Great property with good value for money! /price! We opted for all inclusive because the difference is really relative! Spacious and clean rooms, nice and nice staff! Thanks to Vesi for his availability, always ready to give us a smile.

This review is for the Royal level, nothing else. Great people, great food, top brand drinks and cocktails, such a relaxing hotel. Nothing to much trouble for all the bar and restaurant staff. We loved the alacarte restaurant with a different theme every night, booking as soon as you get there is a must. Booked again for October and cannot wait. Marianne royal level manager is so great and eager to please One of the best holidays we have had, if not the best.

We love this hotel. This is our fourth time. We stay at "Royal Level" for udults only and feel spoiled. Fantastic service. The food is great.

A lovely complex very close to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants. All staff are very helpful and polite. Everywhere is kept very clean and tidy. You can always get a sun-bed by the pool. No matter what time of day you decide to head up there. We have been going up between 11-3 most days and haven’t had an issues. Pool towels available with a €10 refundable deposit. These can be changed a few times too. We have a sea view room and it’s amazing. Rooms are a very good size with a fridge, large balcony and luxurious bath products. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. On a whole a lovely resort for couples and families. Kids club during the day and a mini disco every evening. Live entertainment in 3 different locations every night. Plenty of seating the the main restaurant and several terraces for a few quiet drinks in the evening. Also with plenty of seating available. Also there is a doctor that visits the hotel once a day incase you are unfortunate enough to need one. No need to travel to the hospital. Very reasonably priced too. There is a hotel photographer where you can book a time slot to suit you for a family or couples photo shoot.

The Adults only side of the Hotel is very quiet and has a pretty good buffet. The other side of the hotel I only recommend it if going with kids as it’s like a Jumanji movie (crowded and noisy)

Nice and cozy rooms, 3 pools, gym, great drinks and fantastic! food. Beach circa 800m down the hill. Friendly staff, well organized. Recommended!

I don't recommend it. Cockroaches in the Cold Buffet. We communicated it and a management deputy came with the "loaded shotgun" to negotiate with us, as if we had asked for something. In the end he tells us that we are reimbursed the equivalent of meals and it has been 3 weeks and I have not returned anything. The front desk staff almost all new and didn't know anything. We took the most expensive service and I really regret it. I'm not coming back!

So far do good. Food is plentiful varied and very good. Entertainment for kids great and lots of pool activities. Weather can be chilly in the evening. July is very busy. Do be prepared for some Quing for buffet in evening. Would recommend overall. The views are spectacular especially on a moonlit night of the sea. Would come back for the stress free family holiday. One star missing simply because it's hard to be perfect!

Very nice, clean and well-groomed hotel. Friendly, kind staff and always ready to give you information. The room was more than satisfying and the beach view sublime. A short walk from the center and with an enviable location… it is impossible not to come back and not recommend them.

Lovely an big hotel me and my partner and 3 year-old toddler stoped hear for 10days. Has everything that you could possibly want. I would definitely come back if I was visiting Futaventura again. Food can be a hit and miss but I'm sure there will always be something that you will find to eat. AI Drinks are all good quality and use top brands not cheep alternatives. I recommend the pool party on Thursdays if you have children they will love it. There is also professional photographer name John that is a very friendly guy and our toddler absolutely loved him. All staff were friendly and they do there best for the size of the hotel. Only negative I can see is that it's mainly a German focused hotel. Don't let it put you off it's still worthy of the 4 stars. Room is a little dark but comfortable beds and cleaning was done every day…

Beautiful all around, clean, a lot of space for walking around, beach it's not far from the hotel, food is delicious. Because of high location hotel is not really suitable for people in wheelchair because of downhills and hills in a hotel area. Staff are friendly but mostly everywhere it's a self service you need to find out things by your self… I been visited a lot of hotels but this is a first one where they not really care about special occasions as result on my missis Birthday we don't received any gift at all from the hotel with is a bit of disappointment… Overall I can rate this place for strong 4 stars but not 5 because seems a bit that they care more about quantity than quality.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. There you should definitely enjoy a cold drink on the terrace in the evening with great views over the illuminated pool landscape. In addition, the fishing village of Morro Jable is easily accessible by a beautiful walk on the beach. Between the hotel and the beach is a small "shopping center" where you can stroll and rent bicycles if necessary.
It is also worth noting that Playa de Jandia is a beautiful long sandy beach, as it probably does not exist a second time in Europe.
My conclusion: Definitely repeat needs!

We are in this hotel for the second time. It was the right decision to come back. In our opinion, this hotel offers the best value for money in Jandia. Well-kept hotel complex, clean rooms, tasty food, nice service everywhere. The only shortcoming would be that the dishes at the buffet are unfortunately sometimes only lukewarm if they stand longer. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

I had a great week with my wife and children. Lots of annimations during the day, the team is awesome. The building is OK, very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend it without any problem.

It is a hotelazo, in front of a very long and very beautiful beach. The staff is very attentive and friendly at all times, check-in made us a very nice guy, I think it was German, I do not remember his name, and check-out a super friendly Spanish girl, in the dining room the same, both waiters and cooks, ask who You asked, they were all very kind.

We had half board, breakfast is spectacular just like dinner, lots of variety. For putting a but… I think there is no logical sense when it comes to organizing the living room with food, my example is milk, on the one hand the cold milk, on the other the hot and on the other hand of another type… I do not understand the distribution… And with that the rest of the food, it's just an observation.
For the rest nothing to object, is a place I hope to repeat.

Just very good! The food, choice and quality are very good. The staff are very nice and friendly as well as helpful. Many speak good German. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complex with its many plants and the large pool area flatters the soul. Of course the Meerblich from the balcony for me is the very best… all in all highly recommended.

What many previous speakers have said is true, the staff is very nice and helpful. Due to the many guests who are at the same time in the buffet restaurant, it can be louder when eating… it is best to try to go there outside peak hours. All in all it was a pleasant holiday and the hotel is recommended.

Beautiful grounds with lots of palm trees, cacti and plants. The rooms are large enough and well maintained.
The choice of food is great, the food tastes very good.
What annoyed me a bit is the volume in the dining room. There are a lot of people sitting in a room as we are getting a little louder.

We were several years ago in September and it was very good. The food was very good. It was September e and the pool water was a little cold. The beach that was close by in the lighthouse on Jan Day was much better. We had a great fun. The best thing is to rent a car and take a walk around the island, you will have a great looking for sites.

No longer recommended after line change. The food was lukewarm to cold. Evening program rather poor. Pool good, Annimation well… Music by the pool too noisy and always the same.

Had a really great holiday here, staff were wonderful and always helpful, location was perfect with pools on site and beach a few minutes walk away, room was just what was needed but also had an amazing ocean view for some serious sunsets. Food was good too.

Perfect 4-day stay. This complex gets what many of us are looking for, forget about where we are during those days and just enjoy and relax.
The room that we had was overlooking the beach which made us wake up, the first picture was spectacular. The buffet was pretty good, you had enough options to choose from. As the only "negative" detail that did not have dairy substitutes in the bars outside the buffet.
To emphasize the friendliness and good disposition of all the staff of the hotel, in particular of Rocío, one of the girls of reception, who attended us on two occasions and to the perfection after a mistake produced by the organization of the SPA.
Also, the day we left and after checking-out, they let us stay until the hour we wanted and they offered us a courtesy room to change before the trip back home. These details will definitely repeat the experience.

Well located and with friendly and smiling employees. Triple room with a very used mattress, mosquitoes crushed in the wall, the sheets were not changed in 6 days, 2 of them were missing towels to clean the room. The food was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Hard Breakfast pasta 1 or 2 days ago. Half-board eye that you have credit limit €50 in the room, and you will ask for something and they send you to reception, with the expensive prices that are spent you get to the fast limit. Freezing and unusable swimming pools, little room in the area of animation. At breakfast the cocoa milkshake was bad, I warned and the next day returned the jar in bad condition without anyone checking. Good place with several things to fix face to the visitor.

A holiday accommodation where we were greeted with the best of their smiles. Their facilities are spacious, orderly and clean. In his service of meals have a large buffet with great variety of products. Swimming pools offer a leisurely bath and quiet. In addition if you don't want pool but enjoy the sand of fuerteventura and the sea going down a few meters you have the Beach of the Thicket. I recommend it 100%.

Facilities fantastic (the spa were remodeling), the rooms very good size and properly cleaning. The pools great, restaurant bars and terraces are super spacious, if you want, or you cross with people when we were there was always sunbeds free. THE WORST thing, and why I give the 3 stars is the buffet, which although had some good products and top brands, was missing mind managed, the sheets that burned things, ran some product, and were slow to replenish. Repeated a lot throughout the week. Not the truth is a pity… that the hotel is quite good.

We have loved our vacation at the Occidental Jandia Beach, all the hotel staff very attentive and friendly. The heated swimming pool is perfect and the room also. The buffet is very complete except at the time of the meal that I noticed a few people in the hotel and there was less variety. We wanted to rest and what we have found. Thanks.

Quite cool in winter. In the lobby etc. It pulls mighty. Room and facility Nice. In the restaurant or In front of the restaurant often unnecessary waiting. But quality of food is OK.

Herding cattle is the expression that comes to mind when thinking about this hotel. Everyone was asked to wear a coloured wrist band throughout their stay to identify if they were just b&b, b&d, full board or indeed "Royal". The hotel is large, imposing, cheap, tacky and lacking any finesse. The staff, apart from a few were hostile. The hotels only saving grace was its proximity to the very beautiful and long beach. The old town is where the locals hang out and is very nice. The beach is very beautiful. Find a small intimate hotel further near to this part and you will be in for a pleasant time. This is a place for running bunnies and beach bunnies. The food at the hotel was quantity over quality. The loud music at times reminded me of a 1970s holiday camp. The piano bar was very nice, where the music played was blues and seemed a little more sophisticated. One evening they had a Spanish musician for an hour but that was it!

Had an overall great experience there. Apart from the very noisy restaurant room, we were very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer. Big shout out to David Maria and Daniela from the Barcy kids club, they are very engaged in their job, always smiley and great with the kids! Mini disco was awesome too. I would also say all the employees were helpful and very nice. The hotel is well located, I would advice to rent a car though if you want to explore further away. The beach is huge and BEAUTIFUL.

The room changed 3 times. Very noisy. The staff were very helpful.
In the lobby and in the dining room, dripping water came from the ceiling, and there were collecting vessels everywhere.
The food was unlovingly offered in a much too large hall.
A station hall is much more comfortable. Not recommended!

We have read some negative reviews about this hotel and think that those who have felt comfortable usually leave no feedback. So, we felt comfortable here and felt well cared for. We think that even before booking and arrival you can find out how big the hotel is. For many guests it is possible to offer a larger buffet, however, many guests must also find room and to realize this to the satisfaction is certainly a great challenge for the management. We find that the service staff in the restaurant is very diligent and will perform every day an excellent performance to satisfy everyone. If you want to enjoy a great kitchen, you can also visit a restaurant. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Electric vehicles drive through the system, so that little noise arises. Depending on the location, you can also perceive street noise. If something disturbs you, you can inform the reception and ask for help. The pool is equipped with sufficient beds and if it were a thousand, the "best" two beds would still be a combat object. You should see it more relaxed on holiday. Those who have children can splash around in the warm, shallow pool. If you want to rest, you'll find them too. The animators are friendly and not intrusive.

Wonderful Hotel! Meals delicious with lots of variety and quality with top brands in products. The staff more than attentive and friendly, both in the dining room, reception or cleaning. For affliction would be that you should put a little more lighting on the trail of the rooms (we are in block 8) to the main building. Without a doubt we will return to repeat! Don't change the policy, quality and service that is 10!

Spa to be improved (I'm all stuck). Reception as well but excellent restaurant and very nice structure because taken care of in its gardens by expert gardeners that make the environment suggestive in front of the most beautiful beach of Fuerteventura.

Very good hotel to spend a week of rest… the bedding is good. The francophone staff what is appreciable. Good and varied meals. But they were better still when C was under the brand Barcelo… c is a bit of a pity. But the access to the beach and oustanding shops and easier than at Jandia Mar.
The Jandia playa and bigger and the animations not terrible. But one or the other are good hotels to recommend.

Great hotel, very varied and plentiful food. Activities for children with entertainment, even evening. It is 50m from the beach, within walking distance. Rooms and services at the top.

We returned to this hotel after visiting here the same time last year. We thought it was fantastic then. But oh my has it changed especially the food. What a massive let down. It was that bad in the royal level that we had our meals in the main hotel with the other guests. And on two occasions we went outside hotel to have something to eat. And it wasn't just us. There were plenty of people who thought the same. We wont be going back.

The beds are all wishing for a change of mattress, they are sunk in the center. The catering services a bit chaotic, each service will have to move tables but what is worse is that distinction of grades of coffee and juices. The staff attentive and polite. You will note the passage of time, is very used.

Sorry, not a review but I do not know who to ask these questions we will come on holiday the month of February, we are 4 adults and 4 guys. I wanted to know if there is a volleyball, if you access free to the spa and the heated pool and if the evening there is animation or disco X boys who have over 16 years.

To return. Quality price great and the animation spectacular. Varied menu, attentive service throughout. What's worse, up to a certain point, that it didn't work the Wi-Fi on all the holidays and… much to our regret that is the hotels further away from the activities and excursions.

The staff were fantastic. The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. (Flaking paint, cracked and loose floor tiles, loose and damaged fittings and fixtures). There was only one restaurant available in which the food was distinctly average with not enough day to day variation. Oh yes and the only free heated pool was closed for repairs. We went AI, however there is a strange hotel within a hotel setup. If you are not staying in the 'Royal Level' you only have access to two free pools and the kids puddle. All other restaurants, bars and pools are off limits other than the snack bar. We feel a bit dissapointed to be honest. The beach is fantastic though.

I went on Holiday with my daughter of 1 year, hotel very comfortable to go with it, exceptional staff, excellent treatment, no hits, all the needs that we had not had sticks, and they were very fast and efficient. I recommend it 100%

Hotel in good conditions, with a view to the beach, heated pool which was appreciated, great buffet, although not much variety, staff very nice and attentive, rooms spacious, beds a little soft for tastes, lack of variety of environment, animation low, compared with other hotels in the area. Great hotel. 3 swimming pools including 1 heated. Bar Open until 11:30 pm. Restoration at the top. Very quiet, too quiet for young people who want to party. On the other hand if you want to discuss with your neighbors of table, do activities, talk to the bartender: it is necessary to speak German: 90% of German holidaymakers.

We are very satisfied. 3 adults in a double room, also the 3rd bed is good, a bit harder than the other beds, but I like that better. The room is clean and large enough. The food we found very good. There is sometimes something that you don't like, but that's why there's a buffet to choose from. We always found something delicious. The location of the hotel we found great, quiet, close to the beach and ample parking on the street behind. Gladly again.

The beach is about 15 minutes away but very nice and above all wide.

Great place! You eat very well. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Siaggia and the ture is large but well maintained. It has 3 swimming pools one more beautiful than the other and the animation never fails, very good animators both for adults and children, only flaws the cleanliness of the rooms has not always been impeccable. Otherwise it's a place I recommend.

The experience has been great. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It's clear that they care about the customers and even appear to enjoy their jobs. The rooms and facilities have been great and kept in almost perfect condition and the cleaning service has been second to none. We only stayed half-board so only ate during breakfast and once at the snack bar. The variety of food was great, there was plenty to choose from. I've seen reviews from other people complaining about the food but this is the standard you would expect at any 4* hotel. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay here and if we were to come back to Jandia, we'd stay here again.

Me and my husband are just waiting for our coach back to airport. What can I say we have had a really great week here. I was so worried before after reading some of the reviews. Very unfounded great hotel great staff great food. The rooms are clean and we were in block 1 so quite near to hotel but even the farthest away are not to difficult to get to and from hotel. The staff will take and collect you and your luggage anyway. Loved the walk into Jandia either along beach or by road. There are a few shops under hotel beach side very good as a spar is open quite a long time daily. So if you are coming here you will have a great time we did. The hotel really spoilt us on our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday. So thank you for a great holiday. Oh yes look out for the chipmunks!

I left your hotel in tears because of the discrimination shown by one individual at the reception. First day I spoke with him and asked him a question about the parking space as we rented a car. He told me that it cost 3 EUR per day. Confused, I told him that I think I saw on your website that the parking is free. I must have seen that at a different hotel and made a mistake. With a sarcastic tone he said "Really? Well, let's check on the website". I was a bit confused by his tone, and I said "don't worry, I'm sure you know better than me, I must have made a confusion. Have a good day". I thought he had a bad day and ignored his attitude towards me. In the last day of my stay, my luggage was taken out of my room at 8AM and when I went at the reception to check out, around 11, my luggage was left in front of the reception. After letting Andy know, no one apologised or tried to do something about it. He called the bellboy and told him to get the luggage. He said that my luggage will be in the luggage room. I had an accommodation room booked at 15:45 and at 15:35 I came to the reception to get my towels deposit back and to go to the room to take a shower before leaving to the airport. I gave Andy the 2 cards me and my husband got and he asked me for the invoice. I told him that I'm not sure if I received anything except these cards and lifting his hands in the air with a superior tone he told me "Everyone gets the invoice except you. I'll check in the system. ".

It looks nice, but is pretty basic. No evening entertainment, food is mediocre and dry. There is pretty much nothing to do there. I'd give it a 3 star at absolute most.

Absolutely brilliant stay in the adults only section, food was amazing, staff could not do enough for you, I helped pass them some finished with dinner plates, and I was told "no no sir you relax that's my job" the staff were very polite and friendly, they couldn't do enough for you, the minute you finished your drink the glass was taken and you were offered a new drink.

Very nice and quiet. Little fun for young people and international food and not Italian although very good. Clean and well ordered rooms.

Cleanliness of the rooms great, very spacious for other. The international cuisine mainly for English Germans etc… but also for an Italian I estimate good and varied. I recommend the Barcelo + both for the Sea view and the additional services, including breakfast in the reserved area and table service.

Mass clearance! Were now 7 days in Jandia, the Barcelo Jandia Playa. Have All Inclusive booked unfortunately. Saturday evening arrived in the Hotel, according to the demand, whether we make an Upgrade on our room since it was a birthday trip, we were told it was fully booked and would not be possible, then in order for us. The room in Block 2 was in order! Once there, we were hungry and went to dinner. Volume such as in a station hall, then out on the terrace and was a 4 he table of the only set of the free, the waiter noticed that we are "new guests" to the table and it took a good 20 minutes until the table is cleared and new was covers. As we had to fight through the dining room full of hungry hotel guests, we have succeeded in what to get to eat. If you can call it food… It was cold, the rice would at least be able to still cook for 10 min and the rolls were rock hard, so had finished the food pretty quickly. The Breakfast was the best meal in the Hotel. It was always very chaotic at Breakfast, the staff totally overwhelmed, the tables are dirty, the Cutlery and the glasses are often dirty. The hotel guests have even cleared tables and new covers. The same lunch as the dinner gets cold! The snack bar was in terms of the cleanliness of the next disaster, tables are wiped at all, on the inside in the indoor area is also very dirty. The food has done a complete for us, then went 5 days in a row of eating outside.

Been to Barcelo 3 times before in another part of the island and it was great but this hotel not great breakfast and evening meal never no tables all have dirty dishes on so if you want one you have to clear it staff are running around doing there best but not many of them. Food the same every day and most is cold last time we will come here.

After years in 5 * Hotels un of Turkey, I can say: a lot is better here!

We were very beautifully situated resort 2011 here. We well liked, the food was always appealing and grievances were promptly removed. Not to recommend this resort on a mountainous terrain for disabled travellers. The beach is easily accessible, is sandy and very wide. In November here, we were always top weather. The town of Morro Jable is just a few walking kilometres. A beach holiday in Fuerteventura is always recommended.

Very good reception and the restaurant very rich. Everything perfect.

5-star and by that I can not put more, a great place to spend a holiday in this super hotel risorta with all the convenience of the world and the best treatment that we are never received by staff from cleaners waiters receptionists and animators a luxury within reach of anyone with lots of variety and quality in gastronomy. Great location beside the beach of fine sand, buffet quality, beautiful rooms large pool. Big noisy structure for meals. Excellent value for money.

We were August 2015 there due to a parent booking error of the actual hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate us as well even with more services than we previously had booked. The rooms were clean. I would prefer a room with sea views at this hotel on the first 2 hotel facilities — it was just gorgeous. The food was really tasty beginning and something new for US Germans but after 4 days tasted about the same. More variety and especially would not be bad to some dishes more PEP. Can I just say as a good cook…
The pools were clean and we were pleased also with the cocktail bar. However, prepared cocktails would be a treat fresh and not ready mixed… in the long term, they were too sweet and heavily intoxicated with alcohol. A classic we found the snack bar where 5 different ice drinks there self-service Café and ice cream. But especially the homemade burgers were awesome so as a whole we were satisfied but above is it expandable that it becomes the top hotel. Our review please seriously we take ordinary Bavarian people here making holidays 1 and have made any claims to high… We're not picky about the food here. Because the airy warm climate I'd fly again on the Canary Islands and for children it's all times nicer than Italy or malls!

Everything about this hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and trying, but it can spoil Schonmal mood one, if the food at an all-inclusive Hotel sucks.

Not for singles or nightclub/bar/nightlife people… food and hotel is amazing tho.

We spent a week. The perfect hotel, the temperature of the zone perfect, always ran breeze, so unbeatable.

At the beginning we had a problem with the mattress but fixed. We also think that the Wi-Fi was paid, but then it was not. By the time everything fairly well, although the time of the vials ends very soon.

Trato agradable. Habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Ubicación inmejorable con una playa muy extensa muy cerca.

Greetings Special Activities Team (Santo Domingo :) ) and to Carlos Brea Restaurant pa only say some Charactères. The Hotel in good Conditions, the Food variety and Quality super, the Area, the Atmosphere all good and although the Hotel was full the Service is always fast and with a Smile … I read many Comments before and if there are things that it can be advanced but they are so small that it is not bale's Worth to write it down-

Hotel was in good Conditions, Food and Beverage very high Quallity Air and Ambition super and while the Hotel was nearly fully booked every Service was quick and with a smile… Yes there is some minor space for Improvement but there is no reason to write them down

Very nice hotel, short walk to Beach, food and Service for half-Board is good.

Rather a 3 star hotel. Very very very little of almost everything. Better get another.

Very clean and well maintained, abundant food and great evening entertainment. Disadvantage it is around 1 hour by bus from airport.

A very good vacation, with my brother, my mother, and especially my daughter viki.

TAKE CARE! FOOD POISONING! We have just come back from a stay at this hotel. It WAS enjoyable the first week. The second week got so busy the chefs could not keep up with cooking and were producing undercooked meat. I had undercooked pork, turkey and chicken on numerous occasions which I luckily noticed before eating. My Husband was not so lucky and ate chicken that was still raw in the centre, but realised too late. He suffered with food poisoning symptoms for last 2 days of holiday and had an awful flight home. We got home and after tests found out he had severe salmonella poisoning. He has been off work for 2 weeks now severely ill taking antibiotics. Hopefully he will be well enough to go back to work soon. This holiday has cost us a lot of money as he is unpaid when ill. Please if you go to this hotel check the meat is cooked.

Stay away!
From excellent quality (where 2 * and not 1! ) to mediocre.
Restoration has become infected.
"All inclusive" basis essentially of pork. Cockroaches on the walls of the restaurant (see Photos taken and published on Tripadvisor).
Children: are not welcome (the Cerberus at the indoor pool will fire you if you come with your children. Allowed only 1 in the morning and 1 hour the afternoon! ).
You are warned ;-).

The place in which it is located is a true paradise. Regarding the hotel facilities and customer service are excellent, but I have been very disappointed with the food buffet, very battle and in any case it is at the height of the price you are paying. The restaurant with Canarian food if I recommend it instead.

I came recommended and I'm satisfied. The Jandia Playa is one of many resorts in Fuerteventura, an island to enjoy its beaches and its beaches. No more. So if you want a few days off, this hotel will meet your expectations. The buffet is pretty good, and the all inclusive is worthwhile if you get any offer from through. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pools are spectacular.

Super service 1000%. Very nice staff. Exquisite treatment. Again and again if I get the same room again. Food looks like an excellent 5 star menu. Everything fresh. Plenty of fish. Everything fresh. -Loading road to 80% closed and empty! It is advertised but still. Very poor real — rooms in need of renovation. (Plaster falls from the walls, ceiling iss wet;) Tilers work daily 8 hours directly to the pool. Impossible! many small construction sites on the complete system not ceased even despite complaints from travel management) — large all over a huge entäuschung for 938, — € per person. 4 star. Never! Barceló Jandia Playa. Never.

Location is good only to those playasque are ten, are not so far and the slopes are avoided some with lift. Room cleaning is good furniture need an urgent arrangement, in the streets and gardens between blocks can be put more attention because there are ashtrays and glasses. The personal esamable the same dining room on bars more them than them, the animation is a bit repititiva, but gets along well. Food is abundant but of low quality, there was one dreadful day, the drink at breakfast and second marks are not wine nor beer faucets operating bone fried eggs with Bacon with juice, water or colasNO LO I've seen at any HOTEL and I have been in enough with my 58 years you go to bed, the information also leaves something to be desired as premium not you it ofrecenadie although somewhat more expensive there are lot more quality spa poor and without towels the first day at ten were not already and do not ask for bathrobe well you take by extrarrestre anyway good but could be improved.

Tilers have very much work! otherwise we were hopefully satisfied, are only the beach bathing gone and there saw that are exactly like in the plant! to take 12 euros for this crap is outrageous. But the water is SUPER unique.

We have just returned from the ten day break at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, but the air conditioning was not so good, but each room has a ceiling fan, which was a gift of from heaven. This hotel is a good 15 min walking to the Centre were, everything and it is also set to climb up a steep hill with many levels. The pool area were kept clean. We had GOOS on a table and cutlery at breakfast in the morning which was Michele, but say that they are many possibilities for everyone's taste were a little bland. Caution If you plan to arrive after 09.30 for breakfast there are none to be Founf croissants everywhere. The entertainment was OK and the animation team were very friendly, but UI thought the good shows were a bit let down for 4-star hotel. It is a good 10 minute walk to get to the beach and then you have to walk through a pool of water actually the beach to reach, that we didn't like, because you could not see where you're going.
