I totally love this hotel! It is basic (it is 2*) but it has all we needed — clean, comfortable rooms with aircon and a wonderful terrace — really helpful and friendly staff speaking excellent English — great location — decent coffee and muffins in the morning. I cannot fault it for the €200 per night we paid in August in central Barcelona! We stayed in a family room which had a double room and a twin room both we ensuite and it's own little terrace. Small but perfectly formed with comfy beds, aircon, hot water, safe and a place to hang some clothes… ideal for us.

We have the top floor with a very large private outdoor terrace.
The size of the rooms is perfect. Located near everything on foot!

A lovely hotel. Perfectly located, close to all the interesting neighbourhoods. A very helpfull and friendly stuff, really sweet people. Comfortable and clean rooms. In the mornings there is free coffee and cupcakes, and we had them at the sweet outdoors terrace.

Homy atmosphere with incredibly helpful and nice staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location could not be better if you want to be in the heart of the city, and the free breakfast — albeit frugal — came in really handy before starting the day.

Very nice place for an inexpensive stay, staff was extremely nice and very helpful, room was clean and nice, only negative was the entry, very large step down when you first enter that is hard to see and a fair amount of steps up to the hotel.

Very nice and clean! Great service, excellent towel change and daily cleaning, good powerful hairdryer, bathroom supply complete with shower gel shampoo toothbrush soap and toothpaste. Reception with efficient and very helpful staff! They waited for us past 24.00. Very central location. Thanks to jeza and his excellent advice we were able to live our 4 days in Barcelona to the best! They speak Italian.

Unbeatable location! Friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful interior design. Stayed in a single small but cosy room. Sound isolation of the old building is a bit poor but as I stayed just for one night, it didn't disturb me too much. Highly recommendable.

Nice mid range hotel. Modern rooms. Small lift, no minibars in rooms (oder from reception), no phones to call Luton from other floors and very small lift. BUT amazing location, close to everything central, very friendly, muffins for breakfast. Good value, would stay again.

It’s a hidden gem. Everything has been chosen carefully and with taste. Personnel is helpful. Our superior double room was spacious, beautifully decorated with great view to the opposite side of the road’s old buildings. Loved the outside terrace in the reception level, and the coffee and muffins before heading to explore the city. Location is just perfect, in between gothic area and Gaudi’s buildings. Absolute value for money. Highly recommended.

Cosy, quiet and friendly with lovely staff. Feels like a home right in the middle of the city! 10mins walk from the cathedral, gothic quarter and museums and even closer to the shops and La Rambla, we were really spoiled for choice!

Very nice and so cute! Almost feels like you're not in a hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Site seeing, shopping, and food are all in walking distance. The hotel includes homemade muffins, coffee, and tea. If you book directly from the hotel's website a free bottle of Cava is included! I can't write enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend and book for myself in a heartbeat!

Lovely helpful front desk free breakfast muffins and memory foam beds and pillows. Hot shower, not much of a view but who cares.

What a perfect place to stay! Situated in the City Center, Airportbus and metro just 5 Minutes away. Wonderful Vintage style Interior Design, big bathroom and hot water for the shower, which is not always the case. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Last but not least: the cupcakes for breakfast are a dream!

Great place to stay in the heart of Barcelona. Easy to get to everything. Our hosts were accommodating and the room was perfect for a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend it to close friends. We read complaints about the air conditioning but it was not too bad in our room.

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. Staff was amazing, and very patient with our lack of Catalan. Location is very central to pretty much everything you would want to see I'm Barcelona. Highly recommend!

If you like air conditioning in the middle of summer, don't stay here. The staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and nice. The air didn't work at all. We weren't able to sleep. Not fun. I told the gentleman at the front desk that the air wasn't working and his response was "Yeah that rooms air doesn't work to well. " Huh? Why rent the room? Anyway, definitely won't be staying here again. I only use a hotel to sleep on vacation and couldn't even do that.

The staff is good, the location is ok, room are clean, toilets and showers too. But my stay there was one of THE WORST I have ever encountered (only an Indian-driven hotel in deep Malaysia could compare with it). I don't know what a level of sadism drived someone to design rooms with NO ACCES OF FRESH AIR AT ALL. Imagine a building that has half of the rooms with rooms having windows facing inwards on the stairs inside the house. The staircase has no windows that could be opened. Imagine no ventilation (at least at my floor) at all. Add mid-august +33 outside (and no aircon of course). And than try to sleep there. Even in Japanese hostel with 30 men in one room it was easier to breathe and to sleep. Also Wi-Fi is constantly dying. Once the staff said that it is due to the fact that the whole Barcelona has bad internet connection. I'm pretty shure that it is a bullshit because if you insist for the router reboot works for an hour.
