would give it 5 stars. Very friendly staff and when we checked out off our room we got a bag with some snacks in it which was a nice touch. We will be back staying in you hotel again. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday.

What a ten day break we just had. Luis and Angel are amazing my son Alfie loved them and will miss them. Stunning hotel, rooms a little bit of a let down.

Just back from our 3rd visit, it just gets better.
Staff, food and the the overall place. (the bedrooms do need updating but are very clean)
We ventured out to the busy square twice for food & cocktails, great atmosphere.
Highly recommend this hotel.
We'll be back soon for our 4th holiday!

Had a very relaxing 10 days here recently, staff are very friendly, approachable and welcoming! Clean and tidy rooms and daily maid service also. Beautiful waterfall and stream within the hotel itself which makes it very picturesque inside. 2 of The very few things that meant only 4 stars are no convenience store for bits and pieces, likes of water (which meant having to go to the bar for drinks to take my medication) and sweets and crisps for the kids, but gift shops where lovely. Only other option was the local supermarket a 20 min walk away, which was great going but up hill coming back with shopping bags. Secondly whilst the food was varied it wasn't very child friendly, my 2 sons lived on pancakes for breakfast and chips for lunch and dinner. Occasionally they would have pizza or chicken. Even the dessert proved difficult unless it was chocolate cake or chocolate mousse. The local beach is pretty close (just past supermarket) but they do have a free shuttle bus 3 times a day that was great. Would go again and would recommend also. Pools outside compromise of a splash pool for little ones a large and deep saltwater pool and finally a smaller shallower pool, And a jacquzzi. All in all a very relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Enjoyed my stay here, nice large hotel with good pools and plenty of different food choices each night. Rooms are well-sized and cleaning comes every day, entertainment on every night although if your room is situated at that end of the hotel beware you can hear it through the walls quite loudly until midnight if you were looking for an early night. Staff were all very friendly, especially those greeting you at mealtimes. Indoor spa and pool was a nice experience.

My husband and I have just returned from 10 nights, was our first holiday without the children as they have now grown up, and it was amazing all the staff were lovely, hotel was clean as was the area, food was catered for every taste, we started off half board but upgraded to all inclusive which was worth it. The hotel was definitely worthy of 4 stars though the rooms were more 3, but after speaking to some of the staff the rooms are being upgraded, loved the area as it was set back a bit but still only a short walk away from the sea front, we are now deciding whether to book here again for next year or go different area. If you want somewhere quiet with a bit of luxury then this is ideal, will be perfect when all updated.

We've recently come back off holiday, after staying in this hotel. Loved every minute of it. The staff are so friendly, we met a lot if lovely people. The hotel was lovely and clean, the food was amazing-there was something for everyone and whatever you fancied. We will definitely be going back in the near future. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful chilling holiday.

Loved the hotel, we had a lovely room but some of the staff were rather rude. The two girls running the bar were adamant we should queue for a drink. There were a couple of other people at the bar (one of whom told us we were meant to queue). Eventually they did serve us our drinks and told us that they would not do it again unless we queued. I asked to speak to a manager but there was no on duty. I can understand if a bar is busy and there are few staff but it was not busy and the other bar person was more concerned with her social media on her phone. Being on all inclusive I guess that tips are less forthcoming but with service like that they don't give themselves any opportunity to get one. Restaurant had a good selection of food but in the main it was cold. We only stayed for a few days and would come back again but please remember who your customers are and take more pride in your customer service.

Nice, clean and well kept hotel throughout. Staff are all very efficient and pleasant. Enjoyed listening to 2 different female singers, one evening in the dining room and one evening in the bar. Just too bad they couldn't have them and similar entertainment on the main stage each evening instead of circus type acts. If I never see a juggling, acrobatic, plate spinning balancing act ever again it will be too soon!

The hotel is very nice has a lot of charm the rooms are spacious the part of the hall and the very nice interior area with green areas and waterfall inside the hotel. The downside of the hotel is that it is 2 km from the beach.

This was my first time at Beatriz Costa and Spa. We stayed here last week of January All Inclusive. We throughly enjoyed our week here, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the young man on reception who sorted out a kettle for our room. The food on offer was amazing, and all the staff work so hard. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, but we walked most days as only takes about 10 minutes. The only problem — we had to come home! I am already planning my next trip here.

Very noisy hotel given that the show room is on the ground floor and open in a large canopy. So the music goes up to the rooms. Can't sleep until midnight.
Lack of responsiveness of the staff (Wi Fi outage for 3 days, rooms not always cleaned at 5pm 3). Restaurant in basement, so no view to the outside, theme kitchens not representative. Never had THOMAS COOK representatives at the hotel. No French speaking staff at the reception but well in Dutch…
Rooms antiquated and to renovate (stains on carpets, walls, casting of rust in bathtub, drapes half-lifted, so impossible to close them properly…)
Positive: A pool heated to 26 degrees but as the swimming pool is not protected from the wind, difficult to enjoy.
Hotel located too far from the dike.

Nice looking hotel but in need of major refurbishment. My room had holes in the carpet, the only chair kept falling to bits and found a cock roach in the room. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly and the restaurant has a wide range of foods. For people who don't want to walk then it is 20 mins from the beach.

Would strongly advise AGAINST getting all inclusive in this hotel. Once staff see wrist band they they treat you like a nuisance. I have even noticed other guests hiding their bands when interacting with staff, particularly when ordering at the bar where AI service includes cheap syrup and slushy ice “cocktails” while standard guests get bigger glasses with typical cocktail ingredients — alcohol, juice and real fruit/garnishes some even have umbrellas! Every evening we have gone for dinner the wine menu has been removed from our table without a word. I have never been made to feel as unwelcome as a paying guest! On the preface hotel looks fantastic, first impressions were quite high with lots of lovely greenery, running water and interior design in reception and lounge areas. Small collection of shops are competitively priced and staff are friendly enough in these. Spa and pool are worth a visit but again AI guests are limited to one visit per day, this is a rather frustrating constraint considering the evident lack of guests using the outdoor facilities mainly due to the high winds and exposed nature of the poolside areas. Entertainment is on a 7 day loop with staff members providing at least one of the shows — an amateur karaoke production but credit where credit is due they do have some very good dance routines.

This is our 2nd visit to Beatriz Costa & Spa and we have been looked after so well. All the public areas including the restaurant are elegant in appearance. The food is varied & plenty, something for everyone. I found the staff charming & helpful. There is a good variety of day & evening entertainment. The bedrooms remain "tired" & need a bit of refurbishment & decoration but they have everything you need in them with really comfy mattresses. This is an excellent family hotel.

Good value for money The hotel is very good but it needs a renovation (doors, carpets, etc), although the same thing then raise the price… Excellent location as a base to visit the island. 15 minutes from the beach walking on a nice walk.

Although I went for a few days I was delighted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was at home… the perfect food, the very good facilities… very soon I will repeat the experience.

Eye to navigators, half pensions do not include drinks! I insist, they do not include drinks and you have to pay aside. In 3 days here, typical holiday hotel breakfasts for foreigners, dinners, horrible! Today has gotten a little x the THAI theme. I will go back to the hotel but never eat here!

Was again 4 weeks over Easter here. Still super and remains my favorite hotel 31.3.2018 I cannot understand these people who make a bad judgement about this hotel. What are these people you should stay at home.

Good location with easy walking into town. Nice food in the buffet although staff varying in friendliness. Good facilities and very reasonably priced.

Rooms need a upgrade badly. Staff on the dining room door were very ignorant. We went half board. We were there for a ten days stay. On eight day we go into the dining room to have dinner when the the door staff stop us in front of a line of people to say with hadn't paid for our water in the previous nights. This water bill came as part as the half board. We it was sorted we got no apology in any way. The food was is not great. It can be very cold. The breakfast was worse. The cleaning staff give the door a quick knock or sometimes they just walk straight in on top of us. The sheets were not changed for the ten days were there. The floors we not hovered at any time up til we left. Would NOT go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very quiet place to rest, no doubt. But the SPA needs urgent improvements. Also for breakfast would not hurt some more heaters for the bread by the number of users I say, and at dinner maybe have something more variety, a little scarce. But in spite of everything I found what I was looking for and I was not hungry…

Great place to stay! They have great variety of foods in their restaurant. There is a car rental inside the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and rented a car. Easy access to nearby places!

I have not stayed at the hotel, I was in the Spa, very recommendable, the ground floor of the hotel is spectacular although you have plenty of carpet, would be perfect with a paved type or paved, as it has fountains, streams, bridges to pass over the Streams and lots of natural vegetation, the Spa very well, it also needs a small facelift but it affects the service offered.

Just back from this hotel we had such an amazing time, we spent 10 nights here for our honeymoon. Very relaxing we enjoyed the spa, pool area is huge with lots of sun beds available throughout the day, food choice was great too. Hotel go out of there way to make your stay extra special as we found when arriving back in our room a bottle of sparkling on ice with a lovely fruit basket. Highly recommend this hotel, they also have lots going on during both the day and night.

The décor is old, the food area noisy, children animation exaggerated loudly, even if only 2 children are there. We had booked half board and had to find out that you don't even get a coffee or another drink let alone a meal at lunchtime if you haven't booked all inclusive and you really don't want to eat! Everything is tuned to English, bratwurst at any time of the day and the attempts to cook Oriental or Japanese fail miserably. Stays at Spanish food that was tasty and edible, but only at 2 star level, unfortunately the staff is also not exactly friendly km food area. All in all, truly not a 4 star hotel! Maybe we would like to try another hotel on the next Lanzarote visit.

Brilliant hotel amenities very good. All inclusive is good for families. But singles need to have half board or b & breakfast. And go out for entertainment. The Entertainment very amateurish with a strong focus on children/family. May not suit the discerning holiday makers.

Nice hotel in all inclusive, not very clean in the common parties, one of the waitress (Spanish) which is very unpleasant with the guests.

1 week stay in December. Not bad, attentive service… buffet acceptable, although very repetitive… Half board does not include even 1 bottle of water, we ordered 2 coca Colas and 7, €20 more expensive than on the beachfront. But in cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired…

I just came back from a 1-week holiday at Beatriz Costa & Spa, the second holiday at this hotel this year. The hotel has a perfect location, fabulous outdoor area, great spa and the food is gorgeous. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and always something for everyone to enjoy. To be fair, the property is a little tired-looking and could do with a small freshen-up, but all common areas are kept very well and the rooms are clean. In the end, you are hopefully not going to be spending too much time in your room and a little-worn carpet or not 100% sparkling white grouting will not ruin your holiday. The only let down during this stay was a sudden, overnight loss of water in the pools. This meant one day without any water and the remaining (our last) 2 days with freezing cold water in the pools. This was an accident and out of Hotel`s control. On our last day we complained about this situation at the reception and by the time we arrived in our room, we already received a phone call from Jo, Hotel`s PR. We were amazed at how well our complaint has been dealt with. The girls at the reception were very nice and Jo offered 1st class customer care, for which we would like to thank once again. We felt valued as customers and we still love this hotel, so Beatriz Costa & Spa… you`ll be seeing us again!

I recommend the half board. The breakfasts and the dinners are great (varied and of great quality). The room is spacious and very comfortable. It has facilities for the whole family.

You can not define a 4-star hotel: The Wi-Fi is free only in the common areas in the room is paid, do not provide towels for the pool or slippers for the room. The hygienic level is really bad: The carpet is very dirty, the curtains and Windows idem, the terrace of the room dirty with bird droppings, we found a cockroach in the room, even the plants on the sixth floor as well as being fake were full of dust. The breakfast buffet plentiful but the quality of the food is poor. Not worth the 4 stars in the required rates. The smells of the kitchen included the whole structure up to the sixth floor. The hotel provides entertainment but at too high volumes audibles from the room. Understandable to understand that the structure is old but it is absolutely not justifiable the lack of cleanliness anywhere. Beautiful Lanzarote But if you are looking for a 4 star hotel I don't recommend it because it doesn't satisfy the standards at all.

Must go all inclusive in this hotel half board is to expensive. Food is hot ready on time large selections for breakfast dinner and evening meals. Different cuisines most evenings Rooms are dated but clean. Tea and Coffee facilities in rooms. All balconys face the sun all day. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area and local festivities. Great for families. Entertainment on every night for kid's and adults. Games to play during the day for all young to older… Gym is free Spa is not cheap on half board but deals seem to be available.

We came ere in September it was a fab place would recommend this hotel to anyone the food was out of this world all the staff was good to you the rooms was cleaned everyday the pool was cleaning and lots of sun beds for everyone the entertainment staff was great to us and friendly. Hoping to come back soon x.

8 days stay in the month of November, things I did not like, half board does not include a miserable bottle of water per couple, you have to go through the box and expensive price under my point of view, the dinner what was what we had included in the end is very repetitive, the facilities you see need a remodel, face wash, reception usually fine but some employee will spare some flag of the languages they speak, little used pools but when we were they are great and the rooms very spacious and beds very Comfortable like the bathroom that is very spacious with its very beautiful terrace, that could have some detail at least in the room what we were, some chipped in some parts of the roof of some moisture that I think it does not cost much to give a capita pintu RA, in general happy and I recommend it.

Good food (I expect you'd be confused by some of the dishes if you live on McDonald's at home), good rooms, refreshing pools. For the price we paid, couldn't expect more. The staff were very hard working and mostly pleasant. As for maintenance, the hotel is ENORMOUS and you can find some flaky paint etc. I imagine by the time you finish painting at one end it's time to start at the other again so some reviewers need to be realistic. Unless you're really old or infirm, the beach really isn't that far away and a far more pleasant climate than sitting around the pool all day. Plus the sea is warmer than the pools in October. We would happily stay again if the same deal came up another year.

Very nice hotel with very vegetalisé lobby. The rooms are decent and spacious enough. The cleaning and the sheets are made every day. Polite and nice staff. The maintenance of the building is to be done. The carpet everywhere dates from another time.

Have just returned today from our third stay at this hotel which once again was very enjoyable. I do agree that the rooms are a little tired but are spotlessly clean. The only point I would like to see addressed relates to the sun terrace above the pool. Whilst the general pool area is washed down every morning and is spotless the terrace is neglected which is such a pity. I appreciate that this is a minor point but feel it should be addressed.

October 2017. Another great holiday at this hotel. We have been coming back for the last 5 years, so they must be doing somthing right. Always plenty of choice for food be it salad or specialist cooking. All the staff throughout the hotel are always pleasant and where ever possible very helpful. We have tried other destinations and hotels but always return to our favourite. Looking forward to our next stay in December. Never be put off by negative reviews, as you can be pleasantly surprised.

Very nice hotel rooms pools and grounds kept very clean. Food good. All inclusive holiday makers get the smiles and cheerie greetings half board not so much. Strong winds akl day cooler in morning so sit around the pool with t shirt on but warms up throughout the day.

Went with Thomas Cook all inclusive. 1 bar only for all inclusive guests. Always queues not enough staff. Fridges in rooms are charged for at 3 euros a day. Only goods from hotel are allowed in fridge. Could go on but wont. Will not be coming back.

Rooms are clean, hotel in general is very clean, nice pool area, restaurant is clean with a good selection and a varied menu that is well presented and plenty of it. Only gripe is the evening entertainment which is often quite amateurish. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

We went there for a spa morning. Beautiful looking hotel. Wish we would have stayed there but maybe too expensive? Spa was a bit tired looking and could have done with a refresh but overall was lovely. Nearly 30 spa 'stations' some much better than others. Supplied towels and shower gel in showers.

A huge hotel with a very friendly staff but it is very very old and especially very dirty. Dead plants all over the hotel, dust everywhere, nothing is clean for months see years until the cockroaches on the tables of the show room. Shameful for a 4-star. To avoid absolutely.

Nothing all was a waste, food was a waste not worth anything the food or juice or coffee or drinks all fatal do not recommend and then d having paid an all-inclusive I had k go to eating out a disaster room dirty and old and after paying a massage of 75 euros I run same k as it was was not a massage were fondling so-called X does not repeat.

I am currently in the hotel. The food is excellent, and every night there is a different theme. Music live is beautiful (this night soul and piano).
The only thing I would change would be that the beds are 2 single.

Located in Costa Teguise, is not in first-line of beach, but in less than 5 minutes these in any of them. You can park perfectly and is located well of points of interest such as Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos. This pool area very well and the heated even if you go in the November you can swim perfectly. The animation is very good and very attentive and if you go with kids are outstanding and motivates them to do activities. Varied, for being buffet food have much variation and a plus is the iron at the time. If you're all inclusive both the wines and drinks are dispensers. Every night there is nu different show. The room and all with own terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Attention by the staff was always very attentive and very nice and trying to help at all times on what they did lack.

The staff is the best hotel, everything must be said, is a little outdated. The rooms are spacious and clean, the buffet all inclusive is fairly well and includes theme nights vary. The most spectacular of the hotel are the swimming pools, large and beautiful, one of cold water and another warm.

At this time I have two nights in this Hotel… An auentico luxury staff, cooks, waiters, metre. ^ Personal of cleaning, animators, maintenance. I hope to not let me to anyone. You are all very good! You do that which not have could enjoy of holiday during several years we can feel in the Olympus of the holiday.
On the other hand deberiais improve the topic of Wi-Fi, which is the only complaint which can be heard here. The truth is that almost all depend on technology for infinididad of things including communication with family and friends. By Please improve this small problem Yes?
And for finish is my second stay in Lanzarote, and every time I fall in love more than this island. I think that when I juvile, (six years I have left) this may be a destination to spend much of the year.

Good resort with good swimming pool food and spaces… but fiew thing as a no kettels in double twin rooms even they know about infant… no private. They coming into room in just second after knoking with openning the door using own card as managment with some inf and feedbacks form… staff is no english speaking. And looks like they want work there : (. My wife ask one of barman to have a nice foam on cafe. But answer was no… cos is no al inclusive in ours all inclusive holidays. Funny… about staff. Sorry to say but managment is no frendly. One lady knock my door and in second after come in room with own opening card shouting OLAAAA. And waiking my baby. Second manager on one they decided that all towels from swimming pool bad should be drop on floor cos its not possible to reserved them. 600 people cant be on 100 chairs thats truth but its not customer service… cleanig ladys are perfect and barmans as BASHIR AND ALBERTO. Thx guys… hotel is 3.5 star with big potencial and good thinks. But its a lot of thinks no good… as lifeguard who whistle for people with no reason and never say good morning and thx…

I am sorry to say that all the bad points raised in other reviews are accurate. I booked a short break and noted the price ranges for 4 stars in the Canaries ran from £250 to £350. This hotel was beyond those prices and I had high expectations. How wrong was I! First impressions — very grand. Large hotel with large auditorium for evening entertainment but this is a major design floor! A large percentage of the rooms front this entertainment area which had a decent sound system. As it is indoor, the sound reverberates and if you are an early sleeper, forget it! Noise stops at midnight. Lots of signage for multiple salons — almost all were vacant. No on site food/drink store. Three bars — I only ever saw 1 open at any one time Huge pool — sports facility area — enclosed and safe Spa (pay extra) and Gym (free to guests) About 20 minute gentle walk to town centre and beach About 10 minute gentle walk to the local Spar — remember this as I shall come back to this later. So why the 1 star rating — this hotel gives the impression of being in serious financial difficulty and is brazenly fleecing its customers at every opportunity taking full advantage of its out of town location and is being dishonest to the point of criminal in its claims on its website. Why?

Two rooms not ready. Had to wait over 1 hour, to be attended and cleaned. Free Wi-Fi only in lobby/reception area. Poor unhelpful reception service.

I was last year 2013 and I liked a lot. I want to repeat. Fantastic place to rest which is what I am looking for.

Fantastic Hotel altho a little dated. Staff are friendly and for the style of food its actually quite tasty.

The best vacation I ever had, I was in 2012 and the experience at the hotel was excellent, I can't wait to go back.
I was in all inclusive meals very good and variety, is towards a theme every day for what you cansabas not eat the same thing.
Quite acceptable rooms and a large exterior, with a beautiful pool and plenty of sunbeds.
I hope to return soon.

Ok but don't go all inclusive as foods not the great and bar snacks are just cold sandwiches all so bar closed at midnight.
