Great experience. We'Ve been four days and everything's perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Repeat!

It Is A hotel located 5 minutes from Atocha station. It Is in a very quiet neighborhood and with many services: two supermarkets in the same street, restaurants and the Metro Line 3 (passes through the Puerta del Sol) to two streets.
It Has three floors of parking but it is advisable to book and the hotel itself does not have too many squares. Check-in can be made until 18:00 pm at the same reception and if you leave later, there is a device that allows you to do a self check-in and it will provide you with the key to the room.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are some with integrated bathroom in the room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine and all kinds of small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle…).
There is a sofa bed which is very convenient to go with children.
With Regard to breakfast, it is advisable to catch it as it is very complete. They prepare it in a box and you can take it in the same room. Includes milk, juice, jam, butter, toast, cake…
Next to the reception there is a bookcase where you can take free coffee, cocoa, tea, sugar, dishwasher soap, etc.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is pretty well soundproofed as we didn't hear great noises from the adjoining rooms.
It Has a pool but given the time we went, we couldn't use it.
It'S A hotel that I will go back to, I loved the experience.

Apartments are very average, especially after spending time in the other Erik Vokel apartments in Madrid. Felt these were very small in comparison and really needs some TLC and updating. Was very disappointed to find the pool closed upon arrival and apartments found on a dark and dingy street, which terraces view upon. So from my point of view, ok for a night, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent! … Get the train not the metro or a taxi from airport — it took a while to get there BUT when we did we were so pleased. Very clean — yes used the 24 automated checkin but its all clear (you will need a credit card) Reception very helpful, pool towels were provided. Easily get to metro and taxis not expensive as there was 4 of us. Would recommend to all.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Location is ok if you're willing to take the metro. I really enjoyed my stay here.

is totally taken care of and in my opinion is of the best to spend a few days in Madrid for a good price.

Beautiful, clean, modern, chic. Lovely staff, lots of free supplies for cleaning, cooking, etc. Only flaw was that the power went out once from an overload, and the instructions for the appliances could be more detailed (they're very confusing for at least a North American traveler). Everything else was fantastic though, so I can't deduct a star for that.

Fantastic hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location near Atocha.

Good located near the station Atocha. Arriving was a little difficult with the door and receiving no answer to 2pm. Don't arrive after 6pm, because there is no reception. You have to go for soap and other things. We had to call reception to change the sheets for were hairs.

Excellent rooms, Nordic decoration, an very comfortable bed. Good idea to provide breakfast package to the room.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall the experience was great.

The rooms are very spacious and the overall hotel is very minimalistic.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, modern and had a great, large bathroom with an awesome shower. I really liked how they had a front desk like a hotel, so if you had questions there was someone there to help you and everyone was very nice. A grocery store and bus stops were right around the corner; the combined Atocha train and metro station were a 5-10 minute walk. They also had a heated pool which we were able to use in November. Would definitely book them again!
