Comfortable and good value for money. Excellent central location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good and fresh.

We got one of the apartments the hotel has, and a little loft pass! Very new, air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness. Very good quality / price in the middle of August. If we go back to Cáceres, we will repeat for sure.

I do not give 5 stars because despite having a very good location (1 minute of major square), have a very good price for the area, be very friendly and attentive (all the staff especially the reception guy, (helped us in any doubt), the rooms could improve some details that do not cost as much and give more form of hostel than hotel.
Positive:
— quality of staff and their care.
— location next to the main square, with the option of parking near the hotel between the streets above.
— the bar/restaurant area of the hotel itself, very attentive, with tapas, and good breakfasts.
— Comfortable bed and optimal sized room.
To improve:
— the air conditioner (for those who are disturbed by air noise. This one's been going on a long time. It is true that it is ancient, although its function does)
— the bathroom screen, which is screenand and does not curtain (causes the water to come out of the shower).
— the size of the TV, very small.

Wonderful hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They searched for me as quietly as possible. It is wonderful because it is 1 minute walk from the walled area of Cáceres.

Fantastic value for money in that beautiful city. Perfect to rest. The continental breakfast was very good.

In our stay at the Salor apartments, property of the same hotel, we have had serious cleaning problems when finding the dirty household items (lipstick stains or simply without scrubbing) and even blood stains on the savannas. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The address at no time spoke to us, nor even apologized.

The hotel appears clean but walking barefoot in our room revealed black soles on our feet suggesting a lot of dust and a not entirely clean room. Unfortunate because otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room quite cosy. The service and welcome at reception was warm and friendly and the location is perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants and la parte antigua.

I've been a weekend at this establishment, and frankly, I regret a lot. Had a lady at the front desk, I remember was called Marcela one unpleasant as her own, I went to ask him what areas we could visit the area and replied me that there had the flyers that not had time to attend to me, good and not I speak of rooms had cockroaches! wrinkled sheets, not smelled well, the truth I do not recommend anything, for my worst of hotels that exist in Cáceres.

The hotel is very centrally located and have the historic next door. It is not difficult to park for its surroundings and the hotel is clean though the facilities are a bit old. I repitiria although Cáceres see you in a day.
