Location great but we were stood outside for an hour as couldn’t get hold of the main contact.

With all the comforts. Excellent location. Excellent attention. The staff is always willing to cater and help all over the passenger. Would definitely go back.

Good place to stay in Madrid for a few days. Clean and well-conditioned apartments. Located in the neighborhood of La Latina, perfect to go out or tapas (also located in an area where pubs are not concentrated so there is not much fuss). Very good value for money. We were my partner, my daughter and I and we were a very comfortable weekend. Highly recommended.

The staff are very good. Thank you Luis for this information. Very clean apartment corresponds to the photo via booking. No bad surprises. Quiet place and very well placed in Madrid. Super Service plus free shuttle transfer to the airport. Punctual on the timetable. Very good stay.

Or stayed in the apartment L and H La Latina in Madrid on 14/02/18 and the 15/02/18 I found myself very good staff nice clean and very nice decoration the property is located in the central area is served very well by the biblical means and in more service Shuttle to and from airport free considering the distance is not cheap!

Not that great place to stay. Avoid being here.

Nice cosy appartments. Good location and nice staff. Rooms are good size and very clean. Beds are not very big but comfy. Good internet connection.

The apartment is spotless and a very good size for a studio. Definitely bigger than most city hotel rooms and with the advantage of a cooking area should you wish to cook. Bathroom is large with a large double shower. The building is on a narrow side street which at first doesn’t give a good impression but the location is within walking distance of all the sites around the city. Security doors are opened by keycard from the street and apartment room which feels very secure. All in all a super location to stay and certainly half the price of hotel accommodation in the area.

Would rather have a queen bed for two than a double. No real amenities here.

First of all, I tell you this. If you are a tourist or business man or whatever and whoever you are, I seriously recommand that you should not make reservations here. 1. They're not even change towel. Even though I ask to Front to change towels, they were not change it, so I had to visit the front desk and get towels and ask one more time. I made a reservation for 3nigths, However, I was able to change towels one time. They are not changed towels at all. Ever! 2. The Front desk works for 9. Am to 9. Pm, sometimes not 9 p. M. I tried to change towel for 8:30 pm, I could not make it because of the absence of Front desk. And It means that if you got Emergency in midnight in foreign country, you could not get any support from the accommodation, and I experienced it from this at this place (i'll tell you this right after this) 3. Hotel (it is embarrassing to call this place as a hotel) usually ignore my request, not just for towel, Especially the noise from beside room. I got room for 5th floor which I should pay for more than $20 for other room (it has a balcony), however, the room beside of mine is too loudly speak, and probably whole 5th floor was all their friends, they hung out with 1 place where is just beside of mine. So the day after the horrible day, I ask to front desk to make them quite, however the front desk answered that they would leave the place tomorrow early in the morning. And it was all, he do not make any warning for them.

Well worth staying in these beautiful apartments.

Great location in La Latina. Good, clean apartment that comes with a kitchen (equipped with everything you would expect). We had an accessible bathroom (apartment 101). So far, so good. Unfortunately there was no way to hang the shower up so that you had to one-hand-shower. Also the drain didn't work properly in the beginning so that our bathroom flooded. They fixed it after we told them 3 times.
