Really cool place and nice apartments. Small pool tho.

Aparthotel practically in the center, very close to the university stop, and very easy to reach. Clean and with very friendly people.

Good hotel however walls were thin and on of the elevators got stuck. Good central location, ten to fifteen minutes walk to Las Ramblas.

I loved it, the attention is excellent, there is Wi-Fi and excellent service. Unfortunately the sofa beds are not pleasant; In these sleep count. The location is very good and has a very good restaurant on the corner which they recommend because it is economical and their meals are delicious.

Place is nice clean and tidy. The bathroom is spacious and the view is amazing.

Well-appointed apartment with plenty of clean and clear storage. Narrow bathroom (not even a cup or place to put your toothbrush).
Very poor soundproofing (street + neighbors).
Poor thermal insulation (cold that penetrates from the window placed next to the bed) Unable to immerse the room DS la Pannu (curtain not sufficiently obscuring).
Lack of dishes DS the kitchen.
Staff at the reception indifferent (fixed look on PC…)
Very bad value for money.

I alert passengers staying on site not to leave credit card data. After withdrawing the passenger debit the amount that occurs for non-existent reasons, not having the passenger right to defense. It's a real scam.

Good place to stay.

Staff friendly and possible with 1 dog.

They say they accept animals, but they don't specify that you have to pay for them as if they were one more person… That's the welcome surprise.
In addition to this, mattresses with springs that come into your back, apartments sold for 4 people who barely get there in two, and zero sound insulation, not only you hear those who chat in the street, but also perfectly all the movements of other guests, including Bath.
Never again.

Excellent option to be with friends or family close to the center of Barcelona in an acceptable price accommodation.

Cozy appart hotel, very helpful and friendly stuff. A bit cold in a room, but it's fine for bcn in November. Room is well equipped, but sofa was a torture machine) ) ) bed instead was very comfortable.

The apartment is quite decent and you can live.
The location is amazing! Staff is adequate, for help to contact you can.

Kind stuff, small room. Small swim pool cant fit cat, good kichen for cookers. Over all love it.

Very good as hotel however has a flaw, the Divanoletti are uncomfortable and in a room 2 out of 4 people are forced to sleep there.

Fabulous apartments. The lady on the front desk was very helpful. The apartments were clean and absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would definitely return for a family holiday rather than the stag party we were on.

Definitely an apartment vice a hotel. Sofabed is uncomfortable, towel service is only provided if your stay is 6 or more days, no dryer but has a washing machine. So if want to wash the towels, you need to purchase detergent. Trash bags, dish washing liquid, dish towel, sponge and drying mat is provided. You must clean any dirty dishes and take the trash out prior to checking out.

Not bad for apartment-style hotel. Clean and comfy. Requirements that you leave the place clean, take out the garbage, etc, is something that I don't really go for. The biggest problem for me though was that the room safe was broken, so the maintenance guy came up and actually gave us a physical key for it, which to me looked like a master key, and that I think is a major security concern.

It is a place with very good location. Clean, full and with good care. The walls of the room a little worn and the bed to some noise but it was comfortable.

Very available, friendly and welcoming, the cartier is nice and clean and comfortable apartment.

Location quite convenient but very very very objectionable, rating from 1 to 100 would be 15. Irons, stains and dust everywhere, bulbs noisy aircon and dripping water, shower and flush toilet seat broken, mattresses that reek of smoke. Curtains then don't talk about it. They ask you for a deposit of 150 euro, should give them to us as risarcimanto for unhealthy air breathed. Though the city is not as dangerous as we were told …
