Great historic feel. Comfortable room. Conveniently located near the center of Alcala De Henares. Most of all the service was impeccable! I highly recommend.

Good Location, friendly Welcome. Unfortunately, the Rooms were to the Courtyard, the Windows could not remain open overnight. Doors clamped and let themselves close badly. Room Design, for example We didn't like it with an integrated Bathroom.

The facilities are not bad although in works. The location in the centre is unbeatable. But I am in the city of CERVANTES in ALCALA de HENARES… In MADRID! The "Do Not Disturb" poster in Catalan!. That they do in Catalonia because I understand but in the city of Cervantes!

Small hotel located in an ancient building of 2 floors articulated around a courtyard very nice. Does not have a lift (or we saw). Modern rooms with all the necessary services. Each one is different, not in decoration but in form and disposition. Has a small breakfast room in the old wine cellar in the basement. Things to improve: maintenance of the wash hand basin area and shower (the plug in the sink did not work well and the waterproofing of the shower can be improved) ; you can regulate the temperature of the air conditioning (or we didn't like) and the light of the bathroom, that if someone goes to the same night and turns on the light, is illuminated in excess of the area of sleep, waking up to the person to stay in bed. It is close to the main street and the university. There is a free parking in the immediate vicinity, although it is unpaved and has puddles when it rains.

Excellent accommodation. Old house well-conditioned and with modern rooms, not very large but comfortable and cozy. Excellent location to visit the old town. Highly recommended.

We took some foreign clients and the fact of not speaking English the 2 people at reception we met is a problem. You also miss a coffee shop or something to chop something up. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, clean and very well located.

Cutest little boutique hotel in Alcala de Henares! One of the more newer hotels, very modern amenities in the room, very clean, tastefully decorated (mixing old with new), within a revitalized old building, still within the "walls" of the historical area, but a block or two from the "hubbub" of noisy activity, and just a block from the historical, famous, "Puerta de Madrid"! Very pleasantly pleased!

The breakfast is puny and the rooms are nice, but not cared for in detail. Shower head scaled and clogged, as well as small defects everywhere in the room.

This hotel I will come back for the friendliness of the staff, the care, that is all, and have a taste very spatial in the overall decor of the entire building, both the exterior, as the interior, for me it deserves 10.

A smaller hotel near the cathedral and town center, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Comfortable, well maintained, and clean, helpful staff. A traditional Spanish style building with a central patio. Breakfast available downstairs. Free Wi-Fi, which was important since the cell coverage in my room was spotty at best. We parked on a side street for a euro, although there is some kind of garage at the hotel. My only complaint was with the shower, it wasn't possible to open the door and get in without spraying water all over the floor. The room was ample with a good bed. The hotel might be difficult to find, although I was there with friends so I didn't have any problem. I'd recommend leaving the car parked and walking. I will definitely go back.
