The rooms are very old, with very old furniture, dirty walls, old blankets, old bathroom facilities, etc. Everything is outdated. The room received was not properly cleaned at the reception and we found hair on floor, in the bathroom, the blankets with stains, dirty furniture when it was wiped. The temperature during the night deceases a lot and due to low isolation of the apartment and windows it was very cold and we had to wear our jackets to sleep properly. It was like wind blowing inside the room. No heating system is available. The apartment was very noisy due to close distance of the street and especially due to poor isolation of the windows. It was no isolation at all. The routine cleaning was done superficial also. You have an outdated safe box, but you must pay 5E per day for using it. The price of the property was high for the quality received. I totally do not recommend this "hotel". It seamed that no renovation was done for the room for years. Despite the receptionist from the morning shift, and location, the accommodation does not desire more than 1 point rating. Cleaning and comfort (warm, silence) are essential.

Muy buen apartamento, pero tuve un problema al dejar la ropa en un armario limpiado con lejía, me mancho dos prendas y uno de los receptionistas me la pago (él muy amable), pero el otro de malas maneras, me la pago y se la quedó. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Clean and quiet apartment complex. The sea is just 100 metres away. Very friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

The price is the same. Close to the ocean. The view from the balcony to the ocean. Parking is not free. The swimming pool is well suited for children.

Our stay with a 2 year old girl has been perfect. Ideal location to walk to the beach. Very attentive and friendly staff that have made us feel at home. Cozy pool and solarium and in general the facilities very good quality price.

Apartment, 1c, relatively large, 2 bedrooms, clean. Close to the beach, good central location, supermarket on the other side of the road, bike rental few steps further. A bit noisy, from about 7 o'clock on the road.

Just couldn't be better. Location, Rooms, view great shower, very nice clean pool, helpful, friendly staff, going back there every visit to Gran Canaria.
