Lovely hotel located 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the theme park. The staff were, by and large, very friendly, although housekeeping had a tendency to walk into the room without checking if you were in beforehand, which was off-putting. The all inclusive option is hit and miss with some places but here it was definitely value for money as the buffet food was always varied and delicious. The swimming pool in the hotel complex was ok but there was no flume or anything to make it more fun if you're going with kids. If you're going during the peak season, the air conditioning in the hotel and the rooms is a godsend. We'd definitely go back in future, albeit in the off season when it's not as busy.

I had a fantastic 11 day stay at the beginning of July this year, the weather was nice and hot and the choice of food at the hotels restaurant's was also first class. The hotel itself has a 4 star rating but to be honest it's more like 3 stars compared to hotels back home. The cleaners didn't do their job properly and I had to call reception a number of times for towels as the cleaners forgot to leave towels or toilet roll, one day they didn't even clean the room. I would still recommend staying at this hotel and we are planning on returning again. The beach and Salou town is a 20 minute walk from the hotel where you will find all the shops you need to buy any small bits and pieces etc. The shop at the hotel is very expensive so I wouldn't recommend buying water there.

Its a brilliant experience but there are many ants in the bathroom and bedroom. Waited 40 minutes to get service at reception to get a taxi. Express would not work on all rides in park, this would be better as we payed €70 each to get them. Food was ok, but there were a lot of supplements to be paid in the park and hotel bar. Overall an amazing time so far. Great for kids 5-12, and teenagers. Staff are very friendly.

Great place especially for kids of all ages. Food good and a lot of choice plus can go all inclusive which is very good value. Only thing is if you arrival flight is after 10.30pm there is no meal food to eat. Would definitely go back if visiting Salou again.

It's a nice hotel. Close to the park, the lazy also have the Port Aventura's signature steam train, which takes customers between the park and hotels. If you consider that the hotel accommodation entitles you to visit the park, this is the best option for those who come to the park for a few days. Recommend.

Stylish interior design. A good option to stay 2-3 nights to visit Aventura Park.

The food was delicious, the room was initially clean but wasn't kept up the whole week even after asking reception to send someone up to vacuum. All floors and staircases need a good clean. Short walk to the theme park which is nice and convenient. Customer relations can't actually help with anything so unless you want to use the phone don't bother wasting your time.

Hotel a 5-minute walk from the two parks, buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Dinner Always buffet (you can also choose a restaurant with à la carte menu) very varied.

The room has good dimensions, although the bathroom just has gel, no toothbrush, knives, hat… The cleanliness is minimal after a day in the room we kept seeing lint and the bathroom dirty. You can see that the cleaning service does not meet your purpose. Another thing we had to have courtesy water and it was not and for me it should look like they should have fridge. At the end the four star hotel would not pass by me for a 3. Although the existence in the hotel was good.

Habitacion sencilla pero amplia, con literas para niños y cama de matrimonio grande, todo muy limpio. Espectaculo infantil. No nos gusto el ruido excesivo por tener la cafeteria al lado, hasta las 12 de la noche abierta.

Sitio ideal para familias. Orientado a este tipo de turismo, aunque sin olvidar el entretenimiento de los mayores.

Terrible hotel did not like ants in the hotel light very little hotel on the deuce.

Typical Mexican hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the parks on foot. Unbeatable quality/price. Breakfast buffet top. There are even hot churros. Amazing pool. If you want a hotel close to everything ç is the best choice.

A great hotel! Impeccable service, the host hostesses are very smiling and welcoming and speak very well the language of Molière.
The quality of the rooms is very good, the beds well firm and Nice. We were able to relax and rested without any discomfort, the rooms are extremely well soundproof!
Evening activities are offered by the hotel (music, dance etc. ), a children's play room is available as well as an arcade for the most geek of you.
As for the buffet of choice and again of choice, you will not miss anything at breakfast or evening for dinner.
Nothing to complain about if not thank you! We will return with great pleasure, 5

It is better to come before 9.30-45 if you do not want the waiting for the recording to be endless! Friendly and smiling staff, pool at the top and breakfast with wide choice.
The only downside: the soundproofing of the rooms (there is only one door between the room and the hallway, so you hear all the noises at any time)

We benefit from a good price by taking the option ' hotel Roulette ' on the site of Port Aventura: A hotel was awarded to us by MIS les 4. A good value for money. The hotel is less than a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the park and has a secure parking. The evening and morning buffets are plentiful and varied. The room could have been a little cleaner.

Spacious room, clean apart from a slight bad smell in the bathroom, attention if you have children there is no French channel on TV. If not for the greedy half-board the restaurant is well stocked it is a treat. The Park is beautiful.

Family Hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. What is not pleasantly surprised is that the restaurant and bar are closed in the afternoon, so it is not possible to even order coffee.

I spent 1 night at this hotel and had a great time. It has good scenarios and good attention. A view of the sea would not be bad. All the comforts of an international hotel and I just invite you to meet him.

Sincerely. Good room, nice bed and pillows and good buffet. The service that makes the room is not so good. For the rest… next to the park. You can walk or in the free train of the park, but come on… that is 5 minutes.

The hotel is very good located in relation to the park and has certain good things like the friendliness of the reception staff, but now comes the good, go down to reception at 5 pm to ask me to clean the room that had been spent cleaning it and while Espe I went to the bar Maya to take a Coke, after 50 minutes of waiting to be attended the waitress did not attend me and continued to serve other customers going from me, at the time I said I was carrying 50 minutes waiting for me and followed attending other people. The attention from the waiters is lousy, they don't feel like working and they don't know how to cater to the customers. Having 4 other hotels in Portventura in La Vida I would go back to this hotel who don't know how to cater minimally to a customer.

The room was good and the benefits were correct.
Big negative point is that they misled us about our return. We had planned a shuttle that would take us back to the airport and the hotel gave us a bad meeting place for our shuttle. So we missed our shuttle, had to take an emergency taxi to not miss our our return plane and pay €180 taxi fare.
Today I am still waiting for my refund and we are not ready to return.

Exceptional place to go with kids. The. Great animation. The location is great. Great food especially on New Year's Eve. To say something to improve would be the bathroom.

Very good service in Reception, speed in all the paperwork. Car park with enough spaces, very good access to the park and all very clean. Spacious room, clean. It does lack some touch up paint, but very good in general. The breakfast is very good, although a bit chaotic due to the large number of rooms. Good idea to make turns, but it would be folly. Very good variety, but there are give several turns to find it all, there are several buffets. I don't give 5 stars for the high prices of the shops in the interior. Pay 3, 5€ for a bottle of 1 liter of water Veri Trekking seems to me abusive. Dining at the hotel is expensive, but you have Salou 2 min by car.

Great. I recommend it 100% for family travel. Clean room, soundproofed, wide and with the water in the bathroom very hot and with enough pressure, which is not usual in some hotels. It is 4 minutes away from the entrance of port aventura and the hotel entertainment and the characters in the park strolling around the hotel and the bufett and make photos with all the world. For dinner better to go soon because otherwise the buffet is full and you need to wait. The only downside is that they have a little variety without lactose and as the dishes of the buffet will not indicate that allergens have you have to limit what you offer the head room. That if, at all times was very friendly.

I loved it… ferrariland a little disappointed. Because in a ride a sensation… there is only the red force. Which is a merry-go-round that I highly recommend.

The service and the food were great. The beds weren't so soft but it was compensed by the silence and the attention of all the employees since the arrive until our departure.

Rooms well although not to be a 4 star hotel. Spacious and clean. What leaves much to be desired is the buffet. Especially the dinner. Poor quality.

Magnificent site, and the room was great very large with terrace to the pool and the breakfast tupo Buffet with good variety. Everything was very clean and just right for the price.

Hotel very large with rooms right. For more details it is a 3 star hotel. With activities for little ones, swimming pool and 5 minutes actual walking distance from the entrance of Port Aventura. It is worth to anticipate and go early to breakfast for the crowd that may be, but as they have several restaurants and compartometados not weighed down too much.

Good but not excellent. The bathroon lacked of the basic things and there is no mini-fridge.

Nice Hotel. The room smelled like sewer, we had to change to another. The attention is rather slow and were inundated. To be a 4 star the rooms are quite basic.

Excellent accommodation with very helpful staff. Good quality food with a large variety on offer. A good number of food stations and a choice of bars for the all important holiday drink. And most important a very short walk to the theme park.

The truth is. Which has surprised me! Everything perfect. Very nice cozy, the staff friendly, the bufett correct and the room. I don't mind returning. Everything that you do not have go direct to the park is a very pleasant walk it is 5 minutes that you can also go on a train. Good experience!

I am delighted with this hotel. The room is super spacious and bright with bunk beds for my two kids and the bathroom very spacious too. The cleanliness is excellent, which I value a lot when traveling with children. Being able to access the park from the hotel is very comfortable. And the price is more than affordable for a four star. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very good hotel.

Simply fantastic! Very close to the park, with good pools. Perfect to spend a few days between the park and resting in the hotel.

Great value, efficient staff, nice rooms, really good breakfast & pool/surroundings. Only negatives were no bars/restaurants in the hotel open late & over half the staff refused to sell us anything (even a soft drink) if we didn't have an un-renoveable band on our arms 24/7. Felt like we were in Auschwitz when we were just trying to buy a Coke.

Second time here five years apart and its still as good as the first time! Great food, great beds, great staff, all round great experience, wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Good facilities but staff very rude and 1000 pointless rules. At breakfast there were only 30 minutes of slots and that at the price!

TERRIBLE If I can give an advice: Don't stay at the PortAventura El Paso. The hotel is extremely expensive and the service is terrible. First of all, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub broken and after two calls to the reception — No One came. The waiting time to do the registration at the reception desk takes ages and No One helped us with our Bags. There is no food after 22:30 and no room service! Unfortunately, my staying was TERRIBLE…

Great hotel and pleasant staff. The El Carte restaurant can be used twice within the visit. Alcohol is not served until 12 but food can be had all day until 10pm. We stayed all inclusive which meant entrance into PortaVentura park was included. Lunch and dinner can also be had in the park if all includive.

Nice hotel! Pool was very large and for the kids a variety you can only get into the room at 15 h, but you can already receive the room tickets to the park opening. With the room cards you can get into the park… The hotel will then write the room number by SMS by 15 H. You can also check out until midnight in the park. Breakfast was so-so. For half board or full board You can also eat in the park with vouchers. You have to calculate exactly what is cheaper. You are not allowed to bring food and drinks to the park. In the park these are as always not cheap (0, 5 L water 2, €80).

Great hotel, very friendly staff and I would recommend this place to anybody. Good pool area to relax with plenty refreshments. The only problem I would say is the entertainment is poor for adults but good for kid's.

The common areas of the hotel are very nice: the swimming pool, the outdoor gardens, the lobby… but the rooms leave a little to be desired: rather small, all equal to each other and quite dated as furnishings. The buffet offers a great variety, and some food are great. I recommend however to get there early to avoid the horde of people who, coming out of the park pounces on food! I strongly advise against visiting the PortAventura Park during Easter because it was so full that to climb on attractions there were at least 40 minutes of queue (even more than an hour in some cases). We had to make an hour of queue also to check in at the hotel in the morning and half an hour to get the room in the evening. The staff were very friendly but I think having a lot of customers there were slowdowns and unexpected: to have the cot for the baby in the room (required during the booking) we had to enquire three times, and arrived in the evening at 9:00.

Good site for an all-inclusive national.

Hotel El Paso is one of the hotels of PortAventura and in my opinion the best. Although the price is not the cheapest of hotels to choose from, the decor, the food, the pool and the atmosphere makes it worth worth it. The best thing about this hotel is the freedom to enter and exit the park of PortAventura when you want, having trains that transport you each some time to the park and back to the hotel. The only negative aspect is that, at least in August, once closed the park and back to the hotel, the bar is closed and it is not possible to take something or enjoy the all-inclusive starting at 12 midnight.

At this hotel I've not yet been hosted, it is an all inclusive, and is very accomplished the stately Mexican ambience.

Very well themed hotel with good facilities.
