TOC Hotel Las Ramblas Hotel

One star hotel (which doesn't even have an electric kettle in the room) is more expensive than a 5 star hotel.
I don't see a reason to go to a hotel whose rooms are so expensive.
And if that is not enough, they sell their rooms at more expensive prices than external sites that sell their rooms.
If you are afraid to pay for an external site after what happened to amoma and you want to pay directly to this hotel — you have to pay more.
For one night's price at this hotel I was in a 4 star hotel with a 2 night breakfast.
Anyone who pays an amount like this on a hotel night should think like he buys a bottle of cola for 30 euros.

We were coming from Valencia and we were attended by Francesc impossible to be more sympathetic and professional. A great human value that every company must assess their team. Attentive, friendly and made the stay more enjoyable if it is. Apart from the magnificent area, quiet are the rooms (despite being in the Raval), the quality of the breakfast and the bathroom. Fully recommended.

Great location all the staff, since the front desk is extremely friendly and friendly. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It is a quiet place and is very well located.

Great place. Clean. Only complaint is the bed. Time to update the mattress. If you don’t like small places this is not for you. The value for the money is well worth it. Wi-Fi is great. Location is great.

This was a great small hotel that was just a block from Las Ramblas, La Boqueria Market, and the Liceu Metro Subway. There was a free breakfast, strong fast Wi-Fi, and the hotel gave lots of local information. The rooms were clean, efficient, and neat. Bathrooms were a little small, but fine for a few days. We had a balcony in our room that faced an interior courtyard. It was pretty quiet. Air conditioning worked.

Breakfast only. Nothing special I gave her 4 stars because it is centrally located on the personal Rambla always available in particular Mateo…

What a lovely, cute place. The staff was very accommodating and the service along with the breakfast were great. We even had a balcony to take in the sights and were very close to The Las Rambla area. We met several other guest who had stayed there before.

Very quiet hotel in the center of Barcelona, 50 m from the rambla and very close to the Rambla. Very clean room. The breakfast was good. Helpful friendly staff.

Small boutique hotel right off Las Ramblas. Rooms are what we find typical in Europe small but adequate. Our room was very quite but no view only the neighboring apartments. We were there for five nights before a cruise and it suited us perfectly. A very central base to see the sights of Barcelona and to enjoy the nightlife of Las Ramblas.

Hotel 50 meters. Las Ramblas… Downtown, near… Very clean… Very good breakfast, and the staff… Very friendly… If I return to Barcelona… I definitely stay there…

I've stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions, and I think the next time I visit Barcelona, I'll be back to the Hotel Curious. It represents great value for money, offering clean and tidy bedrooms in a location that's hard to beat. The staff are always friendly, helpful and speak excellent English (all of these reasons are what makes Barcelona a great place to visit — everyone you meet here is only too glad to engage and help) the breakfast buffet is perfectly fine, and despite being right off Las Ramblas, there's absolutely no street noise in the rooms. The rooms are not too small — much better and far more reasonable than other places I've stayed in. When you don't want to blow your whole holiday budget on your hotel because you want to spend as much time as possible out in the city, the Hotel Curious is an excellent choice.

Basic rooms but they're very clean. The location is amazing. The people at the front desk is very helpful.

We were met with a very warm welcome and as our cruise ship docked early morning, we were expecting to just leave our bags. However the staff had our room ready. They left us chocolates and an anniversary picture on our bed — how lovely. We were given maps and advice on transport and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly team. The hotel was in a brilliant, in a very central location (just off la Rambla) so we were able to walk to all the fantastic sights Barcelona has to offer. We had a little balcony to sit and have a nightcap and wind down after our busy day. This morning we left at 6am for the airport but even though it was early the staff made sure we had fresh pastries etc for breakfast. Nice small hotel in top location in Barcelona. Breakfast for Spanish conditions alright. Rooms very clean, but small. In the immediate vicinity numerous restaurants and bars.

We spent a whole week at the Curious Hotel with 3 girlfriends. Extraordinary home, professional, friendly and welcoming (thanks Caryn! ). The hotel is very clean, the rooms not particularly large but nice (ask for street view with a balcony, it's very nice). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied. In addition, the hotel is particularly well located, a 2-minute walk from Las Ramblas (which avoids noise at night), close to the Liceu metro and Catalunya Square. I recommend it without hesitation. And I will stay here again at my next stay in Barcelona :)

Smallish rooms, but immaculate. Wonderful location and an excellent value. The breakfast is outstanding! I will be returning.

Wonderfully sparse yet creative design, with something unheard of in Europe: free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Helpful, friendly, and personable staff. Great location right near la Ramblas. No hotel parking (public parking nearby). Terrific name. 8/10.

I stumbled across this hotel while visiting Barcelona last week. I spoke with a clerk at the front desk and immediately decided to check out of my hotel and move to Hotel Curious. This hotel was a short walk to La Rambla, Plaza Cataluna, and Barri Gothic. The rooms and elevator were on the smaller side — but I've come to expect this in Europe. The shower and beds were comfy and all the furnishings looked new. I was also happy with their Wi-Fi (complimentary) and Internet terminal in the lobby. The manager spoke 5 languages and was extremely friendly and helpful — these guys exceeded my expectations in every way.
