Called to discuss about booking for when my family comes down. The receptionist who answered my call was super friendly and helpful. She said her name was Cody when I asked super pleased and will be booking later in the year.

Seems really nice! Only stayed one night but I would stay again! They work with their points well too. Their staff are wonderfully people.

Wonderful Hampton location. Great customer service and nice clean rooms. Breakfast is also very good compared to other locations. Plus great HHonors rate at 10000 points per night.

We are traveling from TN to Panama City and decided to stay here so we wouldn't have such a long drive in one day with our dog. It's just me, my mom and my dog traveling on this trip so safety was a big factor in finding an area to stay. We felt totally safe here and the day we arrived, we drove into town and got a quick bite at Ruby Tuesday (they were great also). I was so happy to see a hotel that was pet friendly and especially a Hampton Inn! This place was great. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was awesome and when they were out of something they got it refilled asap. Check in and out was a breeze (I used Bring Fido for pet friendly hotel search and it being the first time, I was afraid I would run into problems). They do have a $50 pet deposit but so totally worth it. They were great with my fur baby! =) You won't be disappointed!

Excellent hosts of our family escaping the threat of Hurricane Irma. Well located at shops and restaurants, and near the awesome Boll Weevil monument. I would definitely return.

Hands down the friendliest staff from housekeeping, breakfast staff (Eva), ALL front desk staff (Kris), willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Much appreciated after being away from home 14 nights. Our daughter and son in law are stationed at Fort Rucker and we can't imagine staying anywhere else during future visits. Other Hamptons could take notes on hospitality from this location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pleasant Stay, we were a walk in without reservations and quickly accommodated with all three rooms. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was a delight. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. Two ladies in the laundry room we're so nice this morning before checkout.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and a good location in the heart of the city area. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to a very good restaurant. Nice free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

I am a repeat patron for work and the rooms are very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The bed is adequate for REM sleep but the pillows crush down to millimeters when head laid on. Very sweet staff and I feel very welcomed each time I walk in.

Nice size area but it wasn't maintained. There are 3 posts for dog poop bags and disposal and not one had bags and all three cans needed to be emptied. Regardless we had fun but couldn't clean up after ourselves.

Very happy with our stay. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile from the front desk and the lobby was very clean, smelling wonderful and inviting. Our room was impeccably clean. There was a wonderful breakfast in a clean, warm atmosphere awaiting us the next morning. This is why we keep staying at this brand while travelling!

The meeting room was sufficient for the meeting I attended. The breakfast was good but I'm not sure they were prepared for the vast amount of people who were at the hotel due to the hurricane and our meeting. Overall it was well.

We throughly enjoyed our family reunion at the Hampton Inn at enterprise. The breakfast was fantastic as we were traveling with 2 teenage girls and a 1yo. It was convenient to a lot of different shops as well as the rooms were very spacious.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was clean and well kept. They have an outdoor pool but we weren't there long enough to use it. The breakfast was pretty standard. They kept it stocked pretty well, but I've had better hotel breakfasts. All-in-all, it was a nice place and I'd stay there again if the need arose.

I called ahead of my arrival to inquire about restaurants within walking distance (I was arriving on a motorcycle and did not want to ride after enjoying a few adult beverages). I was told there was a Ruby Tuesday a short walk, I guess 2 miles is a short walk to some. Room was comfortable and standard quality. Biggest complaint was at 6:10 I walked outside to load the motorcycle. Then I could not get back inside the building. The front doors locked on my exit. There was… a key swipe but it did. It work. There was a phone at the door which I used to call the front desk, but no one there to answer. Almost 10 mins pass and after repeated calls some guy finally arrives and opens the door. No apology or comment to me. He actually seemed annoyed he had to assist me. Finally breakfast not ready even at 6:30 am. Maybe no one gave them the memo regarding the time change.

We stayed one night during our evacuation for Hurricane Matthew. My daughter, our three cats, and myself were very pleased with the experience we had here. The staff was amazing; from the gentlemen that we reserved the room with to the lady that checked us out when we headed home. There is nothing like the comfort of feeling safe when you are scared. This hotel was very clean, full of friendly families and their pets, close to restaurants, well stocked in the hotel store, and had an amazing breakfast! This isn't an area that we normally travel but we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you again for a great visit!

Friendly staff with nice rooms and a good free breakfast. The location is conveniently located close to several restaurants.

I always stay at Hamptons for work. This enterprise location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. My big issue with this hotel is the price gouging. This is the only Hampton that I've stayed at that has no vending machines and charges $4 for a bottle of water. I paid $8 for a bottle of water and a 16oz bottle of coke. Every other hampton I stay at charges HALF that. This is a hotel, not a movie theatre.

Customer service was excellent. Locked the doors at night in lobby though didn't feel like it was needed. Bed cover was super soft, room was clean and smelled great. Huge shower and bathroom. Breakfast was served until 10am, was fresh and better than most from restaurants. Best of all the price was right. Would recommend staying for any reason and book directly through the hotel instead of a service.

I stay here regularly, over sixty times in the past couple of years. The service desk manager Chris is always friendly and I've never had a complaint… Until today. The rooms were clean and tidy. I slept well and the bed was comfy, it was just when I ate my breakfast and found a large fingernail in my eggs and potatoes that made my stomach turn. I've never in my life experienced this and I was not very happy. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk and she too was disgusted. While they compted me some points the overall impression of this facility was not great. I was told that it must have come from someone in the packaging department. I am still speechless, that was the very last thing I ever expected to find in my breakfast food. Needless to say I went hungry this morning. — your friendly diamond member.

The Hampton was very comfortable with a very good breakfast. I was particularly impressed with how gracious the employees were. I want to particularly compliment Chris and Eva for going above and beyond.

No vending machines. Had to pay $6.00 for a bottle of water of water and 12oz. Coke. Next time will go to store. Will find another motel.

Friendly staff, clean room, smaller than normal suite. Limited places to eat in the area. Coffee and cookies available, limited breakfast items.

This is the place you want to stay in Enterprise. Ive been coming here every week on business for two years. That is, until the manager locked out rooms with any discount once they reach 80% occupancy. They know they will sell out and greed has taken over taking care of their DIAMOND members. I havent been able to book a room but once in almost a year. This means no Corporate Lodging, No AARP. No Military Discount. Full price or be gone. Unless you book a month in advance. Hello Holiday Inn Express next door. Might cost a little more but really, I vote with my wallet. If they dont want me Holiday Inn sure does. Wonder if this is a corporate policy now? Will follow up if I hear from them Update: Form letter apologizing for the "problems" I had at my last "visit". What part of no visit allowed do they not understand? I dont need or want a free room. I want an answer. If you want to pay full price come on down. Otherwise I suggest go next door at the Holiday Inn Express.

Just got here and elevator smelled of weed. No refrigerator in room and room is scorching hot moment I walked in.

In town for a military graduation. Hampton Inn is my choice of hotels. This one did not disappoint. Great hotel, clean and good location. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to my needs.

I'm a HH Diamond member, not a scammer trying to take advantage of Hamp's 100% money guarantee. U dont become a Diamond tier member by NOT SPENDING MONEY with this company. that being said, I stayed 2 nights and had two separate problems each night. i complained each night when they happened and tried to invoke the 100% guarantee the morning I checked out. I was met w/an irate GM named Marty Bailor. She basically called me a liar and embarrassed me in front of her staff and other guests. She did give me 1 night back, but refused the 2nd night. I don't know why, b/c when u spend as much money as I do w/Hilton flag hotels and u're a diamond member u just call HH and they will cut u a check. So, I got all my money back and Ms. Bailor lost a customer. the next week I had to stay in that town I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Congrats, Ms. Bailor, for being a u-know-what, getting this poor review, and losing a customer for life.

Worst internet ever. Nothin high speed about it. Good place other then that, good breakfast.
