entrance door to the shower screen, some put in danger to the safety of the users. In cleaning the matter is serious: hairs in the bathroom, quilts blackened…

Por donde empezar. En resumidas cuentas desde el principio es un engaño y una decepción. Mi chica reservó en el Soho pensando que era el Boutique, que parece ser que es de mejor calidad, pero nos metieron en una habitación en el Mercado (las fotos de las habitaciones no correspondían, el mercado es mucho más cutre). A parte de eso el 0 se lo llevan en la higiene. Según llegamos había pelos en el suelo del baño y la habitación, el papel higiénico estaba mojado, las almohadas de aquella manera y adjunto foto para el resto… Paredes de papel, ruido constante del ascensor y la gente en el pasillo. Pedimos una cama doble y nos pusieron dos individuales. Poco más que añadir, espero que no dure este establecimiento, el Mercado al menos.

The bed's not bad. But, the TV controller was a universal, it didn't do any functionwell well so its handling was impossible. It lacks a reception so if you want to ask something you have to go to the Soho boutique hotel. When we arrived at 14:00 the rooms were not made. While we are checking in along with the other couples we were going. We went up at 14:30 and to enter one of the rooms had to be waiting almost 20 min and another just had not touched. We called the front desk and they tell us that someone will come up urgently to fix it. Well, at 15:30 hours, they hadn't done anything yet. We leave things and we go all day and when we arrive at night, in that room only had made the bed. There they followed the things that the previous client had left, like the used shampoo boats, a bottle of water started on the bedside table and even his ID card with name and surname.
We had 3 rooms and the cleanliness at all has been scarce, especially in the bathrooms. Two of them with the artichokes of the broken showers, toilet paper wet and unusable and dirty, we had to ask the cleaning girl and on the floor of one of them a matte of long and black hairs.
It's tomorrow when we leave, we've ordered the claim sheet. The person we have had to refer to has treated us with total indifference and has not been able to apologize, it is more after filling out the claim sheet, even if it was at the reception. He's gone without giving us any explanation.
