Excellent position for the proximity with the station and the centre, room with small space available but all functionality included. Didn't try food there.

This so-called hotel, no electric kettle to provide, the hotel also does not have a hot water machine, staff pointed out the need to go to the outside of the restaurant to find! Service attitude is general, not recommended.

I had a good single room with nice breakfast. Just in front of Atocha. Reasonable.

Habitacion limpia pero no muy grande, teniendo en cuenta que era de las dobles economicas era aceptable (145 euros). La ubicación se paga. El personal muy amable y profesional.

The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are quiet with an extraordinary cleanliness. They have a very full breakfast with a very friendly staff, and at the reception, the deal we received from the moment we arrived, was five star!. It is also open 24 hours, and at night we attended a very nice guy who was pending at all times. Recommended!, I say, highly recommended!

Good option to stay near Atocha Station. Comfortable bed, very good attention, nice decoration, chord facilities and very good breakfast.

I like the Lobby to take a break with a wine. Very convenient and easy to access Parking.

Very well all very correct super polite, all the breakfast spectacular, but the handicapped room has a small paste that is that in the shower the Chair is wide and as you are a little high you do not fit your legs with the screen.

The hotel is fine although you pay the area. The room for the price was minuscula. The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. The breakfast is worth a lot.

Quality NH. All super clean and current. Reception staff 10, as well as the dining room. By the way, the breakfast very very abundant and super full with variety of milk, water, juices and all kinds of food. A 10!

The perfect place to rest. Next to Atocha Renfe train station (nearby, AVE and long distance). Also with Metro entrance and airport connection (via bus 24/7). The hotel has many services. The rooms are comfortable, with bathroom and good insulation from the outside.

Excellent location if you are travelling to Madrid by train. We stayed on the seventh floor and the views are excellent. The room was not very large but enough if you don't carry too much luggage. Very bright. We asked for a bathroom to have shower and it was quite spacious.

Location is perfect. In the center with lots of nice places to eat, drink and visit around the hotel. Rooms are fine, very clean, Maybe a little small but to sleep alone they are fine. Friendly staff and breakfast was very good. If I go to Madrid again I will definitely take this hotel again.

Perfect Hotel in all the questions: room with all the comforts, luxury bathroom, professional reception and Super attentive… a 10 for its location… to 100 meters Atocha and 5 m entrance to Metro… repeat Insurance.

A comfortable hotel with a good bed, good bathroom and good services. Breakfast is excellent with all kinds of food and natural juices, not bite, which is appreciated. The reception is very nice and the place is quiet with a great free Wi-Fi system and 50 steps from Atocha station. The price, like everything in Madrid, expensive, between 140 to 180 euros per night.

Conveniently located for all means or access to modes of transportation in and around Madrid. Though a bit pricey, a great breakfast offering every morning that we feel well worth the cost. Clean and well maintained competitive priced. Hotel. For us its proximity to the Museum del Prado and all the other primary museums have made it my stay of choice.

We stayed in three different NH Hotels while in Spain and this had THE BEST front desk staff that we experienced of all of them. While our room was TINY, we regret only being able to stay here one evening. Paola was a dream as well as two other gentlemen (I apologize for forgetting their names)! I really wish that these people trained all the other staff at the other NHs that have more hotel star ratings. They were professional, friendly and most importantly unpretentious. I am sure hotel staff suffer from some terrible and less-than-ideal guests but judging a guest before even knowing him/her (like at the one in Barcelona) is highly distasteful. Keep up the great service Hotel NH Madrid Atocha! Muchos gracias! My family is very grateful for your welcoming and thoughtful service!

We stop by to eat at this hotel at the restaurant in the first floor and I have to say that the guy from Venezuela (I apologize I forgot his name) he was amazing the suggestions and the tapas were great but most important the special attention from this gentlemen next time we will stay here! Small rooms, interior windows, taxi booked and not arrived.

Sehr kleine, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, zentral gelegen, dadurch aber natürlich auch Strassenlärm wenn man das kleine Fenster aufmacht. Trotz Sat-TV leider kein funktionierender deutscher Sender. Für einen kurzen Städtetripp würde ich trotzdem wieder buchen.

I went to hotel nh atocha to keep a job interview, I only had dealings with reception staff but it was very nice and correct.

They say on the website that the room (there is only one) has 29 mt and with capacity for a table at U for 15 people… dunno how measured it, what I do know is that they have gotten 15 pressed people to shoehorn!
The room is blind, without natural light, to the side of the reception and breakfast room, i. E. Noisy, and only valid for a short meeting of no more than 6 or 7 people, overwhelming for a meeting a day or longer.
It is a hotel without a kitchen, if you ask for food at noon bring a few pathetic dry mini-bocadillos, a mediocre omelette, and little else… In any Madrid bar eaten better!

There is no restaurant. 15 min from the Centre of Madrid and 30 minutes from the airport.
Not ask for rooms on the first floor, is noisy.

Because from the bus station very close, so I booked here. Lucky we have export right, and is estimated to turn a long time to find the hotel. The hotel is very good, very clean. I'm kind of late, so the hotel didn't have food, but good hotel around, lots to eat, lots of bars, and security is very good, all around a big fuss. The price is also very appropriate, and basic meet all of our requirements.

Sono stato nella camera 801 all'ultimo piano. Camera molto spaziosa, con due verandine per apprezzare la vista sulla bella stazione di Atocha. Colazione ricca e varia. Pulizia eccellente.

Excellent treatment of staff, and very downtown, room small but functional, the internet should not have any premium option should be included at maximum speed.

The hotel is very clean and friendly and the breakfast is good, the only problem that I had was that the beds were too small.

The room is not bad and the location is good, but the internet is sooooo slow. 10 minutes to download a presentation that in my house I would take seconds… If you come to madrid to work is not recommended.

Go fabric. I do not know or where to start. Rooms small, very old and without dinner service. 10 mins walk is the AC Atocha and is only 10 euros more expensive. An embarrassment of hotel.

Quite a few years and making time which is not reformed, better hotel is one of NH which quality price is basntante, since the price they have is a little high for services that they offer, note that it is a hotel which has that it is next to Atocha, so you do need to catch an early train is a good option.

It is not worthy of belonging to the chain. Room, very expensive and very small, dirty and unkempt appearance.

To be a NH seems to me to have much desire to others, specifically the room that I had was not very clean and the bathroom shower was not working and when already had all the organized suitcase made me a change of room, and I thought it was a fuck back to save everything in the suitcase and again install me in another room.

30 minutes of free internet a day. Rooms very hot, small. Breakfast is okay. Location is excellent.

Positive: clean and neat; confortable beds (even on wheels! ) ; 5th floor — non smokers; pretty healthy breakfast; very kind staff (at the reception) they speak english too; walking distance from the famous museums and railways station and botanical garden and central park (del retiro). negative: expensive Wi-Fi card; no luggage slope in the reception hall — you need 'big muscles' to carry your suitcase.
