Spacious room, you have to park 10 min walk, but the bathroom was in trouble I informed to fix it, the breakfast buffet is ok. It is close to the medieval area.

Very good attention from the staff. Clean room and decent bathrooms. The only one I didn't like was that the room didn't have much lighting, it only had a very small window. Otherwise, it is a highly recommended hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have been to since I travel for work, I have been 2 times and many problems. The first time there was no hot water from the shower, then the water would go out everywhere. The 2 time the water came out yellowish, the hot air did not work, a very outdated and old hotel, for what is in Cáceres. I gave him a 2 chance, but it couldn't be, I won't repeat.

The breakfast was very good.

Our room was very nice, warm, bed was a bit hard as were the pillows, the shower was hanging off the wall, but we were able to shower ok, we had to park in the underground car park on the corner, but make sure you ask for a discount voucher before you collect your car to get 40% off the parking fee, they may not tell you at reception when you ask where the parking is.

Stellar treatment from staff — we showed up without a reservation at 2AM, after an emergency trip to the hospital in Cáceres, and were treated with great care for the following days. English spoken at the desk, too; we didn't need that, but it's a good thing to know about a hotel. We look forward to coming back under better circumstances.
