Very nice hotel situated in the heart of Barcelona. Decent rooms. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. It's a value for money hotel.

Nice hotel. Very clean, rooms on the first floor are with patios, great location, nice staff. Vivari cafe next door has great coffee and croassants to start the morning.

Hotel is nice, clean, quite, and in a great area close to everything. Pleanry of food options nearby, and close to transportation. The staff were never rude, but could be a bit friendlier. The beds are nice and clean, but they are extremely firm.

For an Italian style it's more similar to a 4stars than a 3 stars. Rooms are very clean, modern, with parquet on the floor. There isn't bidet which for Italian people is necessary but we know it's not frequently used here.

Very good location and new hotel. We booked a room with bathtub but first got assigned a room with shower. Gladly, the staff was polite and service-minded and changed our room to one with the bathtub The room is spacious with air conditioning. Unfortunately only two plugs to charge the phone, both far from the bed or the table. We still have to try the amenities like pool or the bar, though.

The hotel is very well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace with the pool was nice and the buffet in the morning hearty with a good coffee. I would recommend this place as the value for money was one of the best during the period of my business trip.

Fine hotel. Few electric plugs but overall ok. Good position.

Hotel strategically located in Barcelona. Metro a few steps and the Rambla can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and whatever you might need. It was a very nice hotel. The non-soundproof windows on the busy street are a bit of a problem. I would have given one more star if some of the staff at the front desk had greeted us and smiled at least once, doorman instead very courteous.

Nice hotel in the center of the city. Very close to everything by metro. The rooms are large and clean but the street outside is very noisy all day long. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel is clean and Nice. At room temperature was much'll justito. Did fred but almost and there is no possibility to regulate temperature. Staff not very friendly.

The decor begins to become outdated and the pillows must be the same year for its finesse, the deal with the receptionist a little surly.

We have not stayed in it, we have gone to the Barcelona pen show, but yes I can say that the facilities are very correct, they are being cleaned constantly and at reception we have been treated perfectly when we have gone to ask for information.

Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. I just wish I knew that there was no view to the room, it was slightly noisy too noise from the upstairs bathroom. The location is really nice, it is right in the middle of everything, there is a close car park if needed, major tourist attractions are accessible walking.

The buffet breakfast had some offerings needing to be reheated but there was no provision for this. This is my only area that needs to be re-evaluated. Hot oatmeal and boiled eggs would also be a great additions. I would return to your hotel. The stay was pleasant and in a great location.

We were warmly welcomed and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were very nice. The only thing we would have appreciated was a comfortable place to sit other the the bed. The location was very convenient to public transportation and places to dine. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and delicious!

This was our first to Barcelona and we could not have been more pleased. The Montblanc is centrally located and is in walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to see. The staff was very accommodating, spoke English and was able to direct us in sight seeing and dining. The continental breakfast was exceptional. We would recommend Montblanc to our friends and family traveling to Barcelona.

It is a hotel with nice rooms and balcony. The breakfast buffet is good and the food tastes great. The only drawback is that the WLAN does not work.

Excellent hotel. Very good predisposition of the staff at the front desk to help and Orient. Always well disposed. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very good toilet service. The ASEAN room when you indicate it, there is no timetable. It has bar, restaurant and spaces to be. All impeccable. Very well located, one block from Plaza Catalunya. Transport for all parts and two blocks from the Rambla. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with very good predisposition of all your staff both at reception, breakfast, very complete restaurant your breakfast with variety in sweets and savoury really fulfilled all our expectations in Barcelona we will be back on our next trip.

Hotel very good except that hardly anyone speaks French (damage) but we will return soon.

Much too noisy…! The noises of the street as well as the slightest noises of the occupants of the room next door!

Very nice hotel. Staff in all areas friendly and competent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Top location almost everything well within walking distance. We liked the stay very much, would always check in again and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The advantage of this House is absolutely in the good central location.
Clean, reception service friendly and polite. A better service. However, I would stay here again (you can also take your cocktail elsewhere).

Room was clean and comfortable but very basic. We placed a wake up call for the next morning expecting to get a call but a staff knocking on our room door to wake us up. Nice breakfast buffet with variety of choices. Staff was personable, helpful and accommodating. This hotel location is within a short walking distance to the city center.

The room was a little small for a handicapped accessible room. My husband could barely get his wheelchair past the end of the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was nice and big and the seat that they put in for the tub access worked well. Breakfast was nice except the bacon needed to be cooked more. All the rest of the breakfast was wonderful! We did wish that there was a complete dinner in the dining room. The pool was great and the service at the front desk was outstanding! Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to all! Well located also.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room (407) : depressing, noisy (you hear what the neighbor does in Bath, what they speak in the room — you hear what goes on in the hallway), outdated. Bar service: Lousy. The waiter has so much to do that he cannot be aware of that if there are people in the bar waiting for a drink. It is the first hotel in 5 years where there are no quilts.

With the space they have in the pool, it wouldn't be a bad idea to make a smoking area.

Very good location of the hotel. Good noise insulation compared to road traffic. Breakfast some sparse products did not seem particularly high quality. Nevertheless, for a 3 star hotel perfectly OK. I would check in again.

Although the hotel is really clean and superb in terms of location, however, we were robbed (passports, money amounting to 6K Euros, credit cards … etc. ) inside the hotel's restaurant during breakfast and the hotel staff was very calm and unresponsive about the incident in a very questionable way as if it was the norm or god knows what. What's even more frustrating is that we had to go to police station, instead of calling them and they told us they'd start investigating next week. I think they surpassed the incompetence of police in developing countries. The hotel even assured that they won't investigate, because robbery is so common in Barcelona. We have even asked to check the cameras for potential suspects, but the hotel's deputy manager told us that the staff is prohibited to do so unless the police ask them to. We have also asked repeatedly to see the manager, however, he wasn't present nearly all day long, and even when he came back he didn't have the courtesy to check on us or follow-up on the incident. The following day another 250 Euros were also stolen from the hotel room. It is worth noting that the hotel didn't have the courtesy to provide us with any means of transportation to the police station, given the level of distress we were in and the fact that we have just lost all of our money and had to cancel our credit cards. Please, beware and do consider booking another hotel or Airbnb as the hotel's environment is really unsafe.

Very good hotel, clean and tidy; Centrally located and optimal to reach the major attractions on foot. Very nice staff, except for two girls at the front desk, who were of a dislike out of the ordinary, luckily I had not had to call them too many times.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Facilities were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Great easy location. One small suggestion — a power outlet near the bed would have been extremely useful for charging my phone at night since it is also my alarm clock.

We thought the location was great for getting into the heart of the city and also being able to experience the small side street shops, bars and vendors. It was also walking distance to the marina and beach. The staff on the terrace near the pool and piano bar, they were very difficult to find or to get their attention to be served. I think they must have been understaffed for the number of guests in the hotel. Housekeeping failed to replenish our provided toiletries for three of our four days. The staff on the reception desk were very helpful and always friendly.

It was a very convenient hotel to get to all the main attractions.
My husband and I actually moved a lot on foot.

In the bathroom as always abroad lacks the bidet. Another flaw also lacked the toilet brush!
I would suggest putting some accessories in the bathroom to hang the towels after you use them.
I would still stay here because the value for money is convenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, perfect location 3 minutes walk from Piazza Catalunya where you arrive from the airport with the Aereobus A1. I can't say anything about the restaurant because I never enjoyed that service. Maybe a little caretta breakfast. We made her out. Spacious and comfortable rooms, although a bit noisy those riots on the main road. As in many parts unfortunately missing the bidet. For the rest I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Nice place to stay. Didn't like the staff I interacted with. Did not have my room ready on arrival even if I booked for the same day. Do not provide drinking water to rooms! In a 3 star hotel!

Great location — close attractions, in a good spot for going out for food, by the train. Clean. Kind of thin walls but this is only an issue with loud neighbors. Amazing shower. Very very very nice staff.

Very friendly staff, rooms are a little outdated (although clean). I did not the window in my room to give to a narrow courtyard, since very little light enters. The bedside table is small and if you need to work you have to share it with the tele.

The rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms are modern and showers have nice water pressure. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was €12 but there was a nice selection of meats, cheeses, breads, and pastries. Everything was clean. The location was fantastic, right off of Plaça de Cataluyna. No air conditioning.

We had a good experience, they helped us figure out the Wi-Fi, and front desk was helpful. However, walls were very thin, you could hear everything, and you need to use your key card as soon as you enter in order to get power to the room.

Perfect situation close by plaza Catalunya. Clean and quiet and not too pricey for the zone. A perfect choice, third time stay.

The service of the hotel is shabby, deplorable, is extremely simple. Despite paying €140 per night, do not include anything. If you have to use the safe, you must request a key, and has an extra charge of € 5, 70 per day. The Wi-Fi, does not work ever, the pool is extremely small, the air conditioning, not cold, the truth that give very little to the customer, they are miserable, petty. In a room for two people only leave amenitis for one. The truth should close it down, a real disaster. For the same money you can get excellent hotels in the area. Do not hire, for anything recommended.

Cleaning lady have stolen 140€ from us and the hotel woudent help for a 3 star hotel it looks like a 2 star or 1

If you want to rest, I recommend require interior room. The exterior give to Via Laietana and not proofed, it seems that you have all the traffic in the same bed. On the other hand, there is mention that they charge 5, 50 per day of use of the safe, something very crappy, since this service is free in all hotels. The best, the staff.
