Hello, I have just returned from a week's rest at this hotel and I must say that the location of the hotel is great food excellent service very nice beyond the nasty incident that slurry. The poolguard barred my five-year-old child from using fins and masks, and his behavior was negative and told us to go home. I reported it at the hotel reception but apparently nothing was done. And apparently the hotel is child friendly.

Good hotel great staff good food.

Just a star because zero NN allows it huge structure and disorganized Reception nn speak Italian restaurant open only one x a structure that includes three hotels waiting an hour x find a table queue x Buffet air conditioning off buffet without choice Pasta and hamburger and frozen pizza chairs with nails that according to personal padding annoyed and for nothing courteous place to forget stay away!

Close to the beach, which is easy and fast to reach. The personal/workers are all friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy. But all in all the food could be better and, most important, the complete resort needs a lot of urgent renovation. Broken things in every area and room.

Food mediocre obliged to eat out while I had taken a whole included, the rooms are poorly maintained the beds are half broken at least in the room we had, the air con did not walk the fan is very noisy and the water from the showers goes from hot in the cold without stopping, the only positive point of this hotel was the pools because there are many and we are not crowded. I do not recommend this hotel. Apart from this very good stay spent in Fuerteventura.

This hotel is a security nightmare and people can easily jump from room to room or up the walls. There r no security guards and not enough cameras and my phone was stolen right next to me in the night while I was asleep. The person could have knocked me out if I were awake. The reception and hotel r well aware of the things being stolen and r doing nothing to get more security. Even the cleaning service is going through drawers looking for things to take or scout. If u don't want ur things to get stolen don't come here but the foods decent.

A hotel to which does not come back.
The hotel is prepared for them English and German, had even workers that not spoke Castilian.
The all inclusive a swindle. The extra that is paid is not worth, take four Cupcakes for itching that are leftovers from the meal, drink in one of the pools only had one coffee machine and four taps with drinks (both the largest machine of coffee as the other part of the time was empty, and they were only from 11:00 till 16:00), so if you wanted to drink something you had that go till the other pool.
The breakfast within them meals it best, enough variety, although the pastry was dry.
The food it worse. Little where choice and little variety during the week. Focused a bit towards those habits foreigners.
Dinner also enough left to be desired, little choice and little variety, although slightly better than the food.
Both the breakfast lunch and dinner, you did not change the tablecloths of the former and you had to sit on the dirty tables.
The day of arrival we said that we gave of eat in the restaurant. Arrived to them two and not was practically food (potatoes fries and salad), when les said to see if us could take something for to eat, his response was that had arrived very afternoon and that were punto de close (the schedule of the restaurant was of 12:30 to 14:30).

Was there recently. Come back. I liked everything. Just great. More sun and wind.

Soon I'm friendly and I think that I will never return. The apartment is a scam, is old and is very worn and aged. Also I think that they consider better English and Germans that their own Spanish and give them the best rooms. However I took a nice remember of them waiters and especially of the personal of dining. You deserve better than this site.

Only I stayed a night, for work. I arrived late to the dinner, but at reception I was informed that I had a cold dinner prepared; nothing special, and not it was especially for my taste, but I still liked the detail.
As for the room, note that it is a hotel old (you have piped music, that works, but now is not that service), but well maintained: spacious room, new furniture (not of very high quality, but good), proper cleaning, comfortable bed… The worst television, old and tiny. Found me the bath especially pleasant and modern.
Breakfast, buffet-style, is not the most comprehensive I've seen but is fine, they have almost everything. Is of type continental. The only thing that I didn't like everything I tried was the coffee.
I can say little more, because I was only one night and did not enjoy the facilities, but my experience has been very positive in this hotel. I would without hesitation.

Everything is perfect. Has always been here and will always come back.

_Canape location that smell the feces of cats

Great place but no good restaurants near the hhotel.

The staff is very courteous and friendly. Food and drink was delicious. The rooms are clean, only the inventory is already very old and in some Places worn. This also applies to the umbrellas at the Pool. From the Hotel one has a fantastic view to the beach. The way to the beach one has done in about 10 min. Unfortunately, there are no sun Beds and umbrellas from the Hotel. This you have to pay extra. For 2 Loungers and a sun screen to come then daily 13, 50 Euro. At 14 days holiday a small sum to do this, then so again. All in all, it is a nice place to let the soul dangle and recharge your battery again fully.

When it comes time to put down a bit of this you can feel, for example, in January compared to absurdistan, aeh Germany, ' like a pig in shit. Maybe you should also consider the personal as a human being. The are simply just the top. What I find sickening, may the plagues with a water ball in the pool. A beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff and great food if you don't expect German food.

It is ok. Room cleaning service it should be improved as well as the facilities (carry all week with a breakdown right next to the room, encharcandose of water in soil and only have tables), vary the food at the buffet and modernize in general.
