We’ve just arrived back from a fantastic week away after being worried about reviews. Great little complex, apartments clean but dated. I’m on the understanding they are going to be renovated this year. Food was ok, some nights great others not so much but food is plenty. Nothing was too much trouble, new towels, room cleaning, cleaners around the complex all the time. Especially for the kids. We met some great people which makes it all the better. Entertainment, mickey and ada are just a breathe of fresh air, so good with the kids. They really made it for our kids. Plenty of pool space, lots of different pools. Never needed to look far for a sun bed. We will definitely be back next year.

We came with 19 of all ages and we didn't know what to expect. The hotel is clean (a little dated) but they are renovating soon. I honestly wouldn't change a thing the hotel is clean, the food in the restaurant 8/10 is great the all inclusive is all inclusive no nonsense about paying extra for spirits at the bar. The staff are very helpful and very upbeat. Where they excel though is the entertainment. Mickey and Ana are fantastic, they are great with all age groups we had kids from the age of 3 up to, 18 with us and they all loved the entertainment they had great mini games to keep the kids entertained. The adults too! Mickey is so charasmatic he makes you laugh and is a proper showman, a born entertainer. If your sat around the pool you will hear his famous AUUUUUUUUEWHHHHAAA he will read out the entertainment for the day and come around with games and laughs to try and get people involved. Get involved! The games are fun you win silly prizes or (alcohol) and you get what you put in. Your there to have fun and with Mickey and Ana you will! The shows they put on at night are great. I wish they had a bigger budget because they could do so much more! We were there for a week and honestly Mickey and Ana by the end of the week were part of the crew.

When we arrived we was greeted by a friendly office manager at reception who was very helpful and great banter. The bungalow it’s self is very basic and does require a lot of work however with us only sleeping in it we didn’t find it an issue at all. The cleaning service they came every other day with fresh towels and cleaned where they can. They were also very polite and friendly. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sun lounges and we had a great time, the pool was very clean. S. O. S person always at hand if needed. The pool bar again the staff were very friendly and professional and great service. They had entertainment for the kids every few hours for the kids who loved it. The evening entertainment wasn’t for us unfortunately but that was just us. The all inclusive restaurant we didn’t have an issue the breakfast they have everything you would have at home, lunch and dinner they had some meat, fish and basic food for the kids but for us we managed and had no issues at all, again the staff very friendly and professional. Shops on site for anything you may need, bars and other restaurants on site as well if you require. All in all we was very happy with our stay and would recommend here. If your looking to stay in your apartment for long periods of time then this will not be for you due to how basic it is and how much work it needs. Plenty to do and explore as well.

Great value! Great selection of food between the restaurant and snack service! Great staff, clean and great location. Would be amazing if one pool was heated 😂 as it is a little chilly in the pools.

The bungalows need reform, the food needs a change of variety, very repetitive, the best the staff, always attentive, Maria a very hardworking and attentive charm, as I have to set up a business I take it, Santi a great, Javier thanks for your recommendations, and the rest of employees cooks, reception, cleaners a 10, it is our first year and it is as if we had come all our lives, we will return when the ants have eaten everything and reformed, then it will be an ideal place. We have left ourselves to the metre, lifeguard, security … By the way, comfortable beds, is something that I value a lot for my back pain.

Stay Away…. Arrived here yesterday, just awful…. Honestly never seen anything like it, Apartment in Block C riddled with ants, childs splash park dangerous, all the surface is broken. Staff so rude, travelled as a family of 8 which included my father who is disabled (wheelchair user) & my children age 6 & 15 weeks old. Staff soooo rude when we raised our concerns (my mum had fell cut her knee open and hurt all shoulder trying to get my father around) and told “sorry not our problem as not everyone is disabled! ” (Disgusting) Had an absolute horrendous day after travelling since 2am…Didn’t unpack arrived at 11am checked into an amazing hotel Broncemar Beach Suites at 4pm. Can’t believe people return here year after year 😢

Currently at labranda caleta dorada, the aparthotel are good, all inclusive for meals nothing to say frankly there is a choice whether at breakfast or meal the choice between 3 starters several dishes of fish, either in sauce or grilled as well as meat dishes either grilled or in sauce, pizza pasta fries vegetables etc. It would have to be difficult. On the other hand well the all inclusive drinks as in all the clubs not top.

Bein here a week already cockroaches in bed room witnessed a robbery police came feel unsafe at night can’t sleep no security at night anyone can walk off the street into hotel food not good repetitive would not stop here again love the island thou.

Have to say love this place staff are lovely food and drink is plentyful. Animated staff are great with the kids we only back since last sunday kids had a ball. We will be coming back again really soon. Had no problems what so ever rooms are clean. Cleaners in every second day to clean and change towels. Sharon from ireland.

Everything about Caleta Dorada is excellent. In particular, the staff are so friendly and helpful, they help to make your holiday a fantastic experience. Thank you all.

The villas are nice, clean and quite big but the villa we had had a strange lay out, all the rooms including the bathroom and kitchen had no way of going from each room without going outside along the terrace, so if you needed to use the bathroom in the night you had to unlock the bedroom door and walk outside to get to the bathroom which did not suit our family The pool area and terrace where nice and big and was great having your own pool which was quite big and clean so over all the price paid for the villa was okayWe stayed here all inclusive so here comes the not so good part, this villa is on a massive complex there are apartments and room's to many to count and with most people staying all inclusive the restaurant is to small, if your not at the restaurant early for breakfast or dinner you will be queuing to get in, food was okay but don't think the restaurant cooking staff know how to manage the food. Thay couldn't cope with demand and with in 5 minutes of opening food was running out and you would have to wait for more so for this I would only give 1 star for the all inclusive part The area the complex is in looks very run down and needs money spent to bring it back to life, it's a 10 minute walk to town, not many shops but lots of bars and restaurants So if you're thinking of going here remember that you get what you pay for!

Having returned home to arctic conditions yesterday (24/8/18), well seems like it after the incredible weather we had last week in Fuerteventura. Anyway the Caleta Dorado, where to start? The Bungalow : Our was was more than comfortable, living room, bedroom and bathroom and even a back door to a small yard with a clothes horse, the only complaint is when having a shower, standing in the smallest bath ever made, the shower curtain was so old and tattered it flooded the bathroom, fortunately after mopping up all the water the towels dried in record time on the clothes horse in the yard as it was that hot. The resort has only recently gone all inclusive from self catering, there is a fridge/microwave and cooker in the room but you have to rent everything else, kettle/fan (no aircon) etc. The only Wi-Fi is available in the reception I didn't see any option to pay to Wi-Fi in your bungalow. Restaurant : The restaurant is completely inadequate for the amount of people at the complex, breakfast is 7.30 to 10.30, the food is good, a lady cooks pancakes on the hotplate that are nice but a long Que as they are cooked and served fresh, only 1 toaster for the whole restaurant and you have to put the bread through 5 or 6 times, another Que, its a similar story for lunch (1.00 to 3.00) and dinner (6.00 to 10.00) The food is good but avoid popular times or you could have a 30 minute wait just to get in. The Pool : There are 3 pools, 2 with bars, 1 of the pool bars closes at 5.

'Costa del la dog Kennel' If I could give this place negative stars I most definitely would. Arrived at this 'hotel' at 21.00 on Saturday with 2 young children only to find a 40 minute wait at reception as there was a dispute going on about another geusts accomodation. No drinks available no water or cups at Luke warm tap water dispenser. Every pane of glass in reception is smashed and has clear tape holding it together. There was a very jagged sharp edge on the glass door waiting to sever someone leg open. So… off to the accomodation… we arrived to find grim looking door and windows barely held in place with bits of folded up card board. I then rapidly realise there is no bed for me to sleep on. Two single beds in main room and a sofa bed with no pull out 'pop up' bed underneath it! So not enough sleeping area for 4 people. Off I pop to reception where I was greeted by a maintenance man and a receptionist I explain situation to which the maintenance man laughed said he was busy and walked off… the receptionist handed me a sheet and no pillow and said it would be sorted on Monday… MONDAY! two nights with no bed! Really. On to the restaurant in the morning… I can honestly say that I'm not a fussy eater and neither is anyone in my party… but the appalling excuse of disgraceful food they serve there is nothing short of revolting. I'm sure they go to all other all inclusive resorts and collect the plate scrappings to serve here.

As a family we have been going here since 2014. Several times per year including Christmas time which is fantastic.
We always have a great time here and the staff cater for your every need.
The pool area is great for adults and kids, although at times it can be a little cooler, get in and splash around, you soon warm up. The bar snacks are the best in the area and freshly made on request.
The drinks are good, although at times it is two glasses per person (how much can one person drink) I have witnessed people complaining about this, and the same people sitting with so many empty glasses on their table and at the sun loungers. The staff work hard to keep you watered so go easy on them and put your empties in the bin or back to the bar.
Yes the furniture and beds are a bit dated however, we don’t go on holiday to sit in a room all the time, the room is for sleeping and getting ready for your day/evening.
House keeping is good and attention to detail is exceptional.
Yes there are many people who slate this place, I have seen so many negative comments regarding food etc. If you want 5 star then go somewhere else.
Regarding the restaurant areas, people are so ignorant and impatient when it comes to selecting food and seating.
Take your time, chill out and you will get fed and watered.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accomodation was spacious clean and a lot bigger than we had thought. All amenities are nearby the bars are good value and the supermarket convenient. A 15minute downhill walk to the main marina where the children loved feeding the fish and swimming with sea lions. It was only 3.50 euro for a minibus back up to the apartment. We will certainly be back something for all the family and very reasonable. Steve.

The village is located about 15 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The complex offers basic things that should have a resort, but don't expect anything exceptional. You notice that much of the village has its age and that it would be restored.
One point in favor is the room which is really very wide, you can almost define a small apartment! It is quite clean and comfortable while the mattress is hard and uncomfortable.
For those who have children will have the various services such as swimming pool to suit them or the baby dance.
Many services that are normally included for free, here are chargeable, such as the safe or the TV, while I find it a pity that the Wi-Fi functions only in the reception area.
The restaurant, buffet with international dishes, has an average quality. Some dishes are really good (oddly also pizza), other plates are nothing fancy.
Probably the only 5 star point is the front desk. Overall the resort has good value for money.

Very old hotel (see photo attached not counting the multitude of holes in the tile in the living room then in the whole bathroom), catering accommodating 312 people so if you arrive too late you made the queue. Airplane every 15 minutes, all inclusive mediocre (meal transform the next day in salad or soup, …), no breakfast when you leave early in the morning and if you arrive late no meal served. We have children of 3 and 5 years all this located at the top pool it is a course of the fighter to access it. Not to mention to go back downtown. No information in French. And in addition to that our 3 year old child and fall into the pool, the lifeguard was in FaceTime chatting with his girlfriend it was my wife who rescued our son. And behind it came to yell at us by telling us that the pool its forbidden at least 6 years.
The PHOTOS date from some years (see even from the opening) because there is no parasol the deckchairs are well damaged and some elements on the photos exist more.

Staff very friendly and helpful, old furniture, food, little variety, mediocre, the apartments are cleaned and collected towels every two days, pay-TV, even national channels, only open the 1 and 24 hours, overall quality very poor, facilities are good but old.

Life guard not even watching and didn't intervene when a child was bleeding from the mouth. He was too busy kissing his girlfriend. Rooms are falling apart and are unhygienic. Queues to get in the eating area not ideal for small children. Never again.

Very happy with my stay. I do not understand the negative opinions that I have read. Very good value for money d as much as I bought the stay with private sales.

Checking in wasn't until 2pm so waiting around for 2.5hours in the sun isn't good, as for the entertainment was a joke no English music they just catered for the Europeans. The food was plentiful and no upset stomachs in the 10 days we was there. Not much to do on the complex, the villa we had was basic we had to hire out a kettle. But all in all it was a good holiday.

Not bad. The complex is a little tired. Epartments small but typical of a budget complex. Rooms are clean. All inclusive food very good. Overall ok but unlikely to go back.

This Village is close to the Fuerteventura Golf Club… With swimming pool.!

We visited this place with a group of friends. The place is very nice and quiet, the villas are very large and with pools. There are many restaurants around and the beach is only a 10-minute walk (approximately).

Gorgeous place, villas are gorgeous, accommodation otherwise is basic but still a fab place for families. Lots of food choices at this resort. Would absolutely recommend. Cheap, cheerful place in the sun.

The hotel is very good. The food is very good, the animation is perhaps not appropriate to the tastes of Spanish, rather for foreigners, but in general very well. To be in a montecito, has very beautiful views, but is a little bit away from the beach (approximately 15 minutes by foot)

Clean, friendly, good food, pools lovely, very windy though, but it is March so probably better during the summer months :) fab holiday!

Located below an air corridor with very noisy low-altitude planes, where you can still discover great lunar landscapes.

March 2018 last minute bargain great place good staff good family place great food and drinks. Reading some reviews from past holiday makers had me worried but it's a case of what some people want you can't please some people 4 pools and water park area kids pools local supermarket and 10 minute walk to beach fabulous holiday.

The rooms were clean and tidy, apart from some idiots had punched one of the doors and left an impression on the door but hadn’t made a hole so no big deal… the staff everywhere on site was brilliant friendly and can’t do enough for you, the shops on site especially the bike hire shop at the front run by husband and wife was so helpful and tried as hard as they could to speak English rather than us try to speak Spanish they were really a lovely couple, we went all inclusive and if you have kids it’s worth considering as they have all the drinks, ice cream and snacks available to them whenever the main restaurant is not open for your meals. The main restaurant was well staffed and he’d lots of different food available for you to choose from but be fare to them they can’t predict what everyone will like to eat so occasionally you may have to settle for such as fish n chips rather than a nice big steak dinner or something special but the always have something for everyone… brilliant place to go. I went scuba diving there and again your met by the same kinda wonderful people who are welcoming and friendly, the dive sites were amazing and well priced, I found the restaurants off site to be great but a little more expensive than I would prefer but I gotta say the food was lovely all the same… would I go again?

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent.
The dining room and the recreation area and dance a little far away but the resort is very large.

Not very good had to change bungalows now got no electricity can't have shower no TV which we have paid for bad security staff very friendly and helpful.

It's the second time I've been to the same village. I am well xche a five minute walk I go to the beach and I have everything at your fingertips: supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. It is a beautiful island and in 20 minutes you go to the volcanic island of Lanzarote. Too bad there is a lot of wind! Gasoline costs 90 cents per litre: the medicines cost less than in Italy and taxes are at 6%. Good trip to all!

Very clean and spacious Bungalow with beautiful views to the sea.
The food in the all inclusive very rich and varied.
Well connected by bus to the capital Puerto del Rosario. The buses are frequent.

The four stars of the aforementioned hotel has no value or a star The hotel is Malisimo everywhere you look at the restaurant is a cantina.

I stayed at this resort from 4th to 11th December along with my girlfriend.
The room was 5 a, dated and poorly cleaned, full of cockroaches that revoled, as a result of the complaints was made a small disinfestation, not enough.
After one day I had to buy a cockroach foam, we slept with the light on, crazy.
The restaurant is not the greatest as cleanliness but it is definitely the least as quality of the products served (I'm not talking about the taste that can be subjective).
The bar at the main pool serves snacks during the day, starting with toast, despite requests in "Spanish" language we were not cooked more than 1 minute. The raw hotdogs, you can not serve because they are dangerous to health, but here it seems it does not matter anything, just serve them all quickly. It would suffice to cook a dozen x time and not 1 x time…
Good fries, always good and fresh beer, polite waiters.
The reception staff is professional, polite and attentive to every need, available to give information of all kinds, worthy of high-level villages.
The price must be low for the few services, not for so many services done badly…
The cleanliness should never miss even if the stay is free!

We had a reservation here made 8 months in advance and when we arrived we were tried to switch to a very low quality nearby apartments.
Finally the agency solved the problem and we ended up staying in a superior hotel. The attendant did not want to face it at any time and we lost a day of vacation with suitcases on the street and without eating.

Good facilities, spacious apartments, plenty of food, but better.

Poor cleanliness, numerous cockroaches in the rooms, low quality food, little place to sit, so you spend hours to turn to look for a free table… snack bar Shameful.

Excellent villa with all amenities. Jaccuzy, billiards, pool, barbecue. Very good reception of the club team.

Excellent location, under my point D view, very nice and/or friendly treatment… Really, traveling with Imserso and the advantages Q gave us (all included). Q I think you can not ask for more, in relation, quantity/quality/price.

Who loves the entry lane from the airport, those who love panic with children's scream in the dining room (restaurant! ), who like their evening drinks wine etc. In the plastic cup likes (but not always very often! ) – it is really well catered for here.

Never again. Bungalow abused, dining room a canteen. You have to look for your cutlery and crockery together. The hot dishes were always cold. In the evening, drinks in plastic cups. Real-cultural.

You can't moan about everything. This is a lovely villa. Has its own pool table downstairs, own pool and Jacuzzi. We love it. Everyone is friendly. Shops are just a little walk across the road. Great for kids.

Great Hotel, very nice staff, dedicated, and smiling ready to do you a favor. Varied and very good food. Everything is very clean.

Great place for a family holiday rooms are adequate and kept clean with regular maid service food in restaurant is of decent quality but not always a choice for everyone and can get really crowded. Pool areas are clean with plenty sunbeds and a good range of facilities. Evening entertainment is available and bar service is good.

Horrible! To flee absolutely! And yet we are not difficult people!
I would never recommend this hotel! We came a week in October with my spouse.
I don't see any positive points at this hotel, on the contrary, that of the negative, from beginning to end: — The food of the restaurant is inedible (chemical taste, cleanliness more than dubious, always the same, no jug of water therefore obliged to go to use the glass in Chaq EU times, tablecloths never changed, frequently there are no more cutlery available, rubbish bins lying around, ventilation too strong to get sick…), we had to end up eating at the ´ outside the hotel while we had a formula all Inclusive, so we were disgusted by this "«Restaurant»»»» — The bungalow: a horror! The flush did not work the week (forced to improvise oneself by emptying water containers…), the bathtub is rusty, the odors are nauseating (sewers), the cleaning is never done, barely out of the shower the feet are already all Black So the soil is dirty (only the towels are changed and the bed is redone, without the sheets being changed), in the kitchen there is nothing (not even a knife… Then we wonder what the kitchen is for? ), no air conditioning (forced to open the windows to sleep, and we found a stray cat inside our bungalow! ), the bed is a catastrophe as it was broken so forced to sleep two on one bed one place, no shutters but curtains Yellows that let in the light as early as 6:00 a. M.

Lovely apartments food nice good choice had to b up early if u want a chair by the pool all gone by 8 in the morning quiet compact in noisy at nite if u get an apartment around pool as this is where entertainment is ask for sea view for quieter room are was lovely … not very good if u don't like walking n hills as a bit of a walk into town uphill Comin back.

Kitchen more than average always the same things… by entering a trolley with waste for reception.! On the other hand the staff did a good job. Exterior pavements Resto sales.

The Hotel is close to the shops and a small train that takes you to the centre or to the port for 2 euros.
3 swimming pools, 800 meters from the beach. Employees to the small care for their clients. Spacious rooms which necessiteraient however a refurbishment!

Basic but clean, bedding and towels changed every 2nd day, food not great but a good selection. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. All in all not bad for the price.

Food is ok the accomodations are very outdated and tatty.

This hotel was the a nightmare nothing looks like it appears on their advert. We arrived and we were allocated villa c52 which smelt like sewers, drainage problems I believe so I went to complain they sent a plumber round smelt ok for a while went out to the pool side after we got back at night the sewage smell got stronger went to reception to demand that we be moved and that I wasn't going to sleep in that smell. So we moved to B35 at 9pm at night extremely exhausted on the date of arrival. Next day opened the tap the water coming from the basin was brown could not let my child clean their teeth with that also the bathtub was brown had brown stains (I have pictures) again went to complain with a glass of the brown water (I have a picture wish I could upload) at reception kicked up a fuss before finally the manger went to check the new apartment we moved into B22. The experience was just shocking, do not book this hotel as you will be living the nightmare not dream: — (

Terrible hotel. And nothing like described on adverts, terrible Wi-Fi only available in the reception and not in "all rooms" as advertised, nothing is provided for the room everything needs to be paid such as iron, fan, safety box, TV and all of this doesn't come in a cheap price either 30quid each depending how long you stay, 5 euros/day for tv, terrible terrible terrible rooms badly treated and honestly my shed is nicer than the rooms, very racial profiling as only polish kids have access to activities. Terrible experience. Manager is useless and unable to help in any shape of form when needed. 0star.

Nice place with friendly staff especially the girls on reception. Has a holiday village feel. The food hall needs to be bigger to avoid people waiting for tables.

Nice hotel but too bad no air conditioning dàns the rooms, pay-TV … except 1chaine info! Not much explanation for the possibilities of rides and buses without providers that are still expensive! Otherwise view and location very nice hotel.

Nice break weather beautiful. Bungalows a bit dated and air con and Wi-Fi would really have improved our stay.

Trip made in 2014 and we were delighted! Good reception (they speak French), a very good and varied restoration. The bungalows were clean with a nice terrace. Great location Free car seats in front of the hotel.

Not long been bk. Was here for 1week with my family had a really good time but not a lot to do at times. No kids club. There are somethings for kids to do in the day but does last for long. Not much of an enteraiment on the night same songs every night for kids. Got bit boring at times. Especially with karaoke on the first 2 night's we got there. Then singer's twice of the other nights. 1 night of DRAG lol funny night. The place is massive to walk round. Good was ok but mostly the same everyday. Staff were amazing there.
