Unfortunate terrace service. Rather, the NO service.

The ill-treatment received by one of the employees of the Servian Bar. Disrespect, increpit and ridicule regular customers in front of other customers. If you don't want to work or have some kind of problem it's NOT the customer's fault. Thanks to Mr. I (perhaps commissioned) we will NOT return.

They'll have to invest in a good HR department. There are some waiters who would have to make him look like Mr. I. Who today deal with us, customers every week, has been most unpleasant. Good luck to the whole team for having to put up with teammates like that.

The staff passed… but the worst are the managers, only the Antoni and two employees who are in the parrot are saved. The others simply don't know.

Great price quality. Underground parking place, swimming pool, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Recommended! Very close to the Costs Brava. Quiet location.

Very nice hotel very luxurious great feel-good atmosphere. We have been able to sleep very very well in the comfy bed.
If you compare such a hotel with German standards, I would only give 3-4 out of 5 stars, because there are some artisanal faults to be found in the design of the rooms. The grid of the ventilation was full of fluff, but not blown into the room.
I give at a Spanish level therefore earned 5 stars. It was just very, really nice.
Service was very friendly and put a lot of effort into it, the breakfast was a bit monotonous but not quite as bad.

Parking lots for bikes? I know of No other place of leisure where you don't have!

A modern hotel about 25 minutes from Barcelona, equipment raised, a larger shop with adjacent fitness center and restaurant available, free parking around the center, but you can also park in the parking garage for 15 euros a day! Excellent service in the hotel, very friendly welcome and even in an emergency because we needed a doctor was helped us immediately! Only the one-sided breakfast gets from us a small point deduction, daily baguette ham and a small fruit selection, sufficient but after the 3 day boring.
The beds are of excellent quality as well as the towels and cosmetics which are provided. Top room service to praise.

The roof terrace generously designed the pool rather small with only 1 m depth. We say thank you for the relaxing days in this region.

A very chic setting and decor! Bus takes 25-30min to BCN city center, but the village de Vilasar de dalt up north is lovely and has restautrants etc.

A very nice atmosphere and good quality food. A vermouth for two people with squid, olives and croquettes has cost us 30 euros.

The place. Terrace is very good, it is nice, the quality of the product is also good, the pay sfor it is expensive, but the worst thing is to see q have a regiment of waiters and cooks q do not give stock, in my opinion many of them inefficient, exorbitant waiting times, for 4 reeds and some bag potatoes and two flutes of fuet almost an hour we had to wait, insane… The q cut the ham and make the ham flutes, fuet etc, cold snacks, I do not know how they do it to take so long. A lot of incompetence in a 4 star bar/restaurant/Hotel, supposedly high standing.

The modern rooms are very pleasant with excellent facilities, this hotel offers a good level of service and comfort. The level of cleanliness was excellent and the details in the room bathrobes and toiletries included, etc. It was very good.
Also the breakfast was very good with individual trays with plenty of pastries and a good selection of fruit.
The restaurant for an evening meal is however in the shopping area attached to the hotel which make the atmosphere a little disconnected this however also provide a pleasant meal within walking distance.
Very convenient for sports and a pool with a sports center next door, and the pool in the house. I would highly recommend it as a great option for business and I can see that it would be a good option for leisure though just a short distance from the beach.

Ideal for a couple weekend. Disufrutar the gym and spa. The massages are prosional and at a correct price.

Dear Sirs, It is a pity the whole effort the kitchen master, in the preparation of dishes and menus, so that after all that work is useless thanks to the unfortunate service they provide in the restaurant. Last weekend we had to suffer that service. 35 minutes to order the food, you wait more than 30 minutes between plate and dish, especially between the second and dessert 45 minutes (getting up myself to remember it to the bar) … watching as the other tables complained just like us, even some marched if a plate had arrived. The most curious thing is that the tables were at 50% occupancy… can you explain to me if they had been full?. The general feeling is that we were served by a team of "fellows", without control or organization… worth being visited by Chicote… Mr… lower the "ribbon" of pretending it's a "fashion" and modern place, if you don't live up to any bar… Get your batteries on and offer a service according to what you want to convey — and the prices not cheap of course — and otherwise change the name… because "EMOCIONS" precisely did not provide us to anyone on the day of Sant Jordi… There is no use in that great investment in magnificent facilities if you fail in the simplest… service and attention. Very well located near d Beach and exit Highway d and the rooms are very well for the price q you have.

At the entrance of the town (Vilassar de Dalt). Very easy to reach. Well signposted. Modern hotel. The rooms are modern, minimalist, well fitted and equipped with the basics covered, at least in my case. Everything very clean and tidy. The staff is attentive (accompanied me to the room to explain the operation of everything). It is located in a quiet place, so at night you can rest well.

The bar cafeteria is very good in relation price-quality.

The details, the service, the restaurant… unbeatable, and the spa great! all designed for a disconnection and absolute relaxation. We will return.
