Rooms need a refurbishment. It's too old. Breakfast and dinner are good, with a lot of options and with all you can it format. The great advantage is that from the hotel you have direct access to PortAventura and with daily pass included using the room key-card.

Clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Check-in was efficient even with our group of 120+ people. Buffet plentiful and varied. Has own entrance to theme park. Easy walk to town center. Would stay there again.

Dirty numbers. Poorly cleaned up. Free entranceto e. L. Port Avetura if you live in a hotel at the park. The park itself is a great place to tickle your nerves.

Attention at reception, a 10. The cleanliness in the hotel and in the room, a 10. The speed and courtesy with which you are served in the hotel's buffets, a 10. They serve all kinds of food. The decor is perfect, the ambience of the hotel is superb. Flowers and water everywhere, in a very beautiful environment inspired by the Mediterranean. At night there is atmosphere until not too late, if you want tranquility you have it and you respect the rest of the tenants. Perfect everything!

We lived in room 3009 on the first floor. There's nowhere to dry clothes, towels. The only chair was put outside the window door on the ground and could hardly place swimming trunks, swimsuits and everything that got wet after water rides. Drying towels was a disaster.
Otherwise acceptable.

This is the hotel where I go every time for my stay in Port Aventura. For dinner buffet meals as well as for breakfast. Entrances to Port Aventura and Ferrari Park accessible directly from the hotel. I recommend it. You can easily go to the room when you want.

Mediocre, staff were rude rooms were messy and had ant infestation.

Sadness. The Spanish crisis has gone by. The hotel is only the shadow of itself. Only the pools and gardens are still worthy of the 4 stars at the entrance. The corridors are a real pigsty and the rooms have suffered from lack of maintenance. After 7 stay the last 12 years… We will not return. Adios.

The hotel itself is an endless maze of corridors. There is a girl in the reception, talking in Russian. About 12 to 15 hours on weekdays. On the territory of cafes, souvenir shops, roam animators. A positive place, especially for a holiday with children. Every evening there is a disco with animators for children.

We stayed at the Port Aventura hotel one night and were very disappointed with this establishment. Apart from the that this one is very close to the Park, the rooms are not very clean, my daughter slept on a couch very uncomfortable bed, the sheets was not very clean, as well as the bathtub shelled and rusted, the shower wall was full of limestone and traces of water. In this walk in the corridors the women of the rooms had left garbage bags with dirty sheets and trash cans while she had finished their services so it dragged all night. The pool was not functional when it was nice and could have enjoyed a small bath. The only big plus is the continental breakfast where you can find all sorts of specialties.
I had already stayed with the family at the Caribbean Hotel and it catches up to the Port Aventura.

A very well kept and family aspecti place. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has direct access to the park. The truth is that the site is very comfortable.

Nice and nice hotel. The outside are very nice, the rooms are clean but the décor a little dated. We had taken half board, the buffets are correct. There is a choice but the quality is not always there. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Lunches, dinners and buffet breakfasts. You put your boots on. The facilities were very well maintained, but they have been worn over time, so you need to take care of certain details. The treatment of the employees is exquisite. It has direct access to the park from the hotel. I recommend it if you want to enjoy the park in all its splendor. The hotel is very big. So be prepared to go around the halls XD.

Correct cleaning, try to choose a room near the reception. Those that are from 1150 onwards are very far. It takes forever to go to the room (do not forget something or to unconfigure the key) sleep quality correct.
Varied buffet breakfast.

It is a very well located hotel to access the amusement park with a quite varied buffet restaurant. Nice deal. Ideal to go with children. The terraces attached to the hotel are very good. I recommend it.

The room is very clean and nice! The location of the hotel is also good because it is right next to two parks. But the restaurant is a bit expensive, nice trip! And also you can clearly hear the noises out side.

Air conditioning only works in summer (Dixit reception). I had to park and carry the suitcases 600 meters. Little maintenance. Lack of cleanliness in the hallways. Very expensive Bar and restaurant. The only good thing… are stuck to the parks.

The building was huge and with services, the large rooms with comfortable beds; Now, very poor soundproofing, and being a theme park hotel, the revelry in the hallways and rooms is almost insured. Cleaning, for days, fast and without change of sheets in 4 days. The restaurants, bad,

Very spacious room, it's the second port Hotel I go to and always. Very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The attention has been 10! Sure I'll repeat.

Typical resort-type Hotel or recreation center. The rooms and service agreed to what you would expect. It has direct entrance to the amusement park. Only recommended if you go to the amusement park and not as a holiday hotel.

Rooms perfect size. Ideal for a family, with friends or in couple.

Very unfriendly staff, no help or information. Long check-in time, cold room. Buffet food also only lukewarm and unloved. Once and never again. Stay 1 week in January 18.

The truth is that we need a good renovation. The finishes have been left in the 90's and the bathrooms of the rooms to be a 4* leave a lot to be desired. The service as such is very good.

The setting of the hotel is very friendly and in addition just next to the entrance to the park, the rooms are clean and decent for 5 person. The breakfast is great!

Very friendly staff, rooms good and buffet food is also good. The only downside was the location of the room. We play at the end of a "maze" of hallways. There is No problem when you arrive, but when you take 10 hours walking in the park, the last thing you want is to spend 10 minutes walking around, looking for the room. Apart from that small inconvenience, the other quite correct, highly recommended!

Hello very good welcome with Hotel plus half board meal hearty meals to do with the children from 13 years all the ride to feel very good stay thank you.

Good hotel. Rooms look to be recently refurbished and are quite modern. Food is really good, nice range available. Meal times slightly chaotic as buffet seems to switch rooms randomly throughout each day. Bar service is abysmal, expect to wait in excess of 30 minutes to get a round of drinks.

The second time that we are in the hotel, and this time better than the first. The room was a quadruple, but it covered perfectly a night between two days in the park. The breakfast, included, was plentiful. Access to the park can be done from the hotel itself. Also had entertainment for children, although not the saw.

The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The food is good and it is also not too crowded in the restaurant. However, the rooms are relatively small but clean. No one has understood German, which is OK, but even a handful of people have understood English.

Only our second day here but thoroughly enjoying our time here so far. Getting to the theme park is so easy. Only real faults are the lack of drink making facilities and the thin walls. It's quite a walk to any shops too.

Very large and comfortable, especially for the access to the park. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. The staff has a very good deal. Point against: we forgot a coat in the room and when we called they told us that they had found…

In general I liked it. Nice room spacious and in our case (2 adults and 2 children). Good food in restaurant and staff friendly. Do something to improve? The signs in the corridors.

Wonderful. Just like in the pictures. Paradise. A huge breakfast, incredible. No bad surprises, only good ones like the great pools for example.

Staff great. Location PERFECT. Everything needed is within hotel grounds. Pricing surprisingly not expensive. Definitely recommend and will be returning ourselves for another family trip away.

We've just come back from our lovely stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, big bathroom, always kept clean and tidy by the staff. In fact all the staff there work very hard! The downsides regrettably are that the check-in process takes far too long. I had to wait in a very long queue. Strangely they request that people with surnames beginning A-G form a different queue in the foyer from people with surnames beginning H-Z. But since most people would have a surname H-Z (myself included) this meant that there is one very long queue and the other is pretty much empty. After a long day of travelling you just want to get to your room fast. Also there was the case of the food. The breakfast has a large selection to choose from and it's perfect to get your day going. The dinner on the other hand isn't so nice. We had the buffet included in our deal. However the food choice never changes from each evening although they offer very minor differences. For example there was always pizza, pasta and paella on offer. Every evening. You can get a bit bored of it after 4 evenings straight of the same thing. The only slight difference might be that Day 1 it might be a ham pizza, Day 2 might be a tuna pizza. I think if the hotel can review quicker check-in times and a review of the food selection it would be absolutely perfect! Again thank you so much for our lovely stay, the staff really make the hotel what it is :)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very peaceful and relaxing place to be. Two very large pools, with plenty of sun loungers. The food for both breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of choice. Lots of attentive and helpful staff who speak a good amount of English, more than enough to get by. Having direct access to the park is a major plus, you enter the park at the main entrance but seperate to the normal paying public, very convenient. The rooms are good with a large bath and shower, there is also a clothes line for hanging clothes, and a fridge. The air-conditioning in the room is a nice edition as it can get very hot! Overall excellent hotel and normally very reasonably priced, well recommended.

Nice spacious grounds in great surroundings. During the day you can hear the noise of the amusement park but you have to reckon with it. Unfortunately, the WLAN does not reach many rooms. Plus points are also German TV channels, surprisingly large bathroom, the very friendly staff and the great buffet. The bed was also comfortable and very important: perfectly functioning air conditioning.

The rooms are nice but the beds are spring mattresses a bit old. For dinner tonight. The buffet is of mediocre quality compared to some other park. I recommend you go out to eat in town for the same price you have a great menu. The reception is smiling and nice. The maintenance service is fast and efficient. (The safe was locked in one of our rooms). Short Hotel satisfactory.

It was amazing experience.

So far so good on day 1! Food is good in the main buffet. Cocktails are premixed and average. Rooms are generally of good standard-clean, reasonably equipped and comfy. Bathroom is okay, not amazing not terrible.

Well what is there to say. Magnificent park on 1-2 days if there are no big queues. If you really want to go — will go broke on the express pass. A season that makes sense.

This is one of my favourite theme parks. We came here for a day out whilst on holiday and it doesn't disappoint. The park is split into Polynesia, China, Mexico and the wild west. Having the different themes is brilliant, it leaves you wondering what the next area has to offer. The rides are all amazing and there is something for everyone. I got to go on dragon Kahn and shambhala, they are must do rides for any coaster enthusiasts. Unfortunately my 4yr old son was not able to go on the majority of rides, even in the sesamo adventura part. They could do more to make the rides a bit safer and reduce the height restrictions or if an adult is present it shouldn't matter about his height. Overall it was a great experience. The staff were all helpful, there was never any difficulty because they all spoke English. Fully recommend to everyone.

This Park is a pure scam.
For the abituer of the Asterix Park to avoid you will be disappointed not by the attractions but the staff. Staff very rude and when j hears that the France is criticized for his reception, go there you will not be disappointed of the trip.
Part with 4 children who did not have access that only 2 attractions so I'll let you guessed their disappointment. More not even had the right to take any drip for push you into consumption, so budget restaurant to take into account.
Very pity because some attractions are worth.

Great aventure park. The best ride is Shambhala. The price for one day ticket is 45 euro but there is a promotion from chupa chups and you get an disccount of 20 euros.

The Park is wonderful. I'm on Shambhala a little mouth is not broke but it was very funny when I watched the video.

Very disappointing in Hotel Caribe in Port Aventura, Salou. We booked and paid in advance one double room in Hotel Caribe entering on the 12th and leaving on the 14th April 2016 with breakfast and free entrance in Port Aventura included. Unfortunately we could not arrive on time and did one day later, on the 13th April, at the same Hotel Caribe with our luggage. The receptionist told us we had lost our booking. Why?! The hotel was apparently quite empty those days. We were kindly asked to pay again for the day we had already booked and paid for. We called our travel agency Viajes Carrefour and let us wait several long minutes until they told us the same and tried to sell us again the night we had already booked. When we came back home to Germany. We sent a detailed letter both to Hotel Caribe and our travel agency Viajes Carrefour complaining about the day we paid for and could not stay. The clerk from Viajes Carrefour wrote us back politely that they were waiting for an answer and reaction from Hotel Caribe/Port Aventura. It is already ten days over and no explanation or any kind of customer attention at all. Customer service both from Hotel Caribe/Port Aventura and Viajes Carrefour very poor and cheaty. If you are planning to go to Port Aventura, be patient, bring extra money with yourself. You will probably have to deal with a cheating customer service.

Cool Amusement Park with 4-5 big Rides. The Rollercoaster are great! Unfortunately many Restaurants and food Stores were closed. Also the rides closed due strong winds. The ice age "ride" was a big disapointment. Long waiting time for a 15min ice age Clip.

Like everything it touches Port adventure, great.

Rollercoasters aren't that great and staff struggle to speak English, unacceptable as a popular European tourist destination. The themes throughout different areas of the park is cool and the arcade was a pleasant surprise. The water rides are quite enjoyable. Front row of rides is only for guests with expensive overpriced wrist bands of a top tier. Don't bother. Food is difficult to get because they're closed for "siesta" which is also a pain as it's a tourist destination and a lot of countries don't do this. Be warned, the train from Barcelona is limited, we had to leave the park at around 5pm to get back or we would have been waiting for an hour after park closing to get the next train.

Eight-track standard in Europe, nothing better! Shambhala is a Horny roller coaster, just gigantic! But there are really many of the top attractions there. Praise in the Park!

This is a theme Park and vacation areas, there are several million different types of plants, the natural form of the landscape also varies, in Europe it's pretty popular.

Very nice hotel inspired by a Mexican hacienda. Very clean, large swimming pool, spacious rooms. Preferred. A section of the hotel is dedicated to the Burn Hotel (open only on Halloween).
Closes in winter.

A great Hotel of 4 stars, with a great Mediterranean atmosphere.

There is no food in the fridge and no water in my room? Seriosly.

Worst hotel I have been to, there are about 4 staff working at the entire hotel, had to wait 45 minutes on reception queue, to be told to come back after 5 hours to collect cards to the room because rooms check in is at 3:00 pm?!? There is nothing in the mini bar, there is no room service, bags arrived at 6 pm to the room, 8 hours after we arrived to the hotel, I call reception to ask for some water, they asked me to go to the reception and buy it. The air conditioning is so loud. The staff speak very little to no English, even on menus and other documents you will find English as the 4th or 5th language. It's just weird that you have to look for English and you find it after " Spanish, French, and Russian! " please avoid this hotel at all costs, don't be fooled by the 4 stars it has. It's not 4 stars quality.

Hotel very good theme and with good service.

Its been 10 years that I I come for the tourer or Christmas his magical children are thrilled especially at night from the 31.10 until 01 h in the morning.

Recommend to everyone, especially to anyone who has kids.

Port Aventura is one of the most Beautiful recreational parks in Europe. The Park is open in the main season up to 24 hours and even at night it was still real. The price-performance ratio is the price of about 41€ quite ok the to get there it is so much Offered by the attractions are top and the food, even if it's not exactly cheap, surprisingly good. The wait times were surprisingly low (to Free fall) never more than 15 minutes waiting time. I personally felt the trip there as a very good idea especially wen you adrenaline kicks. Visited in August 2011
