Highly recommended place, in less than 1 month I stayed 2 times, very clean and well maintained and very large pools where you can enjoy with family.

I have stayed at this establishment on several occasions and it is my particular refuge, every year I go even once. Very nice and well-kept facilities, quiet area and easy parking. You have everything you need to spend a few days of rest, they even put a cleaning kit in the kitchen, which I have never seen in other bungalows.

Very noisy outside our bungalow (46). One very loud screaming and shouting family ruined the otherwise lovely hotel. I have disability and they were dive bombing in pool constantly so I did not go in at all. Other pool much better. Would probably not return because of all stairs and my disability but was an ok alternative as we should have been in sandy golf but unfortunately they have works going on so we’re re routed here. Staff friendly, and bungalow clean.

It was great there! We were there 10days and it is really nice. The only thing it was not so good it is far to the beach. Around 10min with taxi or 30min on foot. Apartments are nice and clean, pools are clean And another thing that actualy bothered us really bad is that guests in our Hotel (women) were swimming and walking around topless and that is really not appetizing. If they like that, they can do that on FKK beach that they have there as well. This is the thing that should Hotel write somewhere or something…!

Lovely place, each apartment is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The shop is a short walk away. But, the hotel has a small shop. The bar serves decent food and the beers are reasonable. Down town and the beach is only a €5 ride away.

I liked everything, the problem was kucarati. Hotel pulls on four.

Nice size pool, shows for kids. Most of the rooms are twin beds depending on how early you book it. Also for 2 adults 2 kids they only give a sofa bed. The pool and surroundings were great We had also had a twin bed room and of course the beds are on rolled wheels which keep separating. We we're happy with service and facilities but other family members were not so happy with their sleeping arrangements. Staff were very nice and place was affordable.

Very nice facility. The staff is courteous and helpful. The bungalows are clean and functional, the pool is okay and you can swim your tracks in this way. The only shortcoming in the evening is the music/animation too loud (but is only my opinion — but everyone should please form an opinion for themselves)

Bungalows, nice pools, very spacious. The staff has been friendly at all times. Perform the cleaning of the apartment daily, except Sunday, but in the case of a bungalow is very well. By putting a paste, there was no washing machine; but by the time that we have been not the we needed it most. If we return to Gran Canaria, we will repeat!

Very good service, the three bungalows are very good.

Accommodation on arrival clean although in some places there are peeling walls. Unfortunately then in the span of 7 days housekeeping were made only 3 times and the bed only once. But we realized we had a dead cockroach under the bed. We asked the front desk for someone to come clean but no one came and so we cleaned us up. Friendly staff but not very helpful to meet the needs of the customer perhaps for directives of the structure given from above. Wonderful pool. At breakfast a nice international buffet of sufficient quality, assuming that I have very high standards for the quality of the food. At dinner the buffet is so-so. And at lunch, if you do half board, you can ask for the change with dinner but it is a problem because the service is always horrible and the menu very limited. Quiet atmosphere, but not too relaxing for those who have toddlers. I have a 2 and a half years and had a lot of fun in the small pool. But the deepest pool was just a few yards from the apartment and we could not let our son turn freely with the risk of falling into the water. Overall the property is very nice but the holiday was unconfortable and unrelaxing.

A very nice bungalow complex.
Each has its own bungalow in slightly different sizes and its own small terrace. The pool is not far from everywhere. There is a "cold", a heated pool and a shallow for children.
The food is quite good. I personally lacked some more local cuisine.
The facility is a bit away from the trouble, so you either have to go for a walk or get a taxi to the centres for about five euros. A shuttle is also regularly on the beaches.
Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression. Here you can relax well.

Beautiful grounds We live right next to the golf course.
Every morning from approx. 6:00 you can hear the big and noisy lawn mower for 2-3 hours. Not exactly what you want on holiday. We could easily exchange the room.
Many cats that pollute the square from the cottage with feces and urine.
Many loud Kindergeschreie etc.
I'm sure we're not coming.

Great bungalow park for young families, with excellent value. If you're looking for peace and quiet, I recommend Sandy Golf across the street.

Very nice facility with large pool facilities, I would immediately go on vacation there! Food is bookable, but the buffet is very rich and tasty in the morning and evening. Lunch is a small snack card. The bungalows are functional and tidy with small terrace, different size. Courteous staff, regular free shuttle bus to Maspalomas and Playa des Ingles and back, free Wi-Fi etc. Just fine!

Stayed here on recommendation from a friend. Really good service from all the staff whether it was in reception or at the restaurant ir either chambermaids. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bungalows was spacious, clean and well equipped. They cleaned our bungalow every day and supplied us with any further things like toilet paper and changed our bins every day. We had a small problem in the first 2 nights but they changed us with a new one straight away. Very good customer service. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay just perfect.

Bungalow with cockroaches, the inside window overlooked the rubbish as seen from the photos, and from the terrace instead you see houses under construction, from the bathroom a foul stinks of sewage, I would not go back absolutely, mediocre food, very expensive internal supermarket. I recommend it.

The precinct's fine, it's nice. As for the bungalow are two floors, the room is somewhat small and the balcony above also, but the kitchen and lounge are good, plus the kitchen is very well equipped. As for cleanliness I think it should improve, not everything is clean what you expect this to be. Something I did not like is the hot water boiler is very small and does not give even to duchen two people. The buffet is pretty good, not the best but there is quite a variety and it's good. Very friendly staff. It is very good to come to spend a few days but I do not think it would repeat. Maybe I would look for something different, even if it tastes like colors. I'd give it a 7 over 10.

Beautiful location. We were there in february and although weather was not favourable we were impressed with the cleanliness and overall value for money. Breakfast very good value too.

Quiet area, in the heart of the International golf course. Well-maintained facilities. Ideal for family holidays. Must have a car to move around the area, as it is a bit away from the shopping areas and beach.

Very nice resort, the pool is almost huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the beds, they roll and not exactly the best, you should change something about it. Otherwise, as far as the food is concerned there is something for everyone, you certainly do not starve. What is good, it is quiet here, not a Strasenlärm or something, but bright-hearing already, which in hotels is no different. Overall we are satisfied, but as said the beds, and heating would be good for cooler days. Everything else is OK. In the other cockroaches you have in warm countries, who like it warm and humid, here I have the impression that something is done about it on this plant. Reception also always helpful and friendly Wi-Fi would have to be improved somewhat, often no network.

Ok but not for 3 people. Staff friendly. Bungalows were not prepared for 3 persons. Pool not heated. Images do not match. The breakfast is OK.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Enjoyed it so much I went back six months later and I don't usually do beach holidays. A quiet place but near enough to the action if that's what you want. Going back soon can't wait! :-)

The location is only good if you want a lot of tranquility and don't think you take a walk in the evening.
The food is good and plentiful and the cleanliness painful. The Thursdays and Sundays are non-existent and the rest of the days are better to all lights.

It is somewhat off the beach, but has a direct bus line (roundtrip) as well as several large swimming pools. Calm and careful. Failure in the design of the bungalows (large furniture for little space) and the price of meals, high for what is nearby. To emphasize that the bungalows have terrace and balcony, besides a television in the bedroom and another in the living room.

A fantastic experience here. Brilliant swimming pool, lovely bungalows in a well kept complex next to the golf course. We will definitely be visiting again. Great value for money.

Lovely complex with small bungalows, each having their own little garden and terrace. Nice pool areas with a ample sun loungers but no parasols. Restaurant was very good with lots of choice. Only criticism that I had on my last visit was that Spanish families were allowed to have too many people sharing one bungalow. There was at least five people in four of the bungalows near us and they made far too much noise. I think the management should monitor this better than they do, as other families were complaining too.

Great place with great bungalows fantastic pool and great cleanliness the only flaw and the distance of about 2km from the beach needs transportation by bus or taxi.

Location is ok, not too far from Faro or Playa Del Inglis. Apartments are spacious, clean and perfect for a couple or family alike. The pools are awesome as well.

9 day stay. Loved every minute. Bungalows clean well equipped. Pool clean. Food nice we went self catering but cheap to eat at buffet when you chose Free bus to town and beach. Easy bus routes to other areas. Really sad to leave.

We loved our stay. They staff was very friendly, good breakfast that was included in the price. The cleaning of the room could have been little better. The pool was big and it was easy to find sunbeds. The hotell lays near by holiday world and aqualand. We will returning next year!

Everything was very nice and polite. The bungalows have some kitchens too small to cook and unfortunately there are also a few utensils but for the rest everything delicious.

Well equipped bungalows. Great location nice and quiet. If you hire a car plenty of parking across the road. Good security, 2nd key to access the grounds. Very close to maspalomas golf. Enormous pool and plenty of loungers Free bus to town / beach as well. Plenty of taxis outside all day.

Nice staff, clean and very provided, the bungalows are mini-villas with 2 floors where nothing is missing, there are 2 huge swimming pools, a minimarket provided and with affordable prices, ample parking for cars, walking you can Getting to the Maspalomas lighthouse in about 20 minutes using a large bike path, the sand dunes features are right behind the property, the breakfasts are really complete with everything and more… The island on the whole is really very clean and well taken care of, and the people are great and welcoming.

The Cordial Bungalow Green Golf is located in Maspalomas 2, 5 km on foot from the homonymous beach. The Cordial Offe four solutions to stay there, only stay, stay more breakfast, half board and all inclusive. The village is formed by Boungalow singles arranged on two floors with a small garden and a small veranda where there is a small table with three chairs. On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, kitchen and complete with refrigerator with freezer electric hotplate with two burners and sink with different doors and drawers. The kitchen is complete with cutlery, plates, frying pan, pot and various crockery there is also a small counter with three stools. In The living room there is a sofa bed a TV table and a sing. From the kitchen you enter the upper floor through a staircase where you will find the bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washbasin, while in the bedroom there are two separate beds and a closet. From the bedroom through a window is accessed a small balcony where there are wires used to dry the cloths. The bungalows are arranged some view pools other Street View or golf course. At the center of the complex there are two large separate pools suitable for adults and children, around the pools are arranged of sunbeds, lack the umbrellas. The complex is nice and well cared for with so much green. On the whole there is a restaurant and a minimarket (open from 08.00 to 19.

It is a lovely, clean well manicured site. Great pool and everybody is really friendly. It is a quiet place and well played out with good sized accommodation. We will be back for sure.

If you start from price and performance, there is really nothing to complain about. We booked 11 days in May 2017 and flew with Edelweiss and that, I would say at a bargain price of Fr. 685. — pp.
The facility is very well maintained and also makes a good impression visually, especially the spacious pool area. The bungalows are furnished inalylocated, including Tv, two of which are upstairs in the bedroom and one below. The save on the first floor is really great, you can even store a whole photo equipment, also the wardrobe is quite spacious. A small kitchen for self-catering, but we didn't use it. The beds are very good, Since I have already experienced other things on the island. Also the bathroom leaves almost no wishes unfulfilled, especially the big mirrors are to be mentioned, only at the shower I make a smear, for me it was enough, but for something more obsessive people it is a bit too small, as well as the stairs to the first floor, since it is already a bit tedious to drag the suitcases up and down again.
As far as the catering is concerned, I can not give any great information, we have only used the breakfast buffet once, and this is as in most facilities plentiful with everything you need, which can be booked for 8.70 euros as needed.

The bungalows are the right to sleep and take a shower, otherwise everything is very basic. There's a microwave, a kettle and an American coffee machine. There are 2 TV's, one downstairs and one in the room and the good quality Wi-Fi connection. In The bathroom there are already towels and hair dryer, and from what I see, there is a daily housekeeping service. As for the rest, there are heated and unheated pools, a billiard table is a ping-pong. Breakfast is not bad, but it offers more salty than not sweet while dinner, buffet, is OK! Excellent the convenience store inside and the Convention with transport to get to the 2 nearby beaches. All the staff speak for the most part Spanish or German, Italian no, but it's a normal thing.

I loved the quiet site and care super well my children's had much fun in the pool, and pity that not enjoyed more child Club having if I return to repeat the great Maspalomas Canary Islands would go to the friendly green.

Very attentive staff. The day of arrival the cheking is at 15.00horas. Lose lunch. In the pool many hammocks. No umbrella. If there are a few fixed parasols for 6 hammocks.

It's good value. Pretty. Well equipped. Nice welcome. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation clean functional. Of course great weather. The bar and pool are well maintained and customer service good for the price relatively great on price and services. I loved it. Will be back.

Great location to stay far enough away from the noise, but close enough to walk there. Taxi's are only €3.50 to the beach area at Maspalomas day or night. The rooms are very clean and bedding changed almost every day. Not a great deal of cooking tools in the accommodation but we're coping ok. The pool area is also very clean and the large pool is heated so it's beautiful to get into after a day out exploring. We would return again without hesitation.

Nice resort, really relaxing. The environment has been neglected however and looks like a construction site. A few palm trees, bushes, and irrigation in the environment is but not too much to ask. You could share the cost with neighbors and community.
The beautiful dunes are penetrating populated by older naked men. Here too, as better House on the square, you could assume responsibility and influence.
Wi-Fi was not too slowly expanded available and mobile broadband in the plant unfortunately in the apartments. I would pay for Wi-Fi, when it would be available in the apartments and a swimming pool.

Nice hotel, really relaxing. The business environment has, however, been neglected and looks like a construction site. A few palm trees, shrubs and irrigation in the environment is not too much to ask. The might cost you but with neighbours and the local community to share. The beautiful dunes can be penetrated by older naked men populated. Also here, you could as a better house on the square to take responsibility and influence. The Wifi in the system, unfortunately, was not in the apartments available and mobile broadband to be slowly expanded. I would also pay for Wifi, if it is then in the apartments and the Pool would be available.

We liked here very well. We'd in the Green golf vacation at any time. Since we had booked self catering, we can do unfortunately no information about the food at the hotel. The pool is perfectly suitable to swim lanes! The facility is beautiful, quiet and well maintained.

Has most what you would wish. Nice pool and silence during night hours. A small kitchen for three persons for self service but also a restaurant. Could be closer to the beach but we rented bikes to solve that. There is also a bus service.

This hotel was very peaceful and relaxing. The food was great and the multi-lingual staff were very welcoming. The maids always tidied up my room in an impressive manner and the front reception was very very knowledgable.
