I really like it, a beautiful place in Santander.

We stayed in this nice hotel for two nights. The place is idyllic, with a lot of personality and at first glance it seems very comfortable, but it is not. The floor is restored (beautiful) wood but creaks with the slightest step, especially when you try to sleep and the guests upstairs walk back and forth. The door of the room only closed if you hit the key, otherwise it would stay open. The bathroom door lock locks in, leaving you locked in. There's no trash can in the room, just in the bathroom. How hygiene products have gel-champu (2 in 1) and the window lock does not close completely. It feels sloppy.
They charge you 6 euros per night of parking.
Breakfast is quite simple, with no alternatives to skimmed milk, lactose-free or vegetable-free. Very friendly staff but I found it curious that when checking out we were not asked about how our stay had been, I think it is the first hotel where we are not asked.

This was a beautiful old house with a gorgeous large garden, the rooms were large and very clean a bit dated and rustic but it had a certain charm. Our ferry was 2 hours late due to technical issues so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 11pm when reception would be closed but they stayed open just for us which was a nice touch as we advised the delay in advance. We did have some trouble finding the entrance but that was probably down to the heavy thunderstorm, breakfast was basic with that horrible orange juice you get in cheap hotels. The gardens were amazing and gave you the feeling you were out of the city. The city centre was about 15 minutes walk away although we were told it was 7 minutes, maybe on a moped. All in all we enjoyed our stay the Thunderstorm that kept us awake most of the night wasn’t the fault of the hotel. There was on site secure parking at only 8 Euros, no idea where you could park if you didn’t want to pay the fee.

A great hotel with comfortable rooms and great views if you are placed to the south. The price is that economical. The food in the restaurant is luxurious! Served by apprentices who treat you like a king and eating food from the market with careful processing. That said, only in lacing months. Great terrace and garden for a coffee or a drink.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and amazing price. Breakfast was simple but value can't be argued. Would stop here again for sure.

A very nice setting, an exquisite attention and very polite. This school offers high quality both in its dishes, elaboration and presentation, as well as in the service. It also has parking.

Been doing a cocktail course, very interesting and advisable, the treatment for the people there is great, but could be more careful the classrooms where the courses are taught.

Cooking School is a pass. The menus they make are of Michelin star but at school Price (22 at half day (L-V) and 30 dinner on Fridays). A fixed every time I can go.

Very good environment. Own parking. Very good attention. The food served by the students of the school very well elaborated. Closed menus Highly recommended.

Quiet Hotel with spacious rooms, I am very whopping and to my liking a bit cold. At breakfast everything was fine, but the word buffet implies more variation, beyond cheese and slices of ham York as far as salty and that cereals, bread and neckties to the sweet. The environment is very nice and is quite well located, the €8 a day of parking… I do not pay as directly opposite there is an area with parking in white area.

Great kitchen. This time I have tried a very advisable cebiche. The lamb is correct and well presented. The right wine and with quality. The lounge waiters very attentive, maybe they lack a bit of information and experience. Thanks for the school. We all learn.

A quiet and silent place. The hotel has few rooms and I have not had any noise problems with the neighbors. The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings, as the building is an old family chalet converted into hotel School of hospitality. It has parking inside the hotel grounds, which charge eight euros per day. There are also private gardens and it has all the resort a nice vintage air. Our room had no air conditioning, although we didn't miss it because it was winter. By the way the heating is OK and we didn't go cold. The staff are friendly and decisive.

Great hotel for the price, even down to the old creaky floors! Breakfast plentiful, very helpful staff who speak English, 2nd visit.

Delighted to enjoy these courses in such a beautiful place, with very professional and attentive companions, very close and a great teacher, I hope to return someday, a greeting!

Because of its location, for the attention that you will receive by their students, by the care of the facilities, Hotel Escuela Las Carolinas is an option to have very intoaccount when staying in the city of Santander.

This place is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I am in Santander again I will stay here again.

We spent a week at this hotel, and I must say that it has been great, the hotel is very cosy and charming staff, also remains near the center of the city. Also recommend a restaurant called LA RADIO which is located a few meters from the hotel in which you eat from fable. A few meters is also the bus stop, that takes you to the Center, if not you want to move the car.
