Nice Hotel central on Playa de ingles. Great reception Service. Took a 1, 5 Massage for 105 Euros. It was fabulous! & Spa. Also 360 degree resteraunt. Great view! 😍👍🏼Nice suites. ⚠️A must for couples. 👍🏼❤

A luxurious boutique hotel with the best rooftop bar in the entire Canary Islands. We recommend the Junior Suites. The rooms are small but very well thought out. The balconies integrate perfectly into the room and with sea views, the view from the large double bed is a dream. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to Yzza for our perfect stay.

Best hotel in Playa del Ingles. By far the best. The whole thing also has a price. But it's worth it. Highly recommended: Junior Suite with direct sea views… we are here for the second time. Clearly different in Corona times than the first time… but the direct view is the same and remains simply fantastic.

Really bad experience. The service both in the restaurant and in the bar is absolutely low standard for a 5 star hotel. The waiters except for one was awful. You could feel they weren’t there for the guests and the hotel has some ridiculous rules. For instance after a dinner in their restaurant 360 (The food in the restaurant was okay, but far too pricy for what you get), we wanted a night cap in the bar. We started sitting down at one table but found out we wanted to sit at another table. The waiter came to us immediately and said, that the policy in the hotel was, that once you sat at a table you couldn’t change. This was even though we hadn’t ordered yet and the bar was far from full! We normally go to very nice and pricy places, where we always feel special and where the staff and place is there for you, but this hotel TOTALLY fails in this. We ended up leaving without a drink. We simply had had enough! Overall the evening and experience was a waste of time and money. There are far too many other nice restaurant/bars to explore during your stay in Maspalomas than this hotel.

Best five star hotel I've been to! Great staff who go the extra mile from the second you enter and awesome spa facilities! Rooftop area used for breakfast, dinner and cocktails has one of the best views over the beach and sand dunes too.

Per se very nice. Absolutely NOT recommended if you are not a Regular Or want to leave a lot of Money at the Bar.
If not, DEUTLICH does less Priority; You get significantly worse Rooms; You will not be invited to the Hotel Events.
Conclusion: If you don't already know it, you should look around elsewhere, which is a shame as it is a very nice Hotel.

A Hotel with a special charm, where everything is cared for to the smallest detail to make the stay as special as possible. And to this we have to add a staff (in all areas) that deviates to improve our experience and always with a smile and much affection. Recommended 100x100

Modern, affordable. Very good treatment to its clients, with an exquisite restaurant called 360 ° on the last floor and not only for the quality of the food they offer but for the views that it possesses. And let's not forget the Atelier lounge & Cocktails, also located on the top floor sharing space with the aforementioned restaurant, with a great deal to its customers and an ample menu of both alcoholic and free drinks and a wide range of cigars. Recommended for both a weekend getaway or an afternoon of enjoyment.

By far the best hotel I ever stayed in! All in all it was outstanding and beyond all expectations! The entire staff is super friendly, warm and helpful at any time, fabulous customer service. Beautiful and very clean sleeping rooms with sea view, fantastic spa area and stupendous restaurant: by far the best and most delicious food I ever ate in a hotel (plus: best service in a restaurant as well! ) and then there is this priceless view over Maspalomas. Not to forget the extravagant cocktails at the "Atelier". The hotel is worth the money and we surely come back! Thank you for your huge contribution to our fantastic holidays!

Overall, the hotel was underwhelming and forgettable. The good. We are going to start here since this list will be the shortest of the bunch. Both my wife and I are about first impressions and the security guard that greeted us at the entrance was extremely charismatic and engaging. Of the entire staff that we interacted with, he was the only one who seemed truly genuine and sincere in his warmth and concern for our well-being. Another rater used the term "cheesy" to describe the staff and that about sums it up. One of the couples that we befriended during our stay described them as the "Stepford Wives Staff" in that they know what they SHOULD say, just not HOW to say it (and we are not talking about the language barrier, either). The breakfast was also good in the hotel (with that morning-staff going above-and-beyond), so those are the two pluses that I can readily give out to the hotel. The bad. Unfortunately, when you are going for upscale and you miss that mark, almost everything else goes into the "bad" category — as it is well below expectations and standards. We stayed in what was advertised as an "Ocean View Junior Suite" on the fifth floor. I guess by "oceanview", they meant to not look right (where all the adjoining hotel's solar panels are blocking the view of the water) and not to look slightly left (where every over-70-nudist decided that they wanted to tan their nether-regions). So you have a sliver of viewing, where you can see the ocean.

New Year's celebration and gala "My Way" 2017-2018 was a very bad experience in terms of performance and service of the staff and the food. The response of the Management to observations was arrogant and non cooperative.

Great view at the top of the roof restaurant. We had a breakfast meeting with astonishing view and great quality service. Nothing was too much to ask. Rooms are also been finished with a real attention to details. It will certainly be my favourite hotel on the island.

Very small grounds/ pool area in unflattering area. Ground floor restaurant closed and feels deserted. Public spaces not used and hard to imagine why any one would sit there. Staff overly friendly and cheesy. Manager Alejandro dealt with complaints (many) efficiently. Technology in room too much and hard to even work TV. Breakfast very good in top floor restaurant which has lovely views to sea. Or terrible views over 60's built monstrous buildings. Pretentious hotel which my mum would describe as all fur coat and no knickers.

A small oasis in the middle of mass tourism. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a unique exclusive to the Playa. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. All very nice.

Had dinner on Christmas day at the Hotel's Restaurant — 360. From the moment you walk in your are in for a treat of all senses — sight, sound, smell amd taste. Impeccable service from all staff, the food and wine on the set menu was also amazing and exceeded all my expectations. All most certainly the best restaurant on the Island.

Restaurant 360 °: Food and Fantastic treatment! Just One detail: The colored guy who takes you to the table offered us a glass of cava or champagne without getting to sit down, you deduce it's a welcome drink, but No! 22 Euros More in your account for 2 cups and on top of the bottles were brought open. Just that!

A true temple of peace and harmony. The best possible place to retire and disconnect from everything. The SPA service is amazing and the excellent massage. As icing: A few teas and a small appetizer that make this experience an adventure more than advisable.

Super Hotel. Perfect for vacations. Fantastic Look. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Only sometimes do the Chambermaids lack organization. Not far to the Beach and the Jumbo. Staff also speak German and English. Always friendly and helpful. Special Requests will be fulfilled if possible. Even in the Restaurant you cook the way you want if there is something not on the Menu. Had Half board and, despite Special Requests, did not have to pay extra so far. Already our 2nd Visit here.

Friendly little hotel with quality services-kind of boutique hotel — only for adults. Nice pool with cozy atmosphere. The hotel is situated though in a crowded part of maspalomas close to the beach.

My room. Was a corner junior suite. Lovely room. Staff were amazingly friendly. Breakfast has a wide variety and very attentive breakfast staff. The spa was beautiful and well worth the experience. Prices for the drinks range from 3 Euro for a coke to 9 Euro for Vodka. 2 pools areas one which is more private. You get a guided tour on arrival.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and made my first trip to Gran Canaria one that I will never forget. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'd like to make a special mention to Juan in the Sky Bar! He was polite and helpful and has a lovely manner (my partner Piers asked if he could have eggs benedict and Juan arranged this for him the next day! ). The Junior Corner Suite is just simply outstanding and the perfect place to enjoy a lazy day on the sun terrace. If you're looking for the ultimate in luxury then Bohemia Suites and Spa should be top of your list.

Stunning views very luxurious cocktail bar service was abit slow but to be fair it was very busy would go there again best cocktails Iv tasted in gran canaira little pricey but worth it €10 upward per drink.

The view is just astonishing, the food great and the service even greater! We had the tasting menu with wine. Go there if you enjoy an excellent dinner.

Nice hotel but not for "any taste". Look very modern, like boutique stile hotel. Breakfast and diner (half board) not bad! Quality of the food good and fresh. Personal very caring and friendly. Very nice restaurant and bar with alive music in evening. Amazing view!

Be careful with the prices. We checked in at 2am and they tried to con us into paying something ridiculous (300euros) just because the booking said for one person. When we threatened to make a fuss, the receptionist tried to hustle down the price. Truly unprofessional.

Stayed here many times in the past but the apparent propensity of the staff to on a whim add extras at checkout (and judging by the other reviews we are not the only people to fall foul of this) has certainly left a bitter taste. Having opted to stay in a suite on the basis the extra space also allows us to have friends round for drinks etc I was a little surprised at checkout to find out we strayed over an apparent 2 hour limit and was charged for the room a second time without our agreement. Other problems include Internet speed on the fourth floor being almost unusable, toilet leaking water, poor quality of room service food and the service at dinner was very slow with a very limited menu. The view however is very good, as is the wine list.

Mostly nice rooms with a good view. Staff very inconsistent / rude from my experience with some of them (particularly at night) on this trip. There does seem to have been a significant attitude change compared to previous years. Internet very poor in rooms and half board option leaves a lot to be desired for a five star hotel.

A gem of a stylish design hotel with excellent service! Bohemia is a stylish design hotel with very good service. The welcome we arrived was extremely warm and friendly. A welcome glass of cava at the pool bar by which time our luggage had been delivered to the room. The room (standard room, no 303) was quite small, but with a balcony and a very good scenery. Breakfast was taken on the 8th floor (360 Restaurant) between 8.00 and 11.00 am. The restaurant had amazing views across the Maspalomas sand dunes and the sea (see my attached photos! ). There was a buffet with the usual breakfast favourites, cereal, fruit, juices, bread and pastries and cheese and cooked meat. Eggs and bacon etc were cooked to order. We arrived at various times and always found a vacant table. One of the evenings my wife and I had dinner at the 360 restaurant. We sampled the dinner taster menu accompanied by the best views of the setting sun in this resort. The food was OK but I would say the service was at times very slow and not at the same standard as the other part of the hotel! This was surprising as the restaurant was not very busy. I chose this hotel based on all the good Tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed! We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place.

We also stayed at Bohemia last year, and decided to give it a try again. This year we booked a Junior suite with ocean view. Unfortunately their booking engine is setup as default to one person, so we made a mistake only make a booking for one person. Upon check in the staff forced us to pay another €817 extra for the extra person. I accept we should have checked it better but I also feel that bohemia's booking engine is faulty. And €817 extra charge for only 7 night's it not fair. We spoke to the Front desk manager and they are all very polite but by the end of the day, they think a lot about money and wont admit their fail and give us a proper refund. There are also other downsides of that hotel everyone should consider: — The restaurant is very crowded during breakfast. If you like to eat around 9:00 am the restaurant is almost full. The problem is that you can only ordering eggs and coffee to the staff and, they are very busy during that period so you have to wait a lot for you orders to come. (The staff is friendly, but it's understaffed, I guess its the management thinking money again). — Everything is very expensive. The poolbar, food, drinks etc is way overpriced. — It's not at all close to the beach as they claim in many brochures. — The room is very small, but the bed is comfy. — There is no coffee maker in the std. Rooms but in the junior suite there is a espresso maker. Just sad for those who enjoy normal coffee or thea.

The hotel was fantastic, beautiful furnishings, fabulous food with amazing views over the dunes, lovely roof terrace for cocktails again with amazing views. The staff were all very friendly and the customer service was excellent. When we arrived we received a free upgrade as there was building work being carried out on the hotel next door — however the double glazing was so good it wasn't an issue at all. We had a spa treatment while we there and again the decor and service was excellent.
