Lousy.
A scam, we pay twice as much as normal
We arrived on Saturday 14 July
For starters we couldn't get in until 2 o't because they were cleaning. In addition to telling me that on the beach it takes longer.
Double room with 2 beds, well no, again to fix it.
Dude, with bad reform.
The old bathroom with plastic mat in the bathtub.
There were no plugs on the tables
Good location, less bad!

Great staff and overall a good hotel with one exception — the bathroom. The shower was broken and there was moss all over the bathtube. The location is perfect escpecially for tourists, as it is 5 mins away from the center.

Room is fine if you are a light sleeper definitely don't use room 16 as it is next to a busy street. Location is cool lots open till late. Staff friendly and breakfast is spot on. Don't forget to bring tea bags …

No dark rooms, anything but modern. Buffet breakfast pitiful especially bitter one night listening to the noises of the street. Don't go.

The service was good, the hotel was old so the room is not as nice as the photo. I stayed during renovation and a bit disturbed by the noise. The location however is really nice in the city center.

Good quality price for the area. Really central. The windows are soundproof. The staff is a charmer. There is no direct lift from the entrance, the hotel is not adapted for handicapped.
The rooms are very very old, the TV is smaller than a computer screen and it had a somewhat odd smell, I stayed three nights and despite leaving the windows open there was no way to get it out.

Positive side close to town center nice negative side hotel in.

A very good place to be located. But it is not to go with small children as you have a few steps until you arrive without a lift and makes it uncomfortable to climb up and down if you go with a car.

I recommend your visit for tourists who want to enjoy the center of Madrid with a metro stop at the door. And a lot of life in the area.

Central Hotel, close to Gran via and Puerta del Sol. Shops and leisure places next door. Nice staff. No frills but meets basics.

Very friendly all the staff. The Aparthotel is old and some elements don't work at all well. The soundproofing of the room is not particularly good. Clean towels and bedding. It is very close to the Metro stop.

The hotel is good in general. I only saw two hits: 1. The bases of old plugs, we had problems to load the mobile, did not make good connection and 2. The hotel is located in a night gambling area and there was noise in the streets until 7:00 or more in the morning.

The staff were very nice and very nice. More like a hostel. Repair in bad condition. The smell of chlorine in the hallway. And the room is not clear odors. No noise. The rooms are very nice.

I have been fortunate enough to travel a lot and never have such a bad time in a hotel. The administration is unpresentable. Due to administrative errors, when I arrived on the road I was prevented from entering my room when it was paying. I wasn't even allowed to use the hotel restroom.
They charge 1 euro for each see that is used the box of Seguridas of the room.
The TV is 18 inches. You can barely see it from the bed.
The rooms are old and not comfortable. While it's clean, it looks like a pigsty. The fridge must be about 30 years old.
Plugs do not allow 2 devices to be plugged at the same time.
The space to use a notebook is extremely unlike.
And although it has a kitchen, it is impossible to eat in the room because there are no chairs and tables suitable for it. The table is lower than the chairs and one has to lean towards the plate.
The walls are not suitable to prevent noise from other rooms.

Very centrally located, very spacious rooms although not all are the same, they are apartments a small kitchen. Quality — pretty good price. Very close to the Metro stop of Tribunal and Fuencarral Street, which takes you to Gran via and to Sol, close to the Chueca and Malasaña district, where you have several bars for a drink and cheap restaurants like Steakburger.

I paid a lot of money to stay in a "nice" hotel. I walked into the small lobby of this place and was concerned and it only got worse as I went upstairs. They originally put me in a room on the top floor. It only had a skylight, no windows. It reeked of smoke. MTV was blasting on the tiny TV as I walked into the room. I left and asked for a different room. They put us in a non-smoking room. It was outdated, dark and had mismatched furniture. It did not feel particularly clean. I would've left after the first room had it not been midnight.

It's an okay place, but we'll located with excellent staff.

In an extraordinary location it is a comfortable hotel with all the services and a very friendly staff at all times.
It has an excellent value for money.

We booked through booking and we were very dispaid when we got to the room.
The typical thing in the application you see a fotazas and when you get everything is very old and little care.

The owner very attentive and friendly just like the front desk staff. The old installations in which you can hardly hide even painting the tile of the bathroom and very poor soundproofing inside, you hear the cleaners at 8 in the morning as they speak like the outside by the infernal noise of the street by the gambling that They have the music at full blast until the wee hours of the night.

A good cheap budget hotel. It was clean and quiet and the beds were made everyday. For around £30 each per night it was great, with a fantastic location right in the heart of Madrid.

Right in the metro station, the rooms are a bit old but still nice. Service was a bit mean but I didn't talk too much with them.

Very good location with the subway at the foot. The rooms are spacious, with a little obsolete but functional decoration.

Close to everything & good for a basic stay. Nothing fancy. Clean, simple, good service. A little laking if you're wanting to be pampered.

It is really poorly maintained aesthetically speaking (countertop in the hallway completely broken) but convenient to move to Madrid, only positive note.

Apart from the spectacular location. 20 metres from the 10 tribunal line. Excellent connection to Barajas airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Interesting price. Among my favorites.

Good price for its location in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes from Gran Via. Simple rooms with kitchens small and equipped with the least.

Good site in Madrid if you want to be in the centre of the scene and you like to lie in apatahoteles. The furniture is old but with double-glazed windows that will lessen the chaotic noise of this area of Madrid.

Service and careful especially welcome.

The facilities are fairly well, the small kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and leave you spare parts for the appliance. In general the beds are comfortable and spacious rooms, although when I went the windows weren't too well sound-proofed. Even so it was all very clean, and the prices are pretty tight.

The Aparthotel is recommended if you want to stay for a reasonable price. The quality of the facilities are very improved, the attention of the staff and the cleanliness is very correct but also improved. The few kitchen utensils are old. The best thing has is the place where he is. Centrally located and easily accessible.
