Good value. Children really liked it.

Great to go with family! the pools and slides are amazing. Very good animation for both children and adults. It is eaten very well and very varied. The beds are very comfortable.

The stay was perfect the very friendly staff, the pool with its slides great to enjoy with the family and the buffet very good 👌

The stay has been very pleasant. We could highlight the cleanliness in general, the great children's entertainment, the varied and very well cooked food. I would recommend it and we would come back safely. I would only recommend that the activities of the 21.45 were more focused on children. Being a family hotel, if the children get bored the parents have to leave the activity. In general it is being an unforgettable experience. Thank you.

Overall is good although rooms are kind of outdated and is impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi. Is a good place for families and the installations, food and night entertainment is good.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to payed almost 3000 food terrible flies everywhere not a place for children and the face mask rule is 1 rule for English and Spanish guests and do what the hell they like there kids can go up to buffet without a mask but if your exempt your not allowed so here’s your warning STAY AWAY FROMTHIS HOTEL.

We spent 12 days in your hotel. We had a very good holiday, the barrier gestures were respected pity that some customers thought themselves smarter than others. The staff of all professions are very friendly and friendly, the hotel is clean and the restaurant very good. My daughter loved the Children's Club very much.

Great family holiday here at Costa Encantada! Lovely staff, especially Gail who works on reception — always pleasant and eager to help. Room was spotlessly clean, best night sleep ever here — beds were so comfortable! Facilities were excellent, huge pool, sports facilities, laundry room, shop — just to name a few! Definitely worth a visit — you won’t be disappointed :)

Just back from hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Great location — everything within 10-15 min walk. Amazing food selection with slight changes every day. Entertainment and activities for kids and adults. Keep it up costa encantada.

Back for the second time this year. Great hotel & staff, entertainment could be better but ok, great food plenty of choice, restaurant staff great (especially Christian my 3year old daughter loves him). Pool both outdoor & indoor are great. Pool bar is ok.

The personal is terrible. Those who serve you will never speak english to you, and they will even get mad at you ‘cus you don’t speak Spanish to them. Very nice people! I feel disgusted. With this kind of service you’ll attract only the worst.

Amazing hotel. Amazing quality food and great choices every lunch/dinner. Entertainment not great and a wee flume in the pool would be good but would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Spotless and staff really nice.

Just returned from an amazing weeks holiday at this hotel with my family. Thanks to Gail and all the staff for making it an enjoyable stay. We had a Very spacious room and air con was perfect. All inclusive was perfect and the variation and quality of food was brilliant. Highly recommend. The outdoor pool has lots of space and is very clean. To anyone with children as there is a lot of things to do at and around the hotel. Thanks for a great experience, will deffo recommend to friends and family. See you again soon.

We've just returned from a week's all inclusive here, two adults and three kids and we have all had a fantastic week. Hotel and pool were spotless & food was great, so much to choose from. Plenty for the kids to do, even with the short period of rain we had whilst by the pool, the entertainment staff took our son to play some board games. Only a short walk to the beach or to Lloret de Mar, would definitely return here. Thanks for a great week, shame it wasn't two! Laura Nicholson.

It's all good. Of the cons: cleaning in the rooms, paid Wi-Fi in the rooms. The rest of the advantages: animation for children, swimming pool, sea. ) )

The hotel is suitable for families who look for easy going (classic vacation with swimming pools and all inclusive style). Rooms — need some new decorations, shower and bathroom are very basic. Very disappointing that there’s no free Wi-Fi in the rooms! Dining room is too loud and acoustics is bad, food selection is not bad but the quality is really basic and has a lot to improve. For us, as a family who travels a lot and can easily compare to other hotels, this is probably not a place to return to. Overall, I would give it 3 stars but it will get only 2, since the level is very average and compared to the price we paid, the value is very low.

Good hotel about 20 min walk from the beach. Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived but my family didn't want to move rooms so we got rid of the smell with air fresheners. When the air con started to leak water we reported it and the hotel sorted it out immediately. The bar is ok and they have good entertainment for kids. The rooms are a little old (in our building) and I wasn't keen on the food really. I'm glad we weren't all inclusive here. That said the pool is great and not to deep at any point which is good for kids and there are lifeguards constantly on duty. Staff were helpful and friendly. A small shop on site for essentials and a supermarket close by (Caprabo down the road). Good hotel.

Paid half-board, which included soft drinks at breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, fresh orange juice etc, but at evening meal this did not include these drinks and had to be paid for separately, even water! The indoor pool is not available in summer months, which was a great disappointment as I wanted a swim in peace without loads of kids for a while. Drinks are expensive, Wi-Fi was 15 euros for 7 days, and didn't get much of a connection on first day — this is only my second day here, and connection is slow too, time will tell I guess, but yet another disappointment. The room is awesome though with little kitchen and living room and balcony, TV is quite a modern set, but only found 2 channels in English — both news channels. Evening Entertainment has been fun so far.

We arrive a second time. Feed well, the pool is closed and 3 open. The sea is not far, several supermarkets are within walking distance. It's a great hotel.

Stayed here about 10 years ago when I was about 14. Just found it on Google. Loved it, does Adrian still work in the bar downstairs? UB40 was always on, was great!

If you're planning a trip to Lloret de Mar don't waste your time looking around for a hotel or apartment as the Costa Encantada is the perfect place for everything you ever could need or want from a holiday. We have stayed there 9 times and what takes us back is the same reasons from our very first trip. It's less than a 10 minute slow stroll to a great beach with lots of cafes, bars and shops on your way, the hotel has a really nice restaurant and on top of that the customer service, cleanliness and facilities are exactly as the description. It's the best hotel/aparthotel in Spain.

Large Hotel, with beautiful swimming pools, both covered and uncovered parking, a good breakfast (with the possibility of being made an omelette of your choice), check in fast. Not very far from the beach, the center of Llorett de Mar is about 1, 5km. Average cleaning (can be improved). We also had dinner a couple of times, good choice, decent food. We did not use the hotel services, given the little time of the stay.

Very large establishment of good level. But this generates expectations that are too long to access the meal. The dining room is super noisy. The outdoor pools are great.

Hotel very well located but quite remote to be out of town. It takes 15mi ' of market to reach the city center. The rooms are very clean but a bit ageing. A bit noisy for the rooms that are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools (heated for indoor) very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. Many parking spaces in and around the hotel. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a marvel to be Aparthotel you have bedroom and another room with sofas and TV. In addition to possible kitchen, very good care the perfect cleaning the extraordinary food and the perfect facilities and finally the free parking being able have even the car to covered.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, the buffet is good and varied, and the staff helpful. Although I have gone with the IMSERSO, I see that it is ideal to visit with children.

Aparthotel Super Well, the food in abundance and very good, some days little variety, friendliness of the staff, we made the room every day and we changed the daily towels, lovely pool, I like more wave but very very good, the only point negative mattresses From the dining room something hard and the bad pillows, otherwise a ten.

For a rest with children. Mini Club, mini disco, swimming pools.

Excellent. Stayed recently with our disabled grandaughter who is in a wheelchair. Easy access everywhere. Spacious lift to our apartment. Excellent view. Very friendly excellent staff. Special thanks to Gail on reception and the manager. Absolutely wonderful stay there. Cheers.

Excellent hotel, great buffet, attentive staff, nights performances, after dancing super entertaining there are many activities I am delighted to know Aber.

How to call a hotel where the staff is friendly, attentive and where everything is made for you to spend an unforgettable holiday? At no time I felt like a chicken that must be plucked, quite the opposite. Everything is done for the customer to feel good and a lot of activities are offered.

At the top… do not hesitate… The staff are very friendly and attentive… The buffet at will is a good bill and sufficiently stocked! A treat!

Great customer service. The rooms could do with a bit of an update e. G. Curtains are a little dated. Overall the rooms are well equipped and the kitchen is a decent size. The beds are all single but they are comfortable. The buffet has plenty of variety at lunch and dinner.

Good price. And very good overall.

Weekend between friends for only €65 all inclusive ideal period because few people and no need to queue.

4 star Hotel, very clean, buffet quite varied and with possibilities for coeliacs. The bartenders and waitresses were very friendly. The animation very fun and varied, so there is a lot of animation for children and adults. Perfect place to go with kids.

Nice well run hotel. Not the best location but easy walk around and get to the town. Nice great swimming pool and lots to do for kids. Buffet restaurant well presented with good choice of food. Small supermarket on site with all what you need. Overall good place to stay.

We went Summer, which we won't do again, as I think me and my sister were the only adults there without children. Breakfast was a large variety and scrumptious. Swimming pool lovely. We had our room facing the pool, which meant we couldn't nap during the day because of volume from outside.

Very well. We have gone several times with young children and they have a great time. If you go with "all inclusive" better, even the food is correct…

A good hotel in Lloret de mar, close to the famous fanals beach. Composed of apartments for two, three or four people and offers good service and good licalización. The apartments have a full kitchen, including the fridge, and has a party room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports courts, Wi-Fi, etc Good hotel.

It is a big hotel but it fails some little things for example that prohibit the floats because they occupy the whole pool and the food better. The bad thing also about the hotel is that to climb there is a slope. Face up.

Overall everything is OK. We go to this hotel regularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only some of the rooms would not interfere with the cosmetic repairs and cleaning in the room is not always at the proper level.

Spent couple of weeks in August 2017. Great place, food was good, having an apartment with full hotel facilities gives us the chance to enjoy our own space without falling over each other in a std hotel room. We made the mistake of going all inclusive, suggest you don't bother with that — half board much better option. Great place would recommend.

My daughter and I have never had a package holiday always organised our own trip. I can't rate this resort enough! Very clean apartment well equipped. Fabulous food but a bit of a free for all! Great pools again very clean. Friendly staff and great evening entertainment. Not sure I could cope with height of season but this time of year it is relatively quiet. Fab resort!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels/holidays I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend have been back to this location 2 years running. We had been attending drum and bass festival and really needed a place we could relax and recharge after every night and this was the perfect location. The room we had was incredible it was perfectly spacious with an amazing balcony that overlooked the pool and you could see the sea in a distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was absolutely spotless. The all inclusive was absolutely brilliant, you had a large variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available until late at night and pool snacks including wedges, pizza, chips and buyers available throughout the day. The buffet was huge and had a fantastic variety, I cannot imagine that somebody would not be able to find something they would like. The breakfast was exceptionally good offering a large choice of English and continental choices, with a range of juices as well. The location for us was perfect. It was further enough way from the main lloret strip for some peace and quiet away from the hecticness, but close enough that we could walk to and from the festival without any issues. You also have Fenals beach within a 10 minute walk, which is a beautiful beach. The pools were huge and specious and never at all felt too packed.

We were very impressed with the restaurant food and service. Waiters did a fabulous job in looking after us to. Even though we stayed here in a busy time there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols at the pool side. Excellent Pool bar and snack bar. We were a party of 4. Two Grandparents and two Grandchildren aged 10 and 15. Loved every minute of our time here. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you each and every member of staff here for making our stay such a memorable one.

Very nice place, the beach of Santa Cristina (very close) spectacular, beautiful sea. Hotel with an international kitchen with 4 steles. A week of relaxation in the family. Beautiful pool.

In my opinion the best hotel in Liorete for a family holiday with children. The hotel is an oasis in the tourist center, with a huge swimming pool and luxurious gardens. An interesting entertainment program for both children and adults. Reasonable prices for rooms.

Good hotel, good food, clean apartments. Only Neo the tiles to enter the room that Smagnetizzano continuously (keep away from the cell). And then the breakfast is a bit late x who wants to hike… We skipped 2 if we wanted to see something.

A week at the top in this hotel very complete! Swimming pool, game room, entertainment. Etc and then the large dining room well trimmed where we enjoy!

Hotel staff were great — Gail on reception in particular as she helped move us to a pool room view 2 days into our holiday for no extra cost. Food was also also of a good standard and variety and was well presented. The hotel rooms were very clean and housekeeping came in every day. Great value for money and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Great base for exploring this area of Spain.
