Very confy and clean. They have a restaurant with great local food.

Tapas riquísimas, abundantes y a buen precio. Un sitio habitualmente tranquilo y con una terraza pequeña en el centro de Zamora. Recomendable.

In our case we were two adults and two children. The hotel is pretty good. The quadruple room are 2 double beds and a fair bit of space, but not bad for one night. The bathroom in our case was ample though with little hot water pressure. Pretty clean all over and the people at reception are superfriendly. It is at the entrance of the old part, very well located.

You can almost hear what the rest of guests think in their rooms, lousy sound insulation.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very nice but the facilities are pretty sloppy. In our room the cistern would not stop dripping (with the consequent noise) in addition to entering a lot of light from the hallway under the door. You hear a lot every time someone walks into your room.

It is a very quiet place with a deal of the staff that caters you very well is where you can enjoy your good food in very familiar plan.

The room is very large and very clean. They serve very elaborate dishes at a fairly reasonable price. The attention is great, and the atmosphere very cozy at the same time as professional.

Making a reservation here is "conflicting" so to speak softly. Through Booking you get an initial price, and as they charge the cancellation from that moment, when they are telling you the prices that apply to the supplements (not included in the reservation paper that emits booking), if you are not interested, you have to hold on with what they charge you, or cancel and already charge you (and they get great to them). This was my experience of managing with this site; It lasted about 20 minutes by mail immediately and I said no to the moment without any delay, because they charged me and quick go to the account, do not leave for the end of the month!.
Mal also by BOOKINGN for making a reservation effective without giving the final price, and not being able to cancel when the price you have given is not the defintivo to miss the supplements you need, which you have no information and tell them later.
At the moment I have put a complaint on "consumption", and the answer is as deplorable as its behavior.
I don't recommend going to places like that.

It is very well located, central and with a well-conditioned place. The restaurant is a place to keep in mind if you want to eat well and cheap, with a varied daily menu. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The situation is perfect, it is in the Centre, but without being inside completely, being a hotel in relation to other small, but precisely this gives a character and homely; the room was small, but expected, fair, more than enough, d I'm feeling of intimacy; the kitchen of the wonderful hotel, with an economic menu 10, 80€, varying it everyday, great quality and finally, the service and the attention given by the staff the best.
