Great hotel in the center of Madrid, very friendly personell.

Great hotel, centrally located but very quiet, because slightly taken off the main street. Close to everything, metro, museums, restaurants and parks, it offers excellent services, spacious rooms, new and clean, obviously air conditioning with individual management, great bathroom and the set for the/coffee in the room. In addition to a great free Wi-Fi, it offers free guests Handy, the smartphone that you can freely use around the city for the internet, unlimited phone calls and online driving. The staff is friendly and helpful, in the lobby there is also the scale weighing suitcase at the cost of one euro and, if required, excursions are also booked.
Breakfast is good, in the streetside dining room. It is worth booking directly on the hotel's website for cheaper rates or, at the same price, superior room instead of standard.
I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect for visiting the city. My room, however, had some important flaws: despite being booked as a double, we found two single beds unjoined. The shower tub was very small and the bathroom door was broken. The price is a bit high, the staff are friendly.

The hotel is good and centric (Chueca). It can become noisy especially during summertime. Please ask for a room that face on the inside. Rooms are quite big, as well as bathrooms, and confortable. The hotel offers you a rented phone you can take out on the street to browse maps and make international phone calls at NO CHARGE, very convenient to avoid roaming fees if you are not coming from a EU country.

Better than expected for the price. Surprisingly quiet. Good eats in safe walking distance.

No doubt a good hotel located in the heart of Madrid. Breakfast expensive, it is worth exploiting one of the three bars in front to save. Clean rooms but you notice the wear of time. In General the quality-price ratio is not great.

I loved this hotel and the offer of cultural activities that are scheduled. The exhibition of Found 2.0 of María D. Alba has seemed to me interesantisima. Likewise, the conservation of elements and original spaces such as the stairs or the vaulted dining rooms of the basements allow us to consider materials and styles of more than a century ago. Congratulations on taking into account the culture within the hotel offer in Madrid. Highly recommended both for those who live in Madrid as for all those who need to stay in the capital.

Perfect place to enjoy the centre of Madrid. Also the space is very cozy and nice, where they perform various activities and cultural workshops! The staff is very friendly and attentive! There let me fall every month for my painting class! Haunted.

Good hotel in downtown area. Room was nice and the bathroom was very nice. The mattress is very comfortable, almost non-existent pillows. It has a bar and a restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The Wi-Fi quite acceptable. Something better maintenance especially in the parquet of the good but quite punished and the TV that is 27 '

Good value for money and great location. The room was spacious and very light (one with balcony, towards the street), and the bed, very comfortable.

Exceptional location. Maybe some reform is missing. Very quiet place and friendly staff. Pity the noise of the bottle that there is every night in the King's Square. I find it amazing that the city police tolerate it.

Good and decent hotel. Walkable distance to most of Madrid's attractions. They also provide a free smartphone with 300mb daily limit of data and free calls to selected countries via that phone. Essentially, it's a tourist friendly option and rooms are well maintained and staff are very friendly and English speaking.

Hotel felt it hard history and rooms were great. Street pavement around hotel were being remodeled which made it inconvenient, but overall experience and location was good.

Hotel near the Gran Via.

The hotel is well located near to main Avenue of Madrid and nice restaurants. The room is enough big and comfortable and same for the bathroom. My only complaint is about the smell of cigarettes in the room. The room is for non smokers but someone maybe forget this.

The hotel is well located not far from the major museums, Palace Real, and other sightseeing locations. The room was clean and well maintained if perhaps a little on the small side. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Fast Wifi. Good access to the metro. Easy walk to most of Madrid's tourist sites. It's a good choice if you're and individual or couple vacationing in Madrid.

The building is old and the rooms are not equal. But the place is beatiful, shows the beauty of Madrid. And the service is good.

Read some of the comments, unexpectedly, we do not like this hotel. The location was great! Being in Gran Via street, walk two minutes to the Museo Chicote bar, but this is this hotel the only advantage. We were just there except for the Breakfast bar and the dining room didn't open the door, at least we saw it. The room only has a basic function, and where not like the website portrayed.

I booked this hotel because my wife wants to stay in chueca, hotels website offers very good and looks good. We booked a superior room (404) for the choice we are very happy. 1. Reception and rapid service. 2. Have a large bathroom, and spacious rooms with flat-screen televisions and table. 3. A number of Windows that open onto a small balcony. Brilliant location, close to everything (shops, tourist places) if you want to go further there is a metro station just round the corner. If you're not big breakfast eater don't buy breakfast-there is a choice of little coffes shops around (less than €3 for coffee and croissant). Room is quite small but clean and the bathroom is nearly the size of the bedroom. It might get a bit noisy over the weekend but not too much. Good value for the price.

Hurts not having been more time, I was in a superior room, it has everything you would expect from a hotel of 4 * good Wi-Fi connection, staff friendly and attentive and if you get get coffee. Clean comfortable room and the large bathroom with a large bathtub where to relax.

This hotel offers excellent value for price. The staff may not be better and the facilities are in perfect condition. A plus for people who travel much is Wi-Fi, offer it free and sincerely serves as the of my house. To top it off it has the l restaurant, ex libris, which has a tremendous kitchen for the price which has. In summary a hotel of 10 totally recommended.

We were hosted the last weekend of January and we had great. The hotel is in a quiet street, next to the Gran Via and a few meters from Cibeles. The staff was very friendly at all times. We will repeat.

Se centra principalmente en el ocio de la relajación y el deporte. Su servicio es de lo mejor, asi como sus empleados que te atenderan de la mejor forma posible. Para irte de escapada un finde semana es una buena opcion, aunque eso si llevate la billetera porque no es barato si no todo lo contrario resulta demasiado caro para el dia a dia.

Centrado entre una zona de ocio deporte y familiar su relacion calidad precio aceptable con menu al mejor estilo y con muy buen sabor a la atencion que recibe te hara sentir como en casa un gra trabajo en la atencion al cliente nos dejaran con ganas de volver a el sitio, las atenciones no tienen precio un sitio acepta entre todo el trato y servicios que recibe te quedan ganas de volver.

Great location. The room was large and modern. The bathroom was clean, modern and roomy. Ask for an outside room on one of the upper floors. Great view and quiet. Stayed for five nights near the end of May 2009. Close to everything. Nice Tapas bars, grocery store and pharmacy within one to two blocks. Free wireless or wired internet service. The staff is friendly and eager to assist.
