The room is good, our room did not have a view but it met, the bathroom was OK but could be better. The location is very good.

Practical and functional Hotel in the centre of Cáceres. Ideal to rest after visiting this beautiful city.

The Truth all right until the time of departure that after 4 H of the departure we have called a girl saying there were scratches on the door that we had to pay when we just went to sleep. The Truth that neither we look at the door I am waiting for the call of the manager to give my complaint on the subject and the bad behavior of its employee which we treated to fatal.
If I do some sort of smash in some room or whatever my morals would be the first to pay the damages but since we have done absolutely nothing I'm still in my position.
I have Not seen those scratches but as I say they are up to a child, and if my 5 year old son was going and we have only been Saturday night and Sunday night, just one day to explore that wonderful city, just the time in the hotel to sleep.
How would a child (which is also very good) destroy a door or fill it with scratches?
I say Again that our stay was fantastic until we received that so unpleasant call.
We feel very offended and very wrong to know that they want to attribute something that has not happened to us.
And I'm waiting for your call to clarify this very unpleasant subject.

A little tricky getting in with the car. It Is Central and the city council puts fines as it is guarded area with cameras.

Excellent quality and price, few amenities but right in the historic centre.

We just stay 4 nights there a couple with two young children (6 and 9 years). The location is exceptional for the city of Caceres since they are just 50 metres from the Plaza Mayor. Otherwise little more positive I can say. First you pay before seeing the apartment, so then if you don't like garlic and water. We had the 3 ° E. Small apartment (according to them the largest…). Fortunately we needed not the kitchen, just you have tea and frankly isn't ready. We could not see any of the two televisions because there should be a problem with the antenna (we were 4-nights and the problem could not be fixed! ). To the open them windows already us entered the depression, in first place a smell to fritanga nauseating from of them tubes extractors of the bar of under and on the other hand the view to a patio inside black and full of humidity with just 1, 5 meters to the wall of opposite made useless our attempts by ventilate or open them windows.
After complaining the first night (there only a very young poor girl that is guilty of anything gives the face) they offer us the possibility of changing apartment and to our surprise, ours was the largest of the three! The other two were to cry!.
Honestly if I return it would not repeat or crazy for what I can not recommend this accommodation. If can look for other options.

Upon arrival had to wait twenty minutes. So arm you with patience. Of the two receptionist that I had I try, one lives in chaos and the other is a lace curtain portera. The hotel is rather a hostel, located in a property old and occupies the 2nd and the 5th plant. To reach the lift there are quite a few steps, the elevator is not broad and as it takes a bit to put the suitcases pita, so you close it. The hostal is well priced and super central location, but sleep is impossible, you hear everything and more both outside and inside. Ah! important, for my at least, not ask DNI and the political is pay before give you the key, guess that to ensure is that not you pires to another side.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I had a booking through your own site and one day before they called me to tell me that I had to cancel it because they had an error and they were filled. Not me gave no alternative or is made charge of any type of responsibility, besides them bad forms of the person that us it communicated.
I am surprised that continue today thus neglecting potential customer, which among other things, have some rights!

Very good value for money, Studio 5 pax 55eur, 50 m from the plaza mayor. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious, AC, new and spacious bathroom. Cafe below the apartments.
