What can I say. Let's start with the positives cleaning and reception staff are amazing. The weather is great. Negatives they advertise kids entertainment which consist of a game during the day and a couple of dance games in the evening. Accommodation hmmmm basic to say the least. Pictures used by travel agents most be 30 years old. The rooms need up dating to the 21st century. Food bland bland staff need to learn to smile and the chef needs to understand that food is meant to be tasteful. Bar staff I have to be fair some try to be accomdating. But order more than 1 drink good luck with what you get. Theme nights we have had an 80s night for the last 2 days and we are still awaiting the 80s to arrive! Pay extra and stay at the Taurus just down the road.

Great time… Very Clean, Good Food, Friendly service although very little English spoken… for a inexpensive time away brilliant.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel — it wasn't terrible but it's not great. You do get what you pay for and we didn't have any terrible experiences, apart from a lot of noise from other guests slamming doors and shouting until early hours of the morning. The hotel is also just a short walk to local shops, the beach and great bars and restaurants. The room was very clean so we cannot fault that, the cleaners did a great job everyday. It also had air conditioning which was obviously great in the heat! We were self catering so we didn't experience the hotels food for ourselves, but we did hear things from other guests that the selection wasn't great and also not a huge amount of food on offer, so a lot of guests who were all inclusive ended up eating out most nights. The pool was always clean and the outside area was lovely, although hard to enjoy the pool most days because of the amount of children jumping and splashing and inflatables in the pool. Maybe some rules and supervision of the pool should be put in place, as a lot of the children and even adults were climbing and jumping into the pool. When we booked the hotel, it claimed to be family friendly, and a lot of aspects represented that, but music that was played throughout the day was quite explicit and not always appropriate for the small children that I saw staying at the hotel. Overall the hotel is okay and does represent 3 stars, but definitely has room for a lot of improvements.

It sucks the rooms are not always clean and the food is poor.

Visited 25th September to 2nd October with our granddaughter and her boyfriend. I belive this hotel has been rented out hence so dilapidated. If Htop or someone else buys it invests some money could be a cracking hotel. We were put in the dreaded apartments but we're told we could move in 2 days which we did. Staff work very hard. Food good for a 3 star. Drink system works very good. Some of the problems are most definitely the customers swearing and abusive. Not far from the beach. Great market on Saturdays. We loved the beach bar Moloko. All in all you get what you pay for.

What can I say please dont take young children here stayed here for aweek 23rd sept to 30th only entertainment. They was was drunken fighters it was disgusting. Hotel rooms were clean bar staff brilliant. Food not to bad. They all said don't. Stay in the apartment. Block over road but I found them ok better then main hotel where rooms got robbed and lots of noise at night. Its a shame really cos it good be a good hotel.

I couldn't fault the room we were in as it was very clean and we had clean towels everyday. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. However because it is in a residential area everything closes at 23.00 pm. There is no night life in the area either. The pool area was very cramped with no room to move and the beds were very uncomfortable so we chose to go to the beach everyday. Not for anyone looking for a bit of a night life (and I'm 60) way too quiet.

Hotel is great, yes a little dated and you don't go on holiday to stay in the room 24/7. Close to the beach and close to shops etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is fine and have a decent choice as long as your tastes are varied and feel like trying new foods. No complaints whatsoever.

Staff are very pleasant friendly & helpful. Hotel is clean. Yes it's also very dated but you don't come on holiday to stay in your room. Sunbeds are uncomfortable this is true, however in less than 10 mins you are on the beach. There's plenty of cafes & restaurants in the town to go to if you don't want to dine in the hotel, even if you are all inclusive. Close to the beach & shops. Train station is 10 mins walk for excursions.

Not too clean, more choice of food, sunbeds uncomfortable, and broken, not worth its 3stars, poor intertament mostly for kids only 3nights for adults and we were there for 11 nights.

The main hotel has fulfilled the expectations (equipment, cleanliness, rooms, etc. ) for a 3 star hotel. Good and friendly staff who are really trying to make a good holiday there. Our kits also liked it very much. Just because of the food and the good cocktails I would come back any time. However, I have to pull 1 star off because when we got there they put us in a side building that had nothing to do with vacation was really bad there. But after a short complaint we were able to go over to the main hotel and everything was good.

Nice place, pretty quiet, good food, pleasant staff.

After a short stay in 2006, extremely disappointed, I m "was sworn to never again set foot, managing"TOP" (j" ignores where they found this ridiculous appellation) was underneath it all! "
j "found this year Monica (l" enjoyed when she was 4 years old! ), his parents Encarna and Joachim who are currently fighting to bring back customers accustomed, as I had deserted the atmosphere worthy of Benidorm or Lloret (all for the English who don't think "to fuck the b…) "

If you want to spend a holiday family and democratic, we recommend d "go.
