In my stay at your hotel I had on 7 occasions problems with the magnetic card to enter my room, tired of the subject I asked to make a claim, I was attended by an employee who did not want to provide me with the claim form, telling me to pass in the afternoon that I had no idea where they were. I had to call the Municipal Police which told me to wait for their arrival since they had to deliver it to me immediately, by magic in 2 minutes I gave the sheet another person. The unprofessional who attended me was unable to look me in the face and ignoring my questions.

On the beach, cleaning and services totally recommended.

Overall all right, but very bad experience with the pool bar. Incompetent waiters who take literally 4 minutes, between the two, to serve a coffee with ice to the customer before our shift, and after 5 minutes of waiting with a single customer ahead they refuse to serve us before another customer who arrived after us with the excuse that he is eating there when we ate at the hotel restaurant. All this having previously ignored one of the waiters when we asked for his attention to be able to order. Conclusion, they have lost 6 drinks and a waiter has tarnished the whole experience that in general was being quite good.

Beautiful, quiet, stylish Hotel with very nice staff. Top location, delicious food, great room for us as a family. We come back in July and are looking forward to the over 15. Time in SALOU!

My wife and I have had holidays at The Blaumar hotel for the past four years, and are returning again this year! The hotel has undergone a major update in the reception area and suites. The great location so near the beach and promenade is unbeatable but although it is on the front, the hotel is set back with palm trees and grass in front. As the paths away from the front can be a little uneven for wheelchairs etc. The direct access to the shops, promenade and beach make the location perfect.
Looking forward to coming later in 2020!

I spent two wonderful weeks in Blaumar Hotel. Everything was perfect. Great location, big variety of food, friendly staff… I hope I come back there ❤

Excellent — pinchos and sangria for lunch watching salou go by — cannot fault the service nor the food and beverages — give it a try you will not be disappointed.

The Wi-Fi never works (even the paid version). 4 person rooms are sold as a 5 person room. The beds are so bad that an airbed would win the fight. The rooms are dated. The units of the airconditioning are placed on the balcony, which means that you're not able to sit on the balcony when the air-conditioning is on. The heat that comes from the units let temperatures rise above anything you can bare. They say they have a guarded parking lot but they don't tell that its capacity is so low that you cannot park there even if you reserved a spot together with the room.

Blaumar Hotel Salou os the best hotel ofrece this zone, but the price is tall.

Close to the beach, walk 5 minutes. Breakfast is not for young children. Inconvenient keys.

Cool Hotel advise delicious food on the first line there is a pool mini club for kids hope to go again.

Beautiful and peacfull hotel with all facilities. Grate food and personel. Next to the beach and shopping areas. I highly recommend anyone, who appreciates privacy and things mentioned above.! Full 5 stars.

On holiday here now 29th May. Good location near to the beach staff very nice but that's as for as it goes. We are a family of 4 two teenage girls. There is no entertainment whatsoever the place is dead. Poolbar closed even on a hot sunny day like today. Breakfast is not suited for English choice of fried egg and bacon. And of course cereal and toast.

At the moment we are installed what a marvel the deal is very good so far the day we go we will put another review what corresponds but so far all very clean cozy good price all George and sea.

Very good room (two rooms with a small kitchen and fridge in one of them) with some incredible views of the sea. The time has not left us to enjoy the pool, but the facilities esran well. It is not cheap but we are 4 and we are in the heart of paseo maritimo with some incredible views!

Hotel right on the paseo Jaime I and a few meters from the beach. It is a quiet area. Ideal for families, with entertainment and services for children and adults.

El mejor hotel en la mejor zona de Salou. Pasamos una estancia inmejorable, salvo un "pero" que comentaré al final. El personal muy amable y atento, sobre todo en el restaurante. Las señoritas de recepción correctas (a ver, que en ese puesto la sonrisa es obligatoria en todo momento), excepto una rubia que siempre intenta ayudar y lo consigue (la llevamos viendo muchos años allí). Nota muy positiva para ella. La comida del buffet, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, variada y abundante. En ningún momento dejan de reponer las bandejas de comida. Un detalle muy bueno de la piscina: el socorrista va dando vueltas de vez en cuando para quitar las toallas de las hamacas que la gente reserva, y es de los pocos hoteles de playa en los que he visto esto. El "pero" es el Wi-Fi que no funcionaba en la habitación ni a la de tres. Esto es algo a mejorar inmediatamente. Por supuesto, repetiremos.

A beautiful family hotel in the heart of Salou, just separated from the main road, it is situated on the beautiful beach and the lovely beach promenade. Because of this proximity we like the hotel. We had a superior double room, equipped with couch, TV and kitchenette with fridge and air conditioning. The room I want to evaluate from the state rather with 3 *. However, they are to be renovated. Our view from the large terrace/balcony was in the direction of Cambrils. We had lateral sea view. Every night we could enjoy the magnificent sunset, this was fantastic. The dining room was always well-filled and so there was also a sound backdrop. We had half board. The food was very rich for breakfast and dinner. Every evening with show cooking, there was always fish, meat, salads, etc. The staff in the entire hotel was very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. In the dining room arose — and again the impression that the staff is also under pressure because of the hustle and bustle.
The beautiful pool area includes sunbeds and a lifeguard is on site!
Conclusion: We feel very comfortable in this hotel and would go on holiday again at any time…

Great hotel with extremely helpful staff.

Our stay here lasted 6 days and we enjoyed everyone of these days! The breakfast buffet is pretty decent, but could use some touch up for the bacon and other things. The spa-area is great, the pool is very lovely, but only open under a time-schedule and could use some longer hours. Rooms are older, but looking forward to seeing the new rooms. Great views and all in all a lovely experience, I can recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Salou.

Wonderful stay to redo and recommend.

Have just got home after a week here with a friend with disabilities. The room was spacious enough to move around in a wheelchair so was the balcony with a good view over pool area. Only problem there was a lip between room and balcony wheelchair user wouldnt manage unaided but didnt cause us a problem. The hotel was clean with very friendly staff especially the lovely lady who showed us to our table for breakfast most mornings. Reception were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was of good variety and tasty only problem there was toasting bread you had to put it thru toaster at least 4 times. Cant comment on evening buffet as only booked b&b. Hotel is situated in a lovely area with lovely places to eat and shop and a beautiful beach.

The situation is ideal. It's not the first time we go, and we'll be back. The service is very familiar and the staff is very friendly.

Staying at the blaumar hotel just now. Arrived Friday so far fantastic. Staff can't do enough for u. Tina at reception is so lovely goes out her way to help if u need anything done. Pool is beautiful the entertainment staff are fantastic. Kids love them as do the adults. Even the life guards join in the fun. The food is beautiful. An amazing selection every night and restaurant staff are rush off their feet with so many people in and out for food. They still have a smile. Already goona book here for next year. X.

Very nice hotel enjoyed it! However for dinner the dress code, take a classic outfit! I didn't had jeans to go) ) shorts are not allowed.

Rough room. No SOAP or shampoo upon arrival.
They have given us a lower level than the contracted room. I had booked a suite overlooking the sea at the highest plant available and have given us a first floor with 2 single beds for the marriage, when he had asked King size bed and a sofa for my children when I asked beds. Staff of terror and a very bad attention despite being totally receptive and understood. The poorly educated local employees. For sure that not return more!

The rooms are nice, even if I put a slight damper on household (vacuum or broom not spent systematically under the bed ==> moletons visible)
The restoration is correct and varied even if the room is just in size and sometimes noisy.

In the Centre of Salou and is a quiet central area but the prices of this place are somewhat overweight for the type of operation that is. The staff is very nice.

All. The spectacular cafe terrace. Homemade patatas bravas and calamari also. The truth was all delicious. No doubt another time we visit salou again!
