Amazing place, even arriving at 2:30am we were greeted and given champagne. Staff are warm and friendly all day everyday. Great pool and jacuzzi. Great garden and places to sunbathe. Bedrooms are large and luxurious with great showers and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic venue with outstanding customer service from an excellent Resort Manager to entertaining food & beverage staff, attentive housekeeping team and amazing spa staff.

It’s not that this is just a luxury hotel in Maspalomas, it’s that is is a luxury hotel with simply the very nicest staff that makes a stay so much more worth while. From that they remember you from before, to that they are always ready with a smile, a genuine one too! And clearly they all love working there and get on with each other well. Thanks to Mario and all the staff for another outstanding stay.

Just an amazing place, so beautiful, so différent than the old sixities hôtels on the island. The service is absolutly Perfect!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Stayed in a suite with private swimming pool. Really made for a perfect break. Good restaurant and great breakfast choices. Nice walk into Meloneras.

The hotel Seven is a must stay if you are interested in good quality accommodation, great staff and a beautiful setting. I stayed at this hotel one week in June (on my own) before my husband came out for the second week together. I/we stayed in one of the villas (the same as the suites in size but with the added benefit of a private pool… a really nice touch! ) the villa was large and well equipped with a gigantic shower and very well equipped bathroom, and comfortable large king size bed and lounge area. I found staying in the villa (alone) a great retreat and a good opportunity to chill out (only partying some nights in the Yumbo — 4 Euro by taxi). The staff distinguished themselves as I am deaf, each were understanding and helpful — in particular David at the restaurant who simply is charming and really a CS asset to the hotel! The ‘wellness’ side of the hotel facilities, in my opinion, would have benefitted from having a steam room (and the sauna could have been both larger and hotter), but hey it’s great nonetheless. Hubby and I have travelled the world on business and pleasure and this hotel adds itself to the top 10 of our ‘will return’ if in Gran Canaria again and they have availability in one of the two villas. Highly recommended! Thank you all!

Had an excellent stay! this place looks like the pictures! It's a friendly resort, both the staff and the other guests. We stayed in a basic room which was a good size and clean, there's a little mini bar fridge. We had dinner here twice (once was for the bbq night) the food was good but there's not a great selection for vegetarians. Luckily the hotel is only a €4/5 taxi (5mins drive, you can walk it in about 25mims also) to the yumbo, which is the town center with lots of shops, bars and resteraunts. It's also €4/5 taxi to the beach. The bar staff will call you a taxi whenever you need it and there's plenty on stand by the beach and by the yumbo to get you back to the hotel. There's also a good Chinese and Lebanese 5/10 mins walk from the hotel which has good veggie options. The breakfast is excellent, you can get a hot breakfast, different variations of eggs with your choice of sides (sausage, bacon, tomato, vegetables, beans) then there is a buffet with meats, cheese, salad and fruit. There is also sweet things like waffles and pancakes. And also cerial. The resort is clothing optional, though only maybe 10/20% of people were nude. The room was cleaned every day but I wish they replaced the towel for the showermat and they also didn't clean the shower basin very well. But other than that the place was well maintained.

We plan to return to this hotel next year as we had such a fun trip. The hotel is an oasis you look forward to returning to after a night out or trip to the beach. The entire complex is very clean and tidy and the staff are all so warm and friendly. Beautiful pool, breakfast and evening cocktails all thoroughly enjoyable. 4euro taxi to beach or yumbo is well worth it to stay at this hotel. Thank you David Jason and Sean.

Amazing atmosphere and service! We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful place. Me and my partner felt relaxed and taken care of. Swimming pool and the gym made our stay one amazing experience. Well done to the staff that made sure you felt comfortable and special! We can’t wait to be back!

I had a great time at seven hotel. Clean rooms, modern area whith a luxury lounge feeling. I didn't even wanted to leave during the whole stay. Best of all is the stuff. Specially Leo and David were the heart of the resort. Don't know how they did it, but they were always friendly and attentively. One more reason to come back again. Thank you a lot for the marvelous time.

Wonderful place, the landscape is perfect, all guys who work there absolutely eccellent and professional, place very quiet, all guest have a lot of space for relax and enjoy the beautiful sun of maspalomas, is totally different from the majority hotel of the island because the host are maximum about 50 and is perfect for enjoy the quiet and relax.
Service clean and breakfast 5 star, the pool big is climate (temperature water perfect for relax and jacuzzi water hot perfect especially in the night)

A true paradise. Very new facilities, spacious rooms, very large pool and a complex of only about 24 rooms in total. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

# CONS:
— apart from the grill night and breakfast, I would suggest to avoid eating a meal there: we were very disappointed by the tapas one night and the chicken breast for one of our lunch.
— sauna not hot enough
— too quiet for me, I would have liked it to be a bit more lively: people hardly talk to each other.
— too far from interesting places by foot (yumbo 25 mins, beach 40 mins), even though taxis are cheap (4/5€ to go to these places).

Place with a minimalist design as far as the rooms and the resort itself, modern and very careful, with a lovely staff and very interested in making you stay very pleasant.

Really wonderful place, secure, secluded and great staff, only one thing was that the kitchen closed late afternoon and didn't open again until eight pm. But still, highly recommended.

Nice little resort … Very quiet with unusual for gran Canaria enough space and enough loungers. Nice atmosphere. Great the sauna and the hot tub. Come back safely. Staff quite nice downside pool very cold, dinner arsely moderate and we had the ugliest terraced outlook ever. On a fence …
The beach is a 30-minute walk away. Taxi 4-5 euros.

Where do I start, where do I stop?
A super modern nice little hotel in Maspalomas. You will be greeted very friendly and familiar at check-in. The room service is not only clean and friendly, but also ensures order in the room. The hotel staff generally leaves nothing to be desired. The friendly and family atmosphere runs through the entire stay at the hotel and you will be farewelled with a small present bein check-out. This is not the last time my friend and I have been on holiday.
And above all, the prices can really be seen ;)

We had a week at the Seven Hotel and had a really nice time. The staff are really polite and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the hotel is a relaxing haven from Maspalomas / Playa. Breakfast is simple but good, and the a la carte lunch menu was also good. My only criticism would be of the evening dinner menu: the options on the menu were odd, and it seemed to be attempting (but not quite managing) to be fine dining, and there was a noticeable lack of fresh vegetables. I'd come back, without a doubt, but I wouldn't recommend going on a half — or full-board basis.

If you can show me a better pace to stay in Masplaomas then please show me. This place is fantastic. New, clean, modern. The staff go way and above here. Really great. The food is delicious, and the breakfast is just fantastic. They even surprised my husband with a bottle of bubbles for his birthday. The paella I had was one of the best i've ever had, and the battered fish and chips on the lunch menu, was one of the best batters on a fish i've tasted. One slight negative is not having an iron on the premises. A bit weird considering, people stuff things in to a suitcase to get here, and would like to iron a shirt :) Anyway. We loved this place and will be back :)

Terrible experience! Over priced, over rated and gross misrepresentation selling rooms with pool views and then giving you a room looking out on a perimeter fence. This place is new and the hotel management haven't got a clue. It is all new, but definitely NOT 4*. There are much better value places in Playa del Inglés. Lots of guests here had been booked out of cheaper hotels in the same group to increase occupancy levels. What a con! Give this one a miss!

4-star hotel surrounded by the golf course of Maspalomas. Great relationship quality price, with junior suite and swimming-pool of hydrotherapy, as well as care and large gardens.

Good hotel in Maspalomas, in an area close to the dunes. Is difficult access, only recommended with car own (is Park free easily in the door), but deserves the penalty because the rooms are casitas private very spacious with TV, area of be with sofa, fridge and bed very large. Is is comfortable with all the needs, and the staff is very friendly and help with all what is les asks. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is a buffet with many options, all of good quality: buns, bread for toasting, cereals, fruit, etc. There is also an area with a chef making pancakes, omelettes and eggs grilled. If you're visiting the southern part of the island and have own car, this hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent complex of bungalows four star in area field of golf.

Went in February 2015. Weather fantastic. Rooms overlooking golf park. Quiet mainly. Excellent maid service. Clean and comfortable. Pleasent walking or free shuttle into maspolamas. A variety of restaurants or eat at hotel. Variety of foods all good. Only gripe Wi-Fi only in lobby. Great holiday and sim to go next February.

This course is pretty easy, no hills, all flat and the greens are also pretty flat. The greens were in good condition. There is only one difficult hole across a lake. Ideal starter course. Enjoy.

When arrived to the hotel, with my sheet of confirmation of booking, I said that not was confirmed and that by causes outside to my, not me could stay there and that called to my agency. There, in reception I had all the afternoon, waiting for that I give a solution. Juani (the receptionist) provided me the number of my agent, but did not do much, since after having spoken by telephone with his superior, told him that the hotel could not do anything. To them 8 of the night and tired of wait in reception with a child of three years, us put serious and ask sheet of claim and there was when the hotel us gave the option of give us a room so could spend the night… would not it could have made before? Knowing that had a baby with us… the try from the hotel, regrettable (except by the receptionist that because was she which us saw desperate, tried to be understandable and facilitate us the phone for call) … While asked in three occasions speak with a responsible, not appeared…
With respect to facilities: are not for a 4 star hotel… I left it in an apartment of 2 keys. Water ice pool and which allegedly was heated, it was not… In the bungalow not had microwave, or many utensils "useful" of kitchen… The food scarce… without variety. The hotel was patched on all sides…
In short, luckily that I spent only one night there, because my vacation had been clouded with facilities and a service that leaves much to be desired. Out four stars!.

Had a Brilliant time in maspalomis in March with my wife. Would certainly visit again.

Nice, very quiet complex, surrounded by a golf course. The service is excellent, the staff very nice and helpful. The equipment conforms to the upscale, country-specific standard.
The plant is preferred by families and some same-sex couples. Here, both British, German, and Spanish make holiday.
The selection at the buffet is sufficient, the food is varied and very good.

5 hours on arrival must wait until apartment finished, then it was not clean and half the equipment is missing. Twice when the rain water in the apartment and no reaction on the part of the management or staff. Otherwise super good ruhg located and maintained. You must but have a car or prices hirfur ok take the buss observe any taxi.
